VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE
Soon after purchase the following problems cropped up : 1. Keypad malfunction 2. Extremely slow start up and operation 3. Touch Pad not working properly. An effective communication to claim replacement under the Warranty could not be concluded due to the COVID situation. Finally a Service Request could be raised only on August 14, 2020. After repeated follow-up a visit was made in early September 2020 but only the keypad was replaced. The other 2 issues were not attended. Unfortunately the keypad replacement did not sort out the malfunction issue. Again a Service Request was raised on September 14, 2020. There has been no response till date. The Warranty ends on February 2, 2021. REQUEST IMMEDIATE ATTENTION

Good branded low budget laptop for light use with Original windows OS , MICROSOFT WORD and EXCEL installed, 1TB disk , 4GB RAM with AMD processor laptop for light use .
Worthy to but rather than buying a 10inch costly Tablet . battery life is less in this laptop . But can be used with power for the longer run. Not advisable for lot of software installation as we have only 4GB RAM also with the respective performance AMD processor. My first AMD Processor laptop.

Worth the money - stylish and fast
Ordered this laptop on 18th May 2020. Due to the pandemic, the delivery got delayed and it was delivered almost three weeks later. But still I am happy with the performance so far. It looks quite stylish and it is really good for watching movies and visiting websites.

Value for money
Considering the price, this laptop is value for money. It lags a bit on booting but later works fine . CPU Speed is 2.6 Ghz which is higher & better than low range intel CPUs

Worst laptop ever and worst service by amazon.. waste of money.. I wanted to upgrade to another laptop as this was very slow and not serving my purpose and they did not even exchange.. don’t waste ur money on it.. go for better one from Flipkart with little extra money... highly disappointed with this laptop and also Amazon... there should be option to exchange or return when any product is not serving consumer purpose.... BIG NO FOR Amazon and also did laptop.. even if u get it for 10k...it’s just waste

Super slow machine which had to be returned
1) Build quality is good
2) Display is good
3) AMD Processor is very bad. Just with no software installed and just a normal chrome browsing, CPU stands at 90%
4) 4GB RAM is fully utilized just with normal browsing. Forget if you want to build any project
5) Major issues with hard disk as its always 100% utilized
6) Performance on a brand new machine was super slow. Opening my computer took 5 seconds. Opening a normal Excel sheet took 6 seconds.
FINAL VERDICT: GO FOR INTEL PROCESSOR WITH SSD (ALL PROBLEMS SOLVED) I RETURNED THIS FAULTY PIECE.

Lenovo Cheated on Warranty.
When I received the item and activated pre-installed Windows, it showed warranty left for 199 days only.
I have raised the complaint to Lenovo Customer Care, but no response received even after 15 days.

For a student Best to buy under 30,000.
I am a student, i use this laptop for online classes,content and gaming
I had some issues with call of duty mobile emulator,
asphalt 9 runs very nicely,
the display is slightly dim when not charging,
best processor definetly better than a intel i3 for same price,
I am highly satisfied by this product.

Camera, hanging, erasing all time
I purchased this item only 2 months ago. This laptop is already starting the showing reality. I can't able to type anything, whenever im going to type it's erase all things. And in zoom meeting app video is not able show, it has camera but camera is not showing in zoom app. Reason why I purchased it is not working at all. I have to restart every time because laptop takinv too much time to start app n open any option from desktop.

Its only Showpiece - lag, lag, lag on every click.
Very slow processor, very very laggy... This laptop can only used to show that i have a laptop...
Display is very poor like local TFT display,
CPU 100% even not a single program running.
Trackpad making noise while clicking buttons.
Battery is average, not bad.
I have an old laptop congf i3 4th gen 2gb of RAM & trust me thats faster than this.
I personally suggest don't buy this laptop for working, its only showpiece.

Not a laptop its a plastic box
It is total waste laptop. In fact its not a laptop its a plastic box. Screen resolution is worst. Amazon support is worst.may be my kid can play with it. Extremely slow perfirmance in fact no perforance.

Be afraid of defective laptop, you will be left holding a lemon laptop
strongly recommend not buying laptops from Amazon. If you rexive a defextive product, they refuse to acknowledge it. Then they try to convince you that they will look into it and send a technical person. And you are left holding a lemon and money and time wasted.

rubbish, bad product and even worse customer service!!
i think they are trying to pass out defective pieces here!
the laptop is still not functional even after 20 days
we informed them that the same they sent some guy who walked in and said it needs to be replaced
when i told him we need it fixed as the person who needs to use it has joined he did something and then went away
this was a week ago and the laptop continues to give the same problem
called the customer service who then put me onto a technician who I have been on call for the last 45 minutes who is trying to teach me a novice about IT and expecting me to give them remote connection on a laptop that keeps rebooting!
if this is how lenovo is going to deal with customers i think the end is surely near! i have been a macbook user for over 15years and never was i frustrated as i am with these guys , clearly there is a reason for apple being where they are!
dont buy this product you will end up spending more time trying to make the bloody laptop work and even then it wont the way it seems as i complete an hour on the call !!

Worst laptop i have ever seen
I have seen a lot of hanging & lagging issues in this laptop
It's processor is worst my 18000 rs. Gets wasted
& u also can't update BIOS in it always an error occurs whenever u try to download & install bios which is very disgusting
