These are a nice, lightweight, functional set of headphones. Not expensive and they do the job.But I had a problem. The foam pieces that cover the earpieces were a bit loose, and one fell off and disappeared - I suspect chewed up by one of my dogs.I contacted Logitech via their website, and they started a live chat. After establishing the problem, they said my headset was still under warranty, and they are sending me a new set, without requiring me to send my old one back. So even though the foam pieces aren't great, they win kudos on customer service!Highly recommend, both for that, and the functionality of the item.

The LogiTech H250 Stereo Headset is a really good basic set of headpones. The audio quality is good, the headphones are comfortable and the microphone produced clear sound - without sounding like you were doing a Darth Vader impression or standing in an echo chamber. The input jacks are color-coded for audio and microphone. Overall I found the headphones solid and well-built. They are definitely in the sweet spot for value and performance.

I really like using these. They have a wonderful sound and comfort leval, although any like this can get hot for a very long use for some people, these did not bother me that way. My husband likes to listen to music on the computer most mornings, and I like to read so it allows us to do both and not be disturbed. They are a reasonable price that won't break your pocketbook and have a great sound, so I would highly recommend them.

Jumped on a Skype call to Singapore, plugged these into a 15" MacBook Pro, and had a great chat. They're perfect in that they just fade into the background. Exactly what you want from a tool like this.Plus: Noise canceling was great (there was a construction truck dropping supplies off at a neighbor's). They were able to hear me fine, and the padded earphones isolated me a bit from my environment.

Light, simply engineered headset that gives solid performance... a real find!Clear, sharp,and rich sounds rendered through comfortable and adjustable ear pads and headband, perfect for laptop mobility. Just what you need to listen to long webinars or go-to-meetings!Cannot think of one thing that would improve this product... it is ready to go right out of the box. Superior performance.

Although they tend to give me a headache if I'm not wearing them exactly right, they have awesome sound and are comfortable (if I'm wearing them correctly).... I've always been a fan of Logitech and will continue to use the headphones in the near future.

I bought four of these, it came in crappy packaging. Everything was just thrown into a plastic wrap. It looks used, and the one even has a bend head part.

I bought one of these and had no trouble for about 3 months. After that, the left speaker started going out. A couple weeks later, the right one started going out too. The only way I could hear out of them is if I kept holding it at awkward positions. I decided to go ahead and get another one and figured it'd be better. The exact same thing happened. So far I've used 3 headsets from Logitech and none of them have lasted very long. Save your money and get a decent pair from a different company.

I have owned several of these items over the past year. They are lightweight, reasonably comfortable, appropriate to the task (i.e. chatting/ calling/ listening from a computer), and inexpensive. They can be kept on for multiple hours on a row - although they are not suitable for use non-stop everyday all day. They also have another important attribute: they fit a child's head. My children, age 5 and 12, can use them comfortably to watch a movie in the car on a laptop, call friends on Skype etc. When listening to music, they will not provide you with symphonic experience, but they are good enough to listen to Pandora as needed a few hours a day.Where they fail is in robustness: 3 pairs have failed in our household in the past 18 months. Like all other behind-the-ear sets, they are flimsy and fragile. They break very easily, being sat on, falling on the ground, the wire being caught under your chair etc. On the other hand, I must have now owned more than 15 headsets, and these are no worse than the many other lightweight headsets I have owned- with one exception. I have found the Skype Everyman headset (available for a moderate $30) to be more robust, more comfortable, and with a better sound quality. On the other hand, the Everyman is not a behind-the-ear model, it is heavier and does not fit a child's head.As the poor construction of this product is matched by that of every other behind-the-ear headset I have owned, I still recommend it, as long as the user understands that this is a consumable product that is unlikely to be long lasting.

I needed to buy this item as a requirement for a college class, and was looking for a deal on it. I was hesitant to purchase online, but I found this good deal and figured I might as well try. It was sent very quickly after I ordered it and is exactly what I expected it to be. I don't really know how to describe the quality of the item as I have not yet really used it and I don't know much about it, but I tried it out on my laptop and it worked. I definitely recommend this seller!

The most uncomfortable headphones I have ever worn. If you feel the need to do penance or the equivalent of self-flagellation these would then work. Save your money.

