External spec issue
The cartridge did not even fit in the printer where as i hv ordered same before from diffrnt shop and it is perfect for my need. Wasted time, effort and money.

It's okay
This a review after 24hrs from delivery.
Design - it looks good but the body is a fingerprint magnet
Battery - ordinary 4-5hr hour battery during normal use which is expected
Heating - you can feel the heat coming out at the vents but not on the laptop itself
Ram - has 5.89gb usable since 2gb is for AMd
Performance - even without adding an extra ram it performs well...tested with Destiny 2
Ports - keep in mind that has 2 usb ports so u might need to buy a usb hub
Touchpad - kinda makes a weird noise when you tap it but it's okay just get a mouse
Keyboard - backlight is okay with 2 levels of brightness
And yes boot up is not as fast as ssd. I recommend hibernating it instead of shutting down.
First set up takes more than 30mins
I've only given this 4 stars because of the price (56k) but if it was around 50-53k then it would be the perfect price point

Was looking for a fast, light-weight, long-lasting laptop
This computer was exactly what I was looking for. It's extremely fast booting up, and, if you look at task manager, you can see that there are no processes eating up CPU time or power, unlike the older laptop I have. The older laptop suffered from a process that was shown to be tying up as much as 75% of CPU time and "extremely high" power usage. That is not the case in this laptop, highest power usage I saw was "low". I went through the beginning charges of the battery as the included pamphlet recommended, and I now get around 8 hours of usage before having to recharge it. I've never had a laptop like this before. I love it.

Defective cartridges'
I had purchased two cartridges. One worked fine, today when i installed 2nd, the cartridge is defective or fake and printer gives error that reinstall cartridge.

BOGUS service for A BOGUS laptop... thugging people on the name of PERFORMANCE
WORST LAPTOP... DO READ MY REVIEW...no body will tell this...Worst PC i have ever purchased...my 10 year Old Pc with integrated graphics and 2 Gb ram works faster than thus one...
They Call this a Gaming Laptop and a game like Angry Bird Crashesh on this Processor...
Boot Time... Forget after switch ON , goto market have some fun and then when you return You MAY find it ready to operate...
Every single appliaction take 2-3 min to Load... Pin authentication Hangs many times...
HP does not provide Solutions better they say it is WINDOWS problem not Ours... contact Windows... If I had to Contact windows for service Then Why these people took Money From Me... The CONTRACTOR sells you whole pack of HOUSE and if anything goes wrong he says though I built the House But Interior design was of XYZ company...GOTO him...

Slightly Disappointing
It looks great! (always start with a positive)
My biggest complaint right now is the keyboard. Given that it is not a backlit keyboard, why would you use light grey lettering on a silver background!!! In dim lighting, you can hardly see the keys (Yes, some of us have to still look at keyboard).
It initially started up with a blue message box (not a blue screen of death). It stated that the ambient temp was too cold and to move into a warmer place. I was in my office where it was 68 degrees. After checking the web, it is some kind of battery issue (Imagine this condition with a brand new battery). After updating the bios and jumping thru a few hoops, the message has gone..... for now.
I have not witnessed the blazing speed this processor/memory combo should deliver. Maybe there is too many HP gremlins running around.
More to come after I have used it for a few weeks.

Expensive
Very good quality but expensive. HP and other manufactures should stop making cartridge printers. Initial cost of printer is around Rs3500/-. But replacing cartridges at second or 3rd time, makes it more expensive than printer cost

hello every one,this price is high since it comes with 150w laptop charger but remaining all comes with 52.5w charger .this is good enough for budget gamers and go through this. except it is slow product since it has no ssd.If u want to get better performance then u will need to upgrade ur bios to f10

Nice Toy but Not Suited for Professional Use
Grey numerics on silver keys and no backlighting makes the keyboard extremely difficult to see. Number keypad is extra baggage and makes the laptop unwieldy and uncomfortable to use. No one uses number keypads anymore, so why did you build one into this model? I guess if you are an Accountant and need to use the laptop like an adding machine, it makes sense. No function lock feature that I could figure out, which makes using applications that rely on use of the function keys clumsey. I have owned HP Laptops for many years and have been extremely pleased but I do not care for this model and I definitely have buyers remorse.

Dont buy printer cartridges from Amazon.

Very Good Quality ink as it is Original HP but also very costly.
Very good quality ink. Have been using it for 4-5 years, but no problem faced till now. have given 4 stars and not 5 stars as it's price is very high. And Print Quality is also very good. So, i am satisfied with this product.

Fast processor, Solid for All Home Telework
Overall this is a great buy. I have had it now for two months, and have worked well with it. The processing speed is top notch, and now notice heavily what I was missing without it. Watch your battery though, this bugger runs through it, but that is expected for a heavier processor. The one thing I don't like, and not a lick related to the hardware, is Microsofts new software setup. Everything is subscription based...which is garbage. Word has been relatively the same for 30 years, no one needs to pay monthly for it.
Above all, great value buy. Great computer.

H P Cartridge Black
Defective cartridge was delivered & it failed to print. Could not be returned within the allowed time as it could be checked in the printer only after the colour cartridge was delivered. Colour cartridge stock was not available in Amazon, colour cartridge price was inflated due to shortage & there was a delay in procuring/delivery.

Picture shown is not of the right laptop
When viewing the pictures on the left side of the screen it shows a finger printing button on the right lower side, however, this laptop does not come with it, hence, it should not show a picture of another laptop, which could be construed as false advertising. Battery life is not nearly a close to 8 hours and speed is adequate. I am still contemplating on returning the laptop. Amazon should not allow for wrong pictures being shown as if it were the item you are buying. Makes me feel as thus Amazon could not be trusted on accuracy of items you are buying.

Faulty keyboard
I am returning this defective design product because the images on the keys are barely discernible and typing accurately is very difficult. This flaw was not disclosed in the product offering. I lot much time and productivity wrestling with HP trying to resolve the problem. Very poor design, IMHO.

Value comb for little demanding works
Value combo for normal computing, 8k video streaming and some gaming. Just the processor and slow speed hdd is draging the performance/speed. If that have been taken care, its an awesome laptop. Design is superb!

Where is the Ethernet
I purchased this laptop to replace my old HP Laptop. I love the speed. I don't like that there is No ethernet port. I am not upset as I used a USB C Port to convert to ethernet and away I went. So far so good. Now if I could just get Windows 10 Pro to work better wi th apps, I will be happier.
