Doesn’t work with PC.
I originally tried this with my Xbox and it worked fine, but when I tried it with my pc it didn’t work.Before I purchased the item I checked the question section to see if it worked with pc and it said it did but by the time I had tried it with pc it was already past 30 day return policy, so I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t work and I can’t get my money back, and even with Xbox it says in the description it has vibration feedback but it really doesn’t.The pedals are cheap and not very accurate with throttle response.

Unable to set neutral steering
The instruction manual is about the worst I have ever encountered. We cannot make the darned thing drive straight. When the wheel is released, the car steers to the right or the left, but never straight. The manual is of no help. Nor is the FAQ. Hori needs to hire a technical writer to make a decent manual. I've sent an inquiry to Hori. If they respond satisfactorily, I'll update this review. But as of now, this thing is slated to be returned to Amazon.

Harsh but true...
If you love a racing game on the controller and are looking to immerse yourself into the game further, don’t get this product.
Background: I wanted a wheel + pedals setup for the game called F1 2019 (Xbox One). I love this game tremendously and thought i would take it to the next level by purchasing a basic-level set up.
Summary: To be honest, this product just sucks for racing games and I honestly should’ve known that it would suck when I read the description (I guess I was just optimistic). First, the pedals are garbage. You can’t use them on carpet or hardwood because they move every time you use a pedal. The wheel itself is trash. There is no force feedback or vibration. That’s like having a pb & j without the bread. Now, I DID know it didn’t have force feedback prior to the purchase, but i didn’t think it would be that big of a deal (it is). The resistance on the wheel is very very light.
Those were the biggest things that stuck out. Could I talk about how good the quality of the wheel material was, or if the paddle shifters were good? Sure! But those things are a needle in a haystack. If you’re trying to get more immersed in a racing game, this is not the way to go IMO

Its an Ok Racing Wheel for arcade racers under $100. Save for ForceFeedback Wheel instead.
TLDR: Wheel is ok for arcade racers but go for the TMX Pro at $249 if youre looking for a good wheel for sim racing

Shifter feels flimsy and loud and pedals is manageable.Played The Crew 2 with it and it doesnt detect it as a wheel but it has to be used as a controller so turning wasnt great but could be configured in settings. Had to return it cause I didnt like it but get it under $100 if possible.

Do not buy! Manufacturer does not honor warranty!
I purchased this for my son as a birthday gift. It stopped working just outside of the 30 day Amazon return period so I contacted the manufacturer, Hori for the 90 day warranty. I received an initial responses advising me to try troubleshooting which did not work and then a second email asking for a screenshot of my Amazon order to determine what action they would take. That was 3 weeks ago and they will not communicate with me even after I emailed them several more times.

Great entry to wheel gameplay.
For 100 bucks you really cant do much better. It's not perfect but its better than nothing. It feels a lil cheap but its not bad and its certainly useable. Contrary to other reviews this DOES work on pc but only when you set it to PAD (switch on the top). Its the only way to get the pc itself to recognize the wheel. Only problem is that the computer thinks its a controller that way and not a wheel. Which can get a bit annoying but its still useable. The pedals arent too terrible, you can prop the pedals against a wall or something else to keep them set, else they will slide around on you with more forceful use. I recommend messing with the settings a bit as the default ones are kind of bad.
Its also nice to remember that the pedals are really only meant for 1 foot to use it. Like a regular automatic car. 2 foot use just feels cramped and wrong.
This is a nice entry to wheel gameplay and its a nice learning curve but I do recommend spending the extra 100 or so on a force feedback wheel. You wont regret it. Though if money is tight and you really want a wheel, this is not a bad purchase.

Very good wheel falling just short of a 5.
Wheel is sturdy and I also like that you can use suction cups or the clamp. Steering is accurate but the only reason I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because it has this habit of self centering. Hard to explain but if you are in a straight and trying to vear to the left slightly, it "clicks" in the middle and forces you back right but centering the wheel.

