I have never had so much trouble ordering a product. i had to re-enter information 5 times and it still declined my information. after it would take the card it made me re enter my address. the same with the billing address. it would accept payment then decline hours later due to billing errors. it finally took the 6th time with the same information i had been putting the entire time.

well most of the time when I use amazon it has been great with no problem, but I was sent two black hp 56 not a combo pack that was disappointing.

I purchased an HP monitor HPw2338h, computer and keyboard and a few months after the warrenty expired the letters on the keyboard started wiping off...now the monitor is turning dark....HP will do nothing for me to stand behind their product even knowing that there are numerous complaints out there on the internet about the same thing...they deny it!...I would strongly advise that you buy from a company that stands behind their name...I dealt with a customer service representative that was nasty and demeaning and when I asked her to have her manager call me she did not evidently because no one called me...

Within a month of buying this monitor the color would spontaneously get completely out of whack (everything super blue) and the factory reset button was of no help, the language would default to German, and the volume would re-set to off. The only way to get the color back to normal is to completely unplug it for several hours. And now it seems to have a new problem - it makes a loud and annoying humming/motor noise. I thought it was my computer until I was quite dumbfounded to realize it is actually coming from the monitor. This monitor is a complete dud! Don't waste your money!

I cannot believe how nice the details and colors are on this item!Purchased this with doing some research and I am astounded!I do photography for a second income and always thought my photo'slooked sharp until I got this monitor!Money well spent and I thankthe hard work HP put into this product! A five star rating in my book!Hot reds,black, blacks and whites true to color!!Try it!

Really nice LCD but not capable for multi-functionality...it is not an LED, and light is not as awesome as I thought but it really does the job...

Excellent value for your money. It's a bit heavier than most, but the features, like adobe, webcam & finger-print scanner, to name a few, far 'outweigh' this. My teenage daughter absolutely adores it.

The specifications on this page list "display resolution" as 1920x1080. A quick search on other pages show the actual native resolution as 1366x768. If you're looking for high resolution, or something that will work well with your computer, move along.

Obviously not high end. Mass produced but solid performer. Great value. Make sure you are ok with glossy screen. Not very good for room with lots of windows and sunshine.

This monitor has a very nice panel. I was a little concerned about the brightness rating being lower than the HP 2509(non LED), however the LEDS provide a very clean light. No bleeds or other.The monitor ships with the default @ max brightness which I had to lower to medium setting (this monitor looks great in a well lit room with lots of natural light as well.I usually shy away from glossy monitors but it hasn't been an issue as of yet.This panel strikes me as a rebranded Samsung, without the touch sensitive buttons (these are your standard resistive buttons on the bottom of the right corner). I originally thought these would have been the same as my Samsung TV (touch sensitive like the old PS3). It is probably my bad for not doing the research. However I would still recommend this monitor. Great price for the panel + LED.The OSD leaves a little be desired too but it works fine.

Purchased this for my Wife,she has no problems with it its a little tricky with using your finger for the mouse but it does a fine job and so far no problems with it

the monitor is great; just as i ordered. BUT, the HP documentation is confusing; the doc describes the monitor as an "LCD". Called HP, and Amazon and coulld not determine immediately. Days later i located on on line source that had the same question/confusion, who assured me and vberified that the monitor is infact an "LED: SHAME ON HP!!!!

Ink catridges aren't cheap and I didn't want to go w/a knock off or after market product. The price for the ink was reasonable and I was able to get a combo pack. It actually came a lot sooner than I expected. I would buy from this seller again.

So far I haven't had any problems with this monitor. I have both the HDMI and the VGA inputs going to different computers and the monitor recognizes whichever one is on. It goes into sleep mode when you leave your computer unattended and gets somewhat warm but that's probably not abnormal. I have used the picture adjustments to basically tone down the brightness but that's just personal taste. I really haven't had any issues with this monitor. It's pretty much a plug and play device. I purchased this as a display markdown from Costco with an HP a6857c desktop so the monitor was not new. My older computer uses a NVIDIA 6200 graphics card through the VGA and my newer computer uses an ati radeon 4670 card to hdmi so no incompatability problems there. If this monitor lasts another couple of years I would definitely seek out the same or similar model to replace it with. You have to get the viewing angle just right for your viewing sweet spot which is easy enough to do and once you get that you're set. I would totally recommend this monitor for the single sitting relatively static desktop user. If you like to stand or move around the room perhaps not as the perceived visual quality will degrade with angle. The glossy screen picks up reflections which under normal use is perfectly fine. For precise fps video gaming like 'Deer Drive' I like to dim the room lighting to reduce those reflections. It makes a significant difference in my scores and the number of rounds I complete. I don't use the onboard sound although the speakers work. For my purposes this monitor so far has been very satisfying.

This is a great monitor. The picture quality is great and the design is simple and lightweight. Unlike other larger LED monitors I have seen, this monitor seems to have a more stable support. I would suggest this for anything from business use to gaming to movie watching.

It is a bang for the price. Holds charge for 4-5 hours in ms office or 3-4 hours watching hd movie. Design is nice and laptop is thinner when i thought. New core-i3 is enough for all my task (which exclude gaming). Speakers are on average loudness and quality level. Has an USB 3.0 port, although not tested this yet. Package is minimalistic but it is okay for me. Keyboard is nice, wi-fi have a good reception. Have one glitch with Autocad and internal video drivers.

Nice laptop for the price but not the best on battery life. Charge holds for about three hours max for me even with lower power settings. It serves the purpose.

This monitor was an easy set up. It is bright, it is a big screen at 25 inches and it is a thin monitor. I found no need to adjust the default settings as they worked well for my taste. It does have a shiny screen (as opposed to a mate screen). I thought that might be a problem with reflection but so far it has not been a problem. This monitor replaced a 24 inch LG LCD that I owned since 2006. I had looked at this monitor since its introduction but wanted to wait on its purchase until I bought a new Windows 7 computer -- which I now own. Hope this helps for those of you thinking about getting this particular monitor. I know I am happy with it so far.
