Worst laptop
Extremely slow. And even new piece of laptop gives you the feeling of lagging everytime you open. Please don't buy and don't waste your time on all troubleshooting calls. I felt really helpless first time during my purchase in Amazon. I hope Amazon comes up with better service towards their electronic items

Laptop is very light,looks nice small in size..only problem is its very SLOW.it takes a lot of time to upload a page.Even when it start it takes approx 2-3mins.Not very happy with the product.

Slowest LAPTOP of my history
I have never had such a slow Laptop ever in my life cycle - 4GB RAM and still every application hangs - Pathetic product seriously - The biggest wastage of my life is this - I recommend not to BUY !

Don't waste your money
Purchased just one month before. Every day making some problems. Sometimes power button may work. We have to make 5 or 6 times to press power button. Overall bad experience. Now laptop not working. Given to service center telling waiting for 4 more days.

Super slow laptop
Super slow laptop. Bought it for my 9 yr olds school work but it is super slow and take ages to load anything. When contacted Lenovo they said to upgrade RAM . Seriously ?

Less price and worthy which is useful in these times...
This laptop is not for gaming, this is for simple things like work from home, online classes. The screen quality is fine, speed is a bit slow but good enough for simple work. The battery life is two and a half hour while I was watching online classes. Good product rather than buying a second hand.

Good laptop but burned pixels in my screen
Very good laptop for this price. Good for students and day to day works. But i got a defective piece. Burned or may be stuck pixels in my screen the moment i turned on for the very first time. Not planning to return because of uncertainty as i bought the laptop for work on urgent basis . My first bad experience with amazon

Absolutely pathetic laptop!! NEVER BUY IT!!!
Never buy this laptop! It’s outright pathetic! It just doesn’t work. Now even the keyboard has stopped working! Absolutely ridiculous! I feel cheated!! Absolutely NOT WORTH the money!!! Please do not buy this laptop at any cost!!!! Am literally stuck with this piece of junk!!!

Laptop is really good!!
Display is good.
Battery life is good at normal office usage like browsing or excel works.
Music via headphone is extraordinary!! Through speaker is low, but same time crystal clear too.
Not checked on gaming yet! However good for daily office use and students.

Worst laptop ever delivered
Horrible machine. Please do not order. The camera does not work to begin with. Had to take it to a expert to fix it and the quality of the camera was very poor. Now the system itself does not boot up without power being connected at all times and the issue states hard drive missing. Overall poor product. Hope Amazon replace this soon.

Laptop is best at this price segment.......but battery backup is poor ........And the charging speed is best only 40 min for full charge..........and I play only Pubg and gta games so the gaming performance is good...........and the quality is also good...............

HDD is waste
First of all the delivery of the laptop was quick.
And one thing is that don't ever buy HDD laptops because it is soo laggy. I must admit that this laptop is super laggy after using it 2 months. Processor is good but the drive is bad. I don't like it due to HDD the laptop is so slow. Make sure u buy SSD laptops

Keypad not working
I brought this laptop for my sister in march end 2020. It's hardly 5 months now and most of the keys are not functioning. She has hardly used it and without any hit or damage, automatically some keys stopped working. I recommend not to buy this product.

Poor performance
Bought this laptop just 10 months back.knowing its specs and pricing..kept it for light use yet the performance of the laptop has deteriorated badly.laptop takes almost 15-30 mins just to start.regreting the decision to buy this laptop.my advice chip in 5 6k more and go for a better specs laptop.