I bought this head set sometime in Feb 2010 in replacement to some cheap $10 1 ear headset.When looking for headsets, I wanted one that was less than $30 and was behind the head type. This headset was both, and was Logitech!Sound quality is not OMG Amazing! but it does the job. My friends have not complained about the mic quality, however they do notice when I do not have it directly in front of my mouth. The cord is nice and long. Really too long for me. I find it very comfortable to wear, it just sits on top of my ears, however I have heard that it is uncomfortable for some. But for me, its fine.The placement of the mic is too close to my face really. I sometimes want to eat/drink while wearing it and if I forget to move the mic, I am unable to eat or drink. Also the places that the mic can be moved to are both very awkward. You don't want to move it up cause it would look like you have an antenna but you also don't want to move it downwards cause it sticks out so far!I was pretty rough on this headset (6-8 hrs a day sometimes) and recently it broke in July 2010. Didn't have any more sound coming out of the right headphone. I would twist the cord around and sometimes it would make sound but it wouldnt work for long. Best I can think is the wiring/connections will come lose rather easily.However! I looked on Logitech's site to see if it was covered under a warranty and it is. TWO years! The process to also get a replacement sent was simple. I simply had to show proof of purchase and about a week later I had a new headset.

Logitech ClearChat Style/Stereo Headset H230I purchased these to communicate via Office Communicator on a laptop. These work great, they fit my head nicely, they are very sensitive and most importantly, they are easy to use.

there is no USB connector on this headset, only pins. I will try this USB connector Syba SD-CM-UAUD USB Stereo Audio Adapter, C-Media Chipset, RoHS to see if the headset will work just as well, so that the cords will not stick out the front of my laptop anymore. I further customized the "personalized color" donuts by using metallic nailpolish on a set of donuts. ha.FOLLOW_UP: bought this Syba SD-CM-UAUD USB Stereo Audio Adapter, C-Media Chipset, RoHS and the USB dongle works fine. however be aware the price of the headset + price of the USB dongle is nearly equal to a headset that already comes with the dongle. I guess if the dongle breaks hopefully you can still use the pins.

I liked the price on this, and wanted to try the over the ears, behind the neck style to see how I liked it. It took a bit of getting used to, but now I like it just fine. I was very pleased with the sound quality of this item at first- but like the other two Logitech headsets I bought previously, I am already having issues with this one only about a month or so after buying it. I'm getting a loud squeak/feeback from the mic now when I say something that has a sibilant sound. At first it was only every once in awhile, but try as I may to adjust the location of the mic, it has continued and seems to be getting worse. I had hoped trying a different model of Logitech headsets would work out better, as the cheaper two that I bought proved to be very disappointing as well- the mic quit working on them within 3 months. I do not think I will be buying Logitech headsets again.

I do a lot of international conference calls from home using Skype and this headset works perfectly for my needs. People on the other end of the calls can hear me well & do not get the "heavy breathing" effect that can often be present with headsets. Overall it's a great value for the price

These headphones work just like any other combined microphone / headphone. The in-cable controls have a volume dial and a microphone mute switch.The headphone fit is very tight for me (an adult male) and it's uncomfortable to wear the headphones for longer than a minute or two. It might be fine for children, but look for something else if you have an adult sized head.

After several days of reading reviews and comparing prices and features, I decided to try out this little headset. I bought the first one from Best Buy in July and in less than a month the mic stopped working. I checked my computer and the program I had been using and nothing was wrong with them. I also tried a different stand-alone mic with the same program and it worked fine so I assumed it had to be the headset itself. I took it back to Best Buy and they exchanged it with no problems. I decided it might have been a fluke and got the same headset again hoping that it would last much longer. Last night, a month and a half later - with no warning or signs that there was a looming breakdown - the mic has stopped working again. Now, I know that if you mishandle or abuse any product it will eventually crap out. This thing was treated like glass every time I used it and safely tucked away when I wasn't using it. I think it's safe to say that there is something flawed in Logitech's design. Today, I brought back the second headset and asked for store credit to pick out a different model altogether. I'm trying out the Plantronics gamer headset now with fingers crossed. I liked the Logitech headset at first, but having to take it back every month is not cool.

it's been 6 month since i had this head set.i beat the hell out of it, my chair rolls over the wire, i drop this thing consistently and take it to work and home and it still works great.sound quality is decent, the mic could lose the noise canceling thing, cause some folks have told me i am sound like i am in a fish bowl etci use this head set for gaming, personal and business voice chat and it gets the job done, so overall a pretty dam good head set for the price.

The microphone produced loud static which makes it useless for gaming. The speakers on the headset did not work at all. Not even a good paperweight at this point.

I use this is my VoIP softphone, both microphone and headset are working perfectly. I will let you know how long it will last.Recommend to every one looking for a cheap and quality headset with microphone.-Steven

Sounds good, but not adjustable as to tension against your ears, and I find it a little too tight after an hour or so. Good value for the money, but I believe there must be better (more expensive) headphones out there.

I bought this headset as a gift for my boyfriend because he plays WOW. He loves it and says its the best present he's ever gotten. I ordered it and it was affordable, but it arrived days before it was supposed to. The quality is great. it looks great and half the time he forgets he is wearing it.
