Prints well too. Only gripe is that the supplied ink cartridges are not full ones, only for setting up, bit naughty that.
Replacement ones by Epsom are expensive so shop around on here for cheaper ones,

So far it has done everything I want of it. Print is clear and quality is great. Been a bit of a chicken as yet, so haven't used the scanner. Will let you know what I think in due course. But I would say that without a doubt that this is a really good product.

However I bought an Epson printer because you don't have to use genuine ink but even the non genuine stuff is expensive

Ink capacity is very very poor, constantly changing inks, sometimes after less than 20 pages.
On changing ink constantly saying it did not recognise cartridge, even though correct Epson own cartridge. I have owned a very short while have done not more than a 100 pages in black and white, I have already spent more on replacement cartridges than the printer itself, awful value for money..

I like Epson printers even when sometimes its ink cartridges are expensive!

Compact and does not take up too much space, we use this I. The office for general printing, with the added bonus it prints on both sides of A4.
Useful as a photocopier and scanner too.
Worth buying the more expensive inks that last longer, I’m sure the ‘copy’ inks will be available soon bringing this inexpensive printer running costs down

Ink isn't outrageously priced, and the pirtner, so far, is stable and works well.
Initial setup takes about 20 minutes, allowing alignment and such to take place.
The printer itself takes up a relatively compact footspace, certainly smaller than my last
Very happy with the functionality and price!

the cartridges on this printer run out after a couple of heavy prints, and when it comes to buying new ones, boom 30 pounds. might as well buy a new printer. dont get this, get a more expensive printer where the brand wont have to make the money off the cartridges.
