I got the Logitech C210 web cam in order to use Skype. It sits on the top of my wide monitor on my desktop computer. It provides a great image to my Skype friends. There are other web cams out there that have much higher resolution but I wouldn't use them. The C210 has enough resolution to provide a live image on Skype. A higher resolution takes a lot more resources to send images over the Internet. This can be a big problem if you Skype to people on the other side of the Earth. Use the C201, keep the resolution to a usable level and avoid many common communication problems. Plus, the C210 is an inexpensive unit. The adjustable stand allows the camera to work with any monitor. I've never had a problem with it at all.

This rather small webcam is awesome! It's light and compact, which makes it easy to place anywhere and the cable is long as well. It picks up light really well and automatically adjusts to the environment you're in. A neat feature is that you can have it follow your face, so as you move the camera will adjust itself to keep you in the center as best as possible. Great product for its price!

nobody is going to know what is worth buying if people keep giving the cheapest and lowest-grade products 5 star ratings. I trust the reviews, and now I'm wasting money on products that go defective in under a month. I think the amazon community needs to start being more honest in the way they review products, because some of us are wasting money trusting high reviews on low grade products

I really like how easy it is to set up and use. It provides clear video and pictures. It also works great as a security camera, providing great videos in the dark. If you're looking for a Webcam, this is the one to buy.

This little camera does a very good job, is easy to use, and costs fairly little. It is a great value.Not only does it capture you for Skype and video conferencing, it also takes still photos.

We just needed it for taking quick pictures of our patients. I went with this brand because of their other products which I have owned were great. This camera works great for our needs.

This product is great quality for its price. It has a clear picture and the mic works great. The only things that would make it better would be making it grip laptops better and having a feature on it that allowed it to record videos.

i have been a technophobe on the webcams for awhile but this was super easy. came with a disc which i loaded in - it updated all of the software and i plugged the camera in and it works. great picture quality and will adjust for lighting etc. much better than expected.

I use the webcam and the mic on it the mic is crystal clear and amazing! it auto focuses great but in the dark you look like a glowing white very bright angel.

I needed a webcam for my new Mac Mini and thought this logitech would give me a great picture and tools needed to adjust..I only got the camera to work no tools and it truly is not bad at all.

I pruchased this web cam for a gift to my Sister in WA, state. and I live in NV, so we use Skype to see and talk to eachother all the time, she is very happy with it as I am.. and again good pricing..

Unless you're looking for very high quality, this cam/mic combination is a great value. Produces a totally acceptable image for web chat, Skype, and the like, along with clear audio. Very clever, non obtrusive mounting mechanism. Absolutely can't beat it for the price.

I used this for my skype calls with my daughter back home and this thing is perfict, plug it right in and it works like charm. I did not have to install ANYTHING and I have had this webcam for about 2 month now and I have had NO problem with it. The ONLY thing I wish was different was the cord was longer but for the most part its fine. Quality is great and me and the family have had no complants with it. I would recomend anyone needing an afordable webcam to try this one out.

Plug and play. I purchased this to be able to skype with my son who is teaching english in a South Korea. I was pleased with how easy it was to set up. I would recommend this to others.

Everything works fine and I am pleased. Only issue is with how it "clips" on to the screen.. very unstable and sometimes falls. No other issues :)

Arrived as scheduled !! Pretty much plug and play did not use the software included(yet), as windows 7, downloaded the driver for it , right away!! I have used other Logitech products in the past and haven't been disapointed yet !!

This camera works perfectly for us -- we use it for Skype. And it was inexpensive enough that we bought another one for my parents to use. With a family member serving in the military overseas, this gives us the ability to connect with him and his family. The camera was easy to set up and has good enough clarity.

Bought this for Google hangouts and Goto meetings at work. The image is good when all the lights are on and good when only some of the lights are on. The mounting piece does a good job of grabbing the top of the screen. The camera itself has caused no problems on the XP pro comp(sometimes usb stuff can bug a computer during startup).