Make sure you switch from Steering to GP on PC
The description says on the box it works on xbox one and PC. Well I spent almost 4 hours last night trying to make it work and nothing was responding only the middle button that says xbox. It is not a plug and play device. I wanted to use this for American truck simulator. I had to go on my pc and uninstall the drives, do a search again for new ones wait until they installed and then it worked on forza 4. I still had to do some remapping but it worked good. Now for the American truck simulator in order to make it work, on the steering wheel there is some Switches, the one on the left needs to be set to GP (Gamepad) and it will work. Great product. Almost return it but I'm glad I got it to work.

Kinda sucks, but we’ll see.
The bracket for attaching to a table won’t fit unless your table top is 3/4” plywood. It’s a HUGE pain trying to connect it to Xbox One EVERY time I want to use it and it doesn’t seem very responsive. Lots of lag. Maybe I got a bad one? Sometimes it won’t connect at all. Can’t tel if it sucks or I’m doing something wrong. No instructions, and the download link didn’t work. Had to research to find them.

I cannot say I have ever had a product that is exactly 50-50.
When I first got it I realized that I didn't have the correct table that the clamp would work on so I simply used a board and strong tape to hold it down. It worked fine and honestly for the price this product is great! I use it instead of a controller on Forza 4 but here's the catch. Recently I renovated my place and now I have a table that would work for the clamp but when I fully screw in the screw thing, it just falls out as if I was unscrewing it. I've tried at least 5 times but none of the times it worked so now I have a useless wheel. 50% great for the experience- 50% terrible for the fact that I can't set it up, so basically it's 100% terrible. It's probably just my specific product but if I pay for something, I want exactly the thing I bought but here I am with a useless product. For now I'm just gonna post it on Ebay and make a few bucks then buy a better one, unless I figure something else out.

not very good quality
Not very good quality, the pedal is sticking after 2 weeks of usage. I bought it for my son's birthday, which was on May 18th, but I ordered earlier to make sure it got here on time, but he did not open it until the 18th of May. Yesterday he complained that the pedal is getting stuck. I looked at my return policy, and I am out of my window which is only a month from the purchase. It sucks. I am trying to see if there's a way to contact the vendor to at least send me a new one, but I don't see that option, so, here is my review, don't buy it.

Love this thing
It works for Forza Horizon 3 and 4 on the Xbox One. It's a little hard to steer, meaning it's too sensitive, but it's really good.

Quality Product.. however page seems to be deliberately misleading.
I bought this product for use with Forza Horizon 4 on PC. Well aware it did not say PC compatible in description (says xbox360 INCOMPATIBLE) I checked Q+A and sure enough right at the top:
"Does it work on PC"
"Yes"
So heck yeah I bought it.
2 days later it arrives. I open it up, and it feels nice. It seems well put together and is nice to the touch. all parts are accounted for, pedals stay put with heel rest out. Great!
Can't use it though. Try as I might it just wont connect to my PC.
I dig through the Amazon page again. And sure as hell.. way down hidden behind multiple "see more" layers...
"No, it doesn't work for PC"
Despite multiple others saying yes.
I am honestly furious that this wasn't listed as incompatible with PC given that they took the time to say no XBOX 360 compatibility, and both are listed incompatible on manufacturer website. Seems like a crap post by Amazon. Really awful the site can't even manage their own selling pages.

Very Disappointed!!
I have owned a few steering wheels for the playstation series and have never had a problem. I recently changed to obox one. This is my first one from Hori. Im gonna rate it 2 stars because it worked fine in the beginning. 1st problem started a week after i got it, the brake started sticking. No problem i just increased the deadzone so the sticking wouldnt affect the acceleration. Then the steering wouldnt calibrate to 0 so i had to do the same for the steering (increase the deadzone). Now the 'gear up' paddle will not work and i cant assign it ti any accessible button on the right side of the wheel so im out of luck. Only 2 1/2 months of use. Very disappointed!!

