Ms office not installed, I am disappointed this laptop.
Ms office not installed, must install in laptop, this is basic required in laptop, why we purchased laptop,?? what can I do now ?? Suggest me, otherwise tell me I will return back, overall other features good.

Product quality is good..i like the design..screen is wide and thin which is amazing..performane is quite good..good for work purpose..you can play pubg with no disturbances..overall worth the price 👍

It is cheap but you have to compromise a little bit.
Battery life is average and not for gaming at all. Screen and display are average by price. The lagging problem is considerable. Overall, these laptops are suitable for odd jobs. I will say that it takes some more money to get a good laptop which will not cause problems in future. Thank You.

Before purchase ensure it is returnable or not.
I hate amazon... Surely I will try to avoid any purchase from it. It's microphone is not working from the start and when I tried to return no option was enabled.

Waste of money
The laptop keyboard acted funny in the first 3 months... Tried contacting the seller appario but their number isn't listed anywhere... So forget seller' warranty... USB slots spoiled by 4th month... Waste of money. Spend a few grand more but buy a better laptop

Laptop speed, Microsoft office
Hi Team, the laptop is too slow and the functions are also very slow. Everything I open takes way too long to open. I am unable to open Microsoft Word..I thought that's was pre-installed? Kindly call back.

Terrible for games, good for Office packages!
I like the product. The battery is very good. The interface is good and smart. It is a bit slower than expected but it is okay for Offices uses.
If you want to play games, this laptop is terrible! It is too slow. I wish to replace it.

Decent laptop for circa 150 mark in sale but misleading description regarding processor
Whilst these are tidy little laptops for what I paid 150 in black friday. The description is misleading as states and athlon 3050 U processor that is significantly better than the 3050 E processor versions that arrived. Hopefully the E will hold up to the needs of my 8yr olds who just use Minecraft and Roblox or video streaming.

Positives;
Small and lightweight which is just what I needed as a back up to my business laptop and to take away on holidays etc for business work.
Fast enough in loading/shutdown/access to apps etc.
Good display, not top quality but more than good enough.
Took about 30 seconds to change from W10s to regular Windows 10 (not sure why other reviewers have even mentioned a problem - there isn't one).
Set up was very straightforward with no problems at all.
At the price, this is a very good option.
Negatives;

Well worth the money
I needed something cheap and practical. After searching for a few days, I decided upon this and glad I did. It is light, but not flimsy and overall has a very good finish; from the screen, keyboard and the whole case. It hasn’t taken me long at all to adjust typing on a small keyboard. The screen resolution looks good and is a massive improvement from my last laptop. I wanted a 3-1 laptop but didn’t want to pay double for something I wouldn’t likely use. If you want a small, light, practical, well built and affordable laptop, then you can’t go wrong. I use it to surf the web, run Microsoft Office and so far no glitches, always starts up quickly after a few seconds. I’m more an Apple man but I’m very happy with this purchase, so much so that in future I will not likely dismiss Lenovo as a cheap manufacturer.

Great little laptop!
My daughter is very happy with this laptop. Does everything she needs for year 11 GCSE learning and coursework. Compact and lightweight, great value for money and great battery life. Very pleased with it!

Nach nur 14 Tagen Benutzung fuhr dieses Gerät nicht mal mehr hoch. Tatsächlich habe ich ausschließlich Word benutzt für das Schreiben von Hausarbeiten. Mir wurde jetzt mitgeteilt, dass es sich um einen Hardwarefehler handelt und eine Reparatur durchgeführt wird. Auf Nachfrage nach einem neuen Gerät, wird mitgeteilt das kein Wiederufrecht besteht. Eine Frechheit. Ich werde bestimmt keine Prüfungsdateien mehr auf dieses unzuverlässigen Laptop speichern. Absolut schlechter Kundenservice.
