Great Laptop!
Great Laptop! This is my 2nd HP Laptop with a i7 processor. Even better than my first. Super thin metal enclosure with clear sharp display. NO complaints about performance as I run mostly Adobe apps and music production software constantly. I also do a 24/7 zoom room with the longest running weekly open mic from NYC. eodub.com. I know shameless plug... Anyway my negatives about the laptop is the loud fan noise while the computer runs. Honestly I don't mind it but people around me constantly complain they hear a high pitch noise and its annoying them. The other thing that kind of bothers me is the lack of usb ports. the two regular usb ports just aren't enough when you have two external drives a mouse and two midi devices that require usb power. I had to buy a usb hub to really get the use I needed. Honestly I can only give 4 stars just because of fan noise. Hope this helps someone!

slow to respond, overheats easily
This is not a fast responding computer. Maybe mine is just a randomly bad one, but I have had so much trouble with it. I'm only using it for grad school, but it has so many problems doing things like closing an open window. Or searching for the printer. It was running a scan to find the printer and started to overheat. I hate this stupid computer.

Looks like it was a old stock. I had to return and geta replacement. Ink was dry and it dint work.
Later order a new one which worked.

Overall very good, but don't like keyboard
As the headline says, overall, like it a lot. Little smaller and lighter than older 15.6" laptops, everything works, and love the fast processor speed (fast for me anyway). But was surprised and disappointed at the keyboard; namely how hard it is to see the letters on the keys. Every keyboard I've ever owned had sharp contrast between the letters and the keys, usually white on black. This one is like dark grey on light grey, and I find very hard to see. I know most of the time I can tell by feel where I am on the keyboard, esp. when typing regular letters. But sometimes when I want to type a less common character, like a \ or % or ( or ), I have to look around a little, and I find I need very good lighting to find the key. Now I wish I'd paid a few dollars more and got one with a backlit keyboard.

Can't return as I opened seal...wasted my money going by Q&As...please don't look at what some morons answer...this is not compatible with 1112/1110 series.

Everything I wanted
Except a dvd drive and I know those have gone away. It doesn't have a touch screen either, but for the processor and ram I was pleased with the price. My laptop had been problematic for quite some time before suddenly giving up the ghost during another trouble shooting session. So it's nice to have a new laptop where everything is working. It was convenient to order it from Amazon .

Ink usage is very high - no value for money
The ink does not print even 50 sheets and cost is very high for printing.

Fan noise
I haven't bought an HP in 10+ years because of the excessive fan noise. This summer I need a new computer and there wasn't much of a selection so I chose this HP. I figured certainly by now HP has fixed the fan noise issue. They haven't.

Fan Buzzing Sounds Like A CHAINSAW
I purchased this laptop 8 months ago and I had no complaints with it until it started randomly making this loud buzzing sound. It sounds really bad like the fan is grinding on something. After a few minutes of this loud buzzing, it will usually stop on its own, but if it doesn't then I have to slap the back of it to get it to stop.
This is pretty disappointing for the price I paid and considering it's still less than a year old.
I am considering unscrewing the back and seeing if I can figure out what's causing this, but then again I shouldn't have to be doing this for a brand new laptop.
If anyone has a suggestion please let me know.

Good Performance with Hight Rate...
Overall very good it dosent need review about Quality. And It gets Over in between 260-290 pages which is too far from 480 pages claim by Manufacturer.
Performance is very very good but Price is High, it should be 400 for each.

Okay at best
I needed an upgrade from my old chromebook, and saw this laptop at a decent price for what seemed like good specs. The issue is, the specs are misleading. The laptop stutters if it has more than 3 windows or apps running at once, the "10 hour" battery life is more like an hour and a half unless you turn performance all the way down. If you wanted to run any game made past 2015 on it then you're out of luck since the graphics card isn't supported by anything. It's just very... average. It has good wifi connectivity and video quality, it has good storage and decent camera quality. The speakers get very distorted even at half volume. It's bulky and not exactly portable. It doesn't excel at anything and falls way short in a few things. Overall it's really disappointing.

This particular cartridge did not work on my HP printer 3835.

Computer broke within 6 months
Monitor started flickering and turns off after 6 months of purchase. I tried to work with HP warranty. The only solution was to send the computer in and wait for a 30-day repair service. In the meantime, I wouldn't have any computer in the meantime.

UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER
I ORDERED FOR A hp 680 INK CATRIDGE BLACK. BUT A TRI COLOUR CATRIDGE WAS SUPPLIED. WHEN REPORTED, MISTAKE WAS ACCEPTED AND BLACK INK CATRIDGE WAS PROMISED TO BE SENT. NEXT DAY RECEIVED THE ITEM BUT THIS WAS ALSO A TRI COLOUR CATRIDGE. THIS WOULD NOT FIT INTO THE BLACK CATRIDGE SLOT. THUS MY PURPOSE OF ORDERING BLACK INK CATRIDGE IS NOT SERVED.

The fan is a dealbreaker
This fan will not stop screaming. And I don't mean a mildly annoying hum, a scream you can hear from rooms away. Even when not doing anything, just sitting idle, heck it'll even do it while in sleep mode...
It downloads fast, the streaming speed is decent, but the shrill background noise ruins any enjoyment you might have and will get you tons of (earned) dirty looks on public transport or in an office. Plus is only has 500 gigs, for $850 I want more, and you should too.

Package were disappointing.
Came in a large box with other large items which were loosely in it. Might damage small items such as this Cartridge. Have to check it’s functionality.

This gadget is not at all good and very bad the camera is also not at all good starting it is nice but even after downloading the drive i faced the same problem as before with the camera.....later when we approached u we did not get any response..i did not like that ..
