Small table required to anchor wheel to. Fun game though!
My teenage boys love it! It did require us to get a small table to anchor the wheel to before we could play. The small table is easily unplugged and moved after play though.

Feels great, just wished it worked on my PC (Xbox One version)
Loved it, but couldn't get it to work for my needs.
First off I have noticed the people that get this to work have the ps3/ps4/pc version. I got the Xbox One/Pc version. I could not get this to work on my pc. Windows 10 installed its drivers as APEX which is what it is, but showed some errors when I looked into the driver info. Said something about not found or whatever. Even though Windows said it was installed correctly and no issues. I tried a few different games that are listed on their website as working. None of them detected it. I tried to assign keys using the assign function and it would not let me assign keys. So may have just been an issue with mine. I downloaded the manual and followed the directions on how to assign, but the light would either not come on or come on and not blink, then go away.
But if you want this for just the Xbox One then it worked great. I tried it on Forza 5, 6, 7 and Forza Horizon 1, 2, 3 and they all worked on it with out me having to set up a thing. It was just plug and play. It controlled perfectly. I had no issues while testing it on my Xbox One. But I got it for my PC with a secondary of working on my Xbox One. So I sadly had to return it.
I really wish it had worked on my PC since it really felt nice. I loved the textures of it and the response from the pedals. The shifters clicked very nicely and in a great place. Everything felt natural. Wheel was a perfect size as well. Peddles looked and felt super cheap, but what do you expect for this price point. I expected a lot less yet got a lot more. There was also a very nice feature that I have not found on the Amazon ad, nor their website, nor in the manual. The thumb buttons on either side which are your left and right trigger buttons are actually not straight buttons. They look like it, but when testing they are kind of on a rocker with out feeling like they are on a rocker. Hard to explain, but if you press on the lower part of the button you get just a little effect from that side. So for brake would be just a little braking and for gas just a little gas. As you move you thumb up then you increase the value of said effect. So they act just like the triggers on a regular controller without being triggers. My wife accidently found this out when she wanted to try it before we sent it back.
So in the end if you want this for your Xbox One (for my version) and don't want to spend a ton, then get it because it is awesome for the price point. If you want to get one for the PC then maybe take a chance on the PS3/PS4/PC version instead. I may at a later date order that version for my wife since I have returned this one for a wheel that is known to work on PC.

It’s ok
Needs better mounts but the steering wheel has no force feedback the pedals are awkward to use just sit to high but does work for motion ratios if you want to be cheap it’s a good deal compared to higher end brands

Good basic racing wheel
This wheel works well for the price. Misses a lot of features more expensive wheels have like force feedback. The material seems durable and it clamps easily to a table. I wish the peddles had some of the suckers on it since I do this on hardwood floor and it was slidding around a bit until I put it on a rug.

Not Impressed - CHECK COMPATABILITY W/ GAMES BEFORE PURCHASE!
Quality isn't great. Cord came apart after 1 week of use. Also, found that certain features didn't work within certain games. My son was disappointed.

Faulty pedals
Its a great wheel but the gas pedal on the pedal set gets stuck so when I try to lay off the gas it keeps speeding up and i have to pull the pedal all the way back to reset it and I have to do it all the time during the races I so

Ok, but not the best
The item came in very nice condition. When I first tried it, I noticed that the suction on the bottom was not working. The wheel kept on sliding back, same thing with the pedals. The pedals needed a special stand just to stay put, and those were more expensive than this whole thing. When I put in a cable which connects the wheel and the pedals, it got stuck, so I tried to pull it out. With very little force, it broke into 2 and is still stuck. Would not recommend. It isn't worth it.

Don’t spend 230 dollars for this wheel.
It ok wheel not what I expected. The gears pads click to much, the foot pedal med out of plastic seem like they would break plus the price for plastic don’t really much my experience. Plus the wheel plungers don’t even hold the wheel In potation To the table so I have to use the legs that screw on to the table to hold the wheel. I’m very disappointed ☹️.

You get what you pay for
I’ve never used a wheel for gaming before so I wanted to try one. It worked as it was supposed to, but I just didn’t enjoy the experience that much. Since this is a $100 wheel and I’m not a serious sim racer, I can’t really say much besides that it wasn’t that fun. Might save up and try a thrustmaster or Logitech.

WILL NOT WORK FOR FORZA HORIZON 4!
I want to just warn everyone buying this! DONT BUY THIS IF YOURE GONNA PLAY FORZA HORIZON 4! I’m warning you it won’t work so be prepared to return it if you bought it for fh4. It only works for old forza games

Pedals stopped working all the way brake doesn't go 100% and is constantly at 20% pressure
It was okay until the pedals started to have problems with sensitivity where the brake pedal thinks it's pressed down but it's not. And sometimes the brake pedal pushed all the way down doesn't go 100% force. I would recommend a different wheel.

nice wheel setup
i had done a review earlier that parts was missing they was stuck under the box lining how weird is that? it is very nice setup haven't tried it, but it nicely set up and secured now looks nice attached to the desk cant wait to use it i will update ease of use as soon as i can thanks

Solid wheel decent price
The only complaint my son had is that this one won't connect to his laptop the way the previous (360) model would. He still loves it and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a wheel that isn't too expensive

Unfortunate
Mine worked for one night, then it no longer worked, and HORI's website gave no help to the situation. Best option was to send it back for a refund. Although this looks good cuz its cheap. Its not worth the trouble. Save another 100 and get a thrust master, or a logitech. HORI is not the way to go for racing wheels. Sucks cuz I was super excited

The steering wheel and pedals work great! I originally got this for the Bus Simulator game that released on Xbox One in September and it's served a great purpose.

Malfunctioning and cannot get a response from customer service.
Malfunctioning! We’ve tried numerous times to get in touch with customer service with zero response. My kid is SO disappointed. We thought this was supposed to be a great product but with it glitching it’s impossible to use.
Warranty is only 30 days and IT ONLY LASTED 45!! no wonder it has such a short warranty!!

Hello! This wheel is awesome!!! I bought it for my son, it came today .. he loved it! We bought the x/s version and we have the first gen Xbox . He thought it didn’t work but it did. Don’t waist more money on the Xbox One gen buy the X/S version .. it works great!