Well worth the buy
First i'd like to say this product really does help improve your driving skills, worth the buy... Now as i am a first time racing Wheel user wasnt sure how to set it up, but after a few trial and errors, have to say, 'i love it'. The quick in game sensitivity setting is amazing. The games i use it on are, The Crew 1&2, Project Cars 1&2, Forza Horizon 3&4, Forza 5,6,&7, Nascar Heat 4&5, Assetta Corsa, Wreckfest, and Tony Stewarts Sprint car racing, and F1. Once you set it up for each game never have to change setups again. The only downside is the paddle shifter which requires both hands on a small wheel, if you could use a plug in stick shifter it would b perfect. And i just recently bought a racing wheel stand for it, makes it so much more enjoyable. Peddles stay in place now.

Quite good
The only gripe I find is that at times when you have the wheel hooked up and turn on the console, for some reason one or more functionalities will not work, forcing you to disconnect and reconnect the wheel to the console. Other than that, the wheel is quite good, but as any, you'll need time to adjust the sensitivities to your driving style.

Not very durable.
The suction cups that come with this are pointless. They don’t stay connected to the appliance AND they don’t actually stay suctioned to the surface. My kids were extremely frustrated trying to use this which makes me frustrated especially because of the cost. You’d think for Xbox brand it would be better. Sadly it hardly gets used which in turn, means the race game I spent $75 on doesn’t get much use either.

It works some of the time.
The wheel worked find the first few times. The pedals stick pretty often and began on week two after purchase. The begin to stick you have to slide your foot off so they snap back a few times and they will work again for a while. The throttle pedal is easy to tell and the brake pedal is is not until you realize how slow you are actually going. Annoying. Overall I would say don't waste your money and two stars is generous but when it works, it is great.

Disappointing Wheel
I wanted a budget wheel for the xbox one that would also work with my PC.
Quality: a lot worse than it a appears in the picture. My wheel has several 'dead spots' which makes it almost unplayable. The pedals are flimsy, and their threshold for detection changes randomly. The shifter paddles are loud, and overall this wheel has a very cheap feel. The clamp is strong, but annoying to operate. The wheel itself is overall comfortable.
Look, it's so much more worth spending twice this price for a wheel with force feedback. This wheel performs really poorly compared to a thrustmaster of comparable price. Don't do it.

WARNING ABOUT THE XBOX VERSION OF THIS WHEEL!
I bought the hori xbox one version of this wheel because it is LICENSED by Microsoft and on the outside of the box it says supported for windows! This is a half truth! the wheel does work on PC but its for FORZA games only that support the wheel the xbox wheel will NOT register in any other game there are no drivers or videos on how to use it! I was so excited to able to use it for all my racing games now its just an overpriced forza wheel! If you want it to work with other PC titles DO NOT GET THE XBOX VERSION the manual says its not supported on PC this is so misleading! I was reading the PS4 wheel needed a driver thinking the PS4 one would not work on PC I was very mistaken! I will not be buying another HORI wheel I suggest getting a wheel that is actually supported and well made for PC systems dont cheap out! I regret buying this product so much dont get the xbox version if you are not going to use it for xbox!

Product great but instruction sheet not included
Exceptionally nice control steering wheel and foot pedal set! There was no instruction sheet in the box. On the outside of the box was listed an online site for support. At that site is a link for .pdf of instructions. I found the site with instructions in four languages lined up in a very long page. I was unable to print a copy of readable size in English, so I took photos (about 20) of the screen scrolled down, then printed them out.
Very cumbersome!

They lied.
Got the wheel for Project Cars 2. On Hori’s website, they list the game as one that supports the wheel. However, it does not support this wheel and this wheel does not work in the game as a result. Tried various different methods for hours to try to get it to work. Seems like a decent wheel for the price regardless, and it works for other games, but I must admit I do feel pretty lied to as a customer and don’t think I’ll be buying a Hori product again any time soon.

Didn't work after 2 months.
Paddle shifters feel like they will break, transition when turning from left to right or viceversa is not smooth (you feel an uncomfortable click), in xbox home screen or menu options it keeps pressing down without touching any buttons and won't allow you to go up; after two months the wheel accelerates cars without pushing the gas pedal, making it very hard to break without going out of the road and this is not a setting problem because it happens in all racing games (ACC, FH4, AC, FM7, F1 2019), worst of all, the manufacturer does not offer support address and they do not reply through social media when asked for help. Amazon says warranty is only one month so I'm stuck with this garbage.
