I like this web cam. Excellent resolution ,nice design, and a clear microphone. Appears well constructed. Attaching to PC screen a problem . Had to tape it on for a more stability.. I didn't mind this , YOU MAY.

The camera is simple, good value, and easy to use, but is impossible to install just the drivers and have a working webcam. Instead, Logitech makes you install 4 or 5 of its programs on your computer, which take up space and were not easy to uninstall. It also doesnt secure to a laptop screen very well, as mentioned in other reviews.

I have tried and returned a few of the HD 1080 cams that cost 3 times as much. While they will produce a slightly higher quality picture and video, remember it is useless for video conferencing unless you have super fast stuff and the receiving partner has the same otherwise it is as good

This webcam has exceptional video quality for the price. It appears to be better than most built-in webcams. It is light, durable, and very easy to use. For the price, it cannot be beaten. Unless you are filming yourself, there is no need for a higher quality cam. For skyping, this is the best deal.

Bought this in December 2010...I love it...Bought it because my toshiba laptop camera sucks..This logitech brand is great...Shows real good even when there isn't much light. Would recommend this anytime

I had a little difficutly getting this to work between my computer and my friends. But once I got it installed on both it worked great. They sound quality was good, as was the video. There was some delay in the audio and video but I think that had more to do with our internet connection than with the webcam. Our daughter spent her 1st semester at college and this was a great help in keeping in touch with her, and provided her a way to keep in touch with both friends and family. A great tool for people to connect. I would recommend this product to anyone. Even if you aren't highly technological, as I am not, you can get it to work, I did! And it only took about 15 minutes to set up.A good product.

I want to add my positive review for this item. I ordered this because my kids wanted to be able to see their friends while they skyped. My 6th grader was able to set it up without any assistance. It works perfectly for our purposes.

The Logitech Webcam C210 is super easy to use. The video quality is clear and the still pictures are decent , the sound quality is good and the camera itself is pretty well-made and mounted easily to the monitor.The Logitech Webcam C210 is a great camera for beginners. This webcam will appeal to those who are not so tech savvy, but still want a way to communicate via video with family and friends. Just to test the ease of use, I set one up for my mom, and she's had no problem using it at all. She now Skype's regularly with it and has had no issues with operation or performance.

I have a desktop and a laptop. My laptop has a webcam but desktop. I use my desktop a lot more than my laptop for study or play game and want to have a decent webcam to chat with other. This webcam carries voice with video and there is not distortion or pausing during the conversation. I have a sony laptop which have 1.3 webcam, but this product is way better than laptop built-in webcam and the price is quite cheap. Video is crisp and mic is good. I don't care and didn't try HD video.If you care about a good video quality(better than webcam quality), have built-in mic, easy to install/plug-n-play with windows 7, and a cheap priced webcam, this is the one I want to recommend.

I have not found anyway this thing could stay on the laptop screen nor on any surface for that matter? I must have a low IQ or something because I cannot set this thing up to stay on the laptop for 2 seconds. I'm sorry people. Did any body else have this problem? My laptop doesn't detect it some of the time as well.

I ordered this camera for my mother-in-law so she could visit with my kids over Skype. I had read the other reviews and it seemed like the right camera for us. It is really easy to install. You just plug in the USB cable. I didn't even bother with the Logitech software CD that came with the camera. It started right up and works very well with Skype. I was hoping to find a little better price but this is a decent quality camera compared with the $5.00 web cam I previously bought for her. Thumbs up for this one.

This is a great webcam for the price. The only thing that I didn't like was that it didn't seem stable at the top of my laptop so I was always adjusting it.

I finally got a chance to try out the Logitech Webcam C210 with 1.3 MP Photos and Microphone. It can't get much easier to install and start using a web cam as this was. You just install the camera software from the included CD ROM, plug your camera into your computer and you're off and running. I decided to download SKYPE and really give the camera a good try. I called a friend using skype and we chatted for over an hour online. He said my picture was coming through nice and clear and that my voice sounded like I was right there in the room with him. There was very little lag and the picture did seem good. I took a few still pictures of myself with the camera and they did come out grainy which is what I expected from a 1.3MP camera. I did notice that the brighter the light, the less grainy the picture would be. The camera sits nice on the top of my laptop and is easy to adjust. I gave another one of these cameras to a friend so that we can SKYPE together too. Overall, a decent webcam that works great....but skip trying to use it for still photos.

I got this so that I could useSkype and be able to see my family in Canada as well as to entertain my ten month old Grandson. He loves to watch when he eats his meals I love it, I have used it almost daily and am very happy with it.

I like the camera and the quality of picture but the way it attaches to the laptop is really bad. It just sits on top of the laptop lid and will fall off very easily. It installed very easily as Windows Vista recognized it and installed the drivers needed. I did not use the included software because we are using Skype which has it's own.

Length:: 1:10 MinsThis was an incredibly easy to use webcam, which is awesome since I don't have a lot of experience with them. I've seen my friends & family use them but I've never actually set one up myself before now. It was overall a good experience.I have to admit that I'm not the most tech savvy person that's posted a review, so my review will be very much from the average non-computer savvy viewpoint. The lighting on this is very good & I liked that I was able to situate the webcam onto my laptop, as my regular desktop is currently on the fritz. Once set onto your computer, you can position the camera head however you like. I also liked that it had good light- I was very much afraid that this would show up dark like some of the digital cameras I've owned (or my cell phone camera), so that was a plus.For me the greatest thing about this was how easy it was to upload, use & such. The software actually comes with a movie maker, which could be very good for those who want to do a little something extra with their camera. For the price this is currently selling for, this seems like it is a very good deal. The only people I think would probably want to go elsewhere are the ones who want something a little more sophisticated- I do know that there are webcams out there that are fancier than this, although for the average consumer this should be all you need.EDIT:Just wanted to note that for the purposes of this review I received two Logitech C210s, one to record the video with & one to show off on camera.

I needed a camera with built-in microphone so that I can do Skype on my laptop while overseas. The price of this camera was reasonable, and overall the reviews were good, so I purchased it. It was extremely simple to set-up. I had already down-loaded Skype on my computer, and the software that came with the camera immediately communicated with Skype. The camera and video work as I expected (not super-fancy, but I think that this camera is a little better quality than the camera that came built-in on my sister's Mac book). I had to adjust the setting on Skype so that it knew to use the microphone on the camera. Otherwise it was ready for videocalls as soon as software was loaded and the camera was turned on. So far I am very pleased with the purchase. We will see how it holds up over time.
