Does the job is meant to do
Although I was worried about its genuineness loooking at the packing, at least the printer detected it to be original and has been printing very nice.
May be the cartridge packing was opened before.

Best laptop with inbuilt cortana . Must buy thing I recommend that for everyone and very big storage 1 tb HDD yay thanks Amazon for such good product . Take a pic of bill also or else it will be evaporated

Keyboard is poorly made
After 2 weeks I have some keys sticking and cannot be used in poorly lit areas since the letters on the keys are hard to see . Speed is excellent , graphics are excellent . After 3 weeks I noticed a problem when HP installs updates . It locks down and I have to reboot using Contrl / Alt Delete since power button locks also .

I don’t print much so my ink stays for more than 4 months without drying up or getting bad print quality is good and I almost purchase it after every 3/4 months.

Good for the money.
Good for gaming and study but the most disappointing thing in it is that you can't get the whole 8gb ram out of it as 2gb of it is reserved by the hardware so you only get around 6gb for the work. It is better to buy a 8gb additional stick with the laptop. All the rest hardware works perfectly fine.

Most bang for the buck from a laptop
It is not the top of the line, even though it has the latest greatest core i7. I am impressed with its performance, video streaming and video editing is great. Multi apps open, not a problem. It is smooth and reliable. I have read other reviews about the screen crapping out, mine has never done that, keep my fingers crossed. I love it for what its worth. Higher video editing and streaming, a graphics card is req, so what do you expect from a shared memory w iris graphics. That being said, it performs well. I got the most bang for the buck.

Not Much Different Than the i5-10th Generation Model
I use the new i7 11th generation as a home office device. I sincerely state that if there is a performance differential between the new unit and an owned i5-10th generation model that remains functional, I genuinely do not appreciate it.
Did I mention that currently a cost savings of approximately $300 or greater exists between the devices! The i5 savings is subjectively prudent on a cost benefit analysis basis!

Laptops fan sucks!!!
I bought it 3 months ago, last week started to make an horrible sound. It was the fan, no dust inside or anything just a damage fan from factory. So unfortunate I thought it was good product.

Ventiladores algo ruidosos
Si usas Windows 10 tendrás un gran problema con el uso excesivo de los ventiladores y resulta molesto pues no son precisamente silenciosos aun desactivando la opción "ventiladores siempre en uso" en la BIOS. Por otro lado, estoy satisfecho pues mi instalación de Arch-linux (LXDE desktop environment) todo va bien, incluso los ventiladores funcionan on-demand, sin embargo, el único defecto está en el teclado iluminado, pues sólo funcionan dos niveles (apagado y full).

El equipo esta bien solo recomiendo no comprarlo en oferta por que lo ponen mas caro que de forma normal y aparentan un descuento, lo pueden verificar en las ofertas del viernes negro que esta mas caro que el mes pasado

Tengo apenas 1 semana con el producto, en general está bien.
Para mi fue la mejor opción costo-beneficio, la compré en el buen fin y salió a buen precio.
Tiene acabado metálico, es ligera, delgada y potente.
Tiene identificación facial lo cual es de mucha ayuda ya que evita ingresar la clave de acceso e impide que otras personas la puedan usar.
Tiene teclado iluminado, teclado completo y en español.
Hasta ahorita estoy muy satisfecho.

La verdad estaba dudosa de comprar esta laptop por ciertas reseñas, pero al final me decidí y me gusto mucho!! No hace ruido el ventilador, y cuando lo hace se escucha súper bajito, las teclas retro iluminadas tiene para apagado, media intensidad, y alta intensidad. Esta padre, la recomiendo

A un año de estar usando esta computadora, de verdad es una absoluta decepción. Es lentísima a la mínima exigencia de esfuerzo. En todos los sentidos de performance deja mucho qué desear.
La pantalla se ve muy bien, con colores muy brillantes, pero no puede correr un video 4k de unos segundos porque parece que va a explotar.
Ni se diga editar imágenes de calidad moderada o varias pantallas con gráficos mínimamente exigentes.
Si la van a usar únicamente para ver Netflix y no hacer más, adelante. Pero si piensan ponerse a trabajar, ahórrense los corajes que yo ya hice.

Excelente equipo por el precio
La potencia del equipo es muy buena, el tamaño también y el peso es ideal para llevarla contigo, La pantalla creo que es lo único malo del equipo, podría ser mejor y sería el equipo ideal para trabajos de diseño.
Corre photoshop sin problemas, mucho mejor que una macbook pro de 8gb en cuanto a rendimiento.

Esperaba mas
Trabaja bien prende muy rápido, pero lo que desespera es que es muy ruidosa, abrir una pestaña de internet y el ventilador o el procesador se vuelven aun mas ruidoso desespera mucho eso. No se si devolverla tanta memoria y tanto procesador para que haga mas ruido que una lap económica de 5000 pesos como que no cuadra lo que ofrece.
He grabado audios para youtube y siempre me interrumpe el ruido y queda grabado por el ventilador en verdad no la recomiendo en absoluto ademas la batería no dura mucho...es una mala adquisición...HP últimamente hace basura
