SLOW AS SNAILS
I bought it in under 21k l, I thought to try even there were some negative feedbacks,
What could be worst I thought 😂 seriously a phone would have been better of, if it weren't for the display size,
now it's been a week or so since I'm using it, but I still do not believe it's performance being so slow for a NEW LAPTOP and the most concerned matter is, why are they "RISING PRICES" you should decrease the price so at least people who buys it can give it to their children as a playing gift.......

Not worth buying
This laptop is definitely not worth buying. I used it for a day & decided to return it the very next day. It's very slow. It lags while playing videos on YouTube or opening applications. Sound quality is horrible. It's extremely low. I couldn't hear anything without using external speakers. Performance is not good. I wouldn't recommend it...

I have given this to my daughter for school online classes. It works good till u use it for such purpose and for basic working needs.

Terribly slow performance
Extremely dissatisfied with such a poor performance. I have another Lenovo since 2012 which is way faster than this new one purchased 2 weeks ago. Raised a return and refund request. Even if you have no apps or programs open it takes 5 minutes to load Chrome browser and btw I am using Airtel highspeed broadband.

Dont Buy. Fraud device and malfunctions on first day of usage. They are not Refunding either
Please don't buy this laptop.
- They are selling defective laptops
- Hangs and lags a lot
- On the first day of usage it randomly shut down with a loud noise.
- it's a safety hazard
Amazon should delist this seller. It's absolutely fraud. Request anyone reading this to avoid buying this laptop. It's not worth the risk

Good one for basic needs!
Good one for basic needs, create msoffice docs and online class/ meetings - very slow during laptop startup and simple multi tasking - even open 2-3 word/excel documents and attend zoom meeting itself laptop performance is poor

Explore few other options before adding it to your cart.
Helps in browsing and kids attending online classes.
Battery is good, very sleek, light weight, very slow performance (will test ur patience), poor display.
Don't expect even an average performance for this price from a China product.
CPU & Memory usage spikes beyond 90% even if you open one application and impacts overall performance.

Not a Suggestible Laptop!!!!
Just used it or better to say "had" it for 3 days and writing down my reviews for ther above laptop... I don't know what went wrong but honestly my exclusive was just a disaster...
To talk of "Battery" - Very poor battery, works average only upto 3 hrs maxx. Not at all suitable for gaming..
To talk of "Display" - It's quite OK and not very satisfactory.. but then my personal experience was that it reduces the brightness when u remove the power adaptor( it's what i saw, that's it )
To talk of "Speed" - Its quite quick in surfing but hangs with externally installed apps ( Teams)

Go for it in this price
Guys if you want a new laptop with less price and stable performance., Go for it ( I am using for office work VMware) it's working fine.
Light weight,feels like premium only thing don't expect great performance like Intel processors.

Please don't buy this product
This laptop sucks big time, it's so damn slow and looks like a plastic box. You can't work properly, gaming is not possible. I bought this at a better deal yet it isn't worth. You want a laptop, buy another one. Some other company I suggest. DON'T GO FOR LENOVO.

I had bought this laptop a month ago ! And now it has stopped charging. I’m stranded and I don’t know what to do. I’m trying to contact amazon every single day now since the day laptop stopped working and I could get to them. Now I want a replacement for it. I feel so stupid for looking at a review because obviously people have just randomly reviewed it as a good product (those who have reviewed it as good product). This is so disappointing.

Annoyingly slow
It is surprisingly slow. I click to open the browser and without exaggeration it takes 6 to 7 seconds before it opens. Any folder or file I want to open and action I want to take is delayed by a few seconds. No matter how small the action its delayed everytime for any and everything.

lenovo is worst company
firstly it is extremely slow so I purchased kingston M.2 M key ssd 256 gb (costing 4300) but even in warranty also had to pay Rs.895 for getting it installed from service center as to prevent warranty void... then after 10 day half display got defective even when used with extreme care..... so it means this laptop is to be kept in service center ....
and it is so called cheap Chinese quality from a chinese brand....

Battery life
Hi,i bought this laptop in june month,Now its been very hectic that battery cant get charged more than 60%.I did talk to amazon customer care and as per their saying I visited the local lenovo service centre at my nearest location but it didn't work.They said they dont have any of the service available in satara for the online amazon products and u have to contact to tollfree number of lenovo,which says continuously busy........ i have tried three days in a row but no response,Now what is the solution?

Don't go with this pls😔
Worst laptop ever . It just been 2 days since i got it and it lags like hell. It stopped working now. I am highly unsatisfied. Pls don't buy this. ☹️☹️☹️☹️I spent my entire savings on this for study purpose. This is not good for even basic purpose like online reading. Pls don't go with this😔

The best one
I really like this laptop, but there is the shortage of ram there is 4 GB of ram but it is upgradable. This laptop is very light weight and the processor is very fast about 3 ghz. There is 1 Tb of ram. 🤔

Amazon didn't return faulty laptop
Product is bad plus amazon not responding and i am stuck with this hopeless piece.amazon better return this as i want to return.i am trying to return it since the 9th of july.and nobody is responding.is this a trick into selling faulty products to customers without leaving them an option to return.amazon better take responsibility and do something about it

Amazon purchase - Lenovo Ideapad S145 - A big dissapointment
This purchase has put me off so bad that I don't think I will order anymore expensive things on line. By the time I unpacked and used the laptop, the time for return of goods to Amazon had passed by. So I am now left with a piece of equipment that does not meet the standards of any decent computer. The most disappointing experience I have ever had in life. Even if I want to upgrade, I have been made to understand that its too late to do anything.

1. The viewing angles are crappy.
2. The laptop is very like VERY slow and laggy it takes 10 clicks and another 10 minutes to just open say a chrome tab then all of the ten clicks respond all of a sudden and 10 tabs open up. Even though there is a lot of free storage, it is not possible to browse the web smoothly.
3. The build feels "plasticy"and not sturdy to hold.
In conclusion not satisfied by the quality of this product and intend to return the product.
