Великолепно

There are a lot of negative reviews here for this router. I've had no problems. It replaced an older Linksys router. Set up was very easy. I didn't bother with the CD, just went to the device web page to set my security. I was up and running in a matter of minutes. All my devices connected without problem. It has been running flawlessly for about 4 weeks. No loss of signal. For the money, I can't find anything negative to say.

This is the most unreliable router, it is constantly resetting itself and losing connection. It is getting very frustrating while doing anything online. I have tried changing settings and it made no difference and is current on firmware. I have surpassed my warranty so if I want support I must pay for it . Save your money, buy something else.

I received and installed this product the same day. Was a breeze to setup and works great. The price was great too. Would definately recommend this product and would not hesitate to purchase another if the need should arise.

Listen to the negatives on this & don't buy ! It is terrible ! Everything had to be hooked up with ethernet cables because the "wireless" can't keep the signal with DSL or Cable ! Our old Linksys WRT54G we thought was dying was replaced by this for $90 Best Buy piece of junk. Our $40 Netgear from Walmart works 100% better even faster than Time Warners wireless modem. We wish we would have researched this before we bought it. We trusted Linsys but this product changed our minds FAST !

When I first got this router it fixed issues from my old Linksys G router. I thought all was good. Then I noticed that my stock trading software disconnected once daily. Having seen this issue before with linksys at work I immediately looked into the DHCP lease time issue. What happens is the router drops the connection at a predetermined time and asks for a new IP. it takes a couple of seconds. You normally get you same IP back.1. I would like to turn this OFF!!!2. I would like the router to at least let me decide when the timeout will occur.3. Would be nice if it was seemless.I decided to look up the solution. And what I found was 100's of users with the exact same problem begging linksys support for a solution since the day it was released.What did they get back on linksys support board after a year plus of begging ! NOTHING !!!Dont buy this if you need a reliable connection ... I hear that DLINK routers are reliable.I have had 2 linksys at home and a bunch at work ... they are always a head ache.

This is just my personal opinion which shouldn't be generalized, but I have a terrible terrible experience with the device. I never imagine that I write a review on Amazon. I lost irregular internet connection (on and off)for last 5 days, and first I thought that it's internet cable problems. The technician from my internet service, however, checked the internet, and the problems came from the router. I spoke to cisco technicians for roughly 4 hours (5times call, each took 50 mins)during last 24 hours, and still have same problem (conflict with internet cable modem). They finally approve the device replacement, but I am afraid if I have the same problem with the new device. The cisco technician also implied that this model has been causing lots of problems, and recommend another model e1000. In all, the router ruin my days, and I don't want to see any other victims like me anymore.

I don't know why this router is still in the stores. The router itself drops connections every day or so. I had this router for about 4 months and just kind've dealt with the connection problems by rebooting. Whenever you are playing an online game or doing something important you are done and then you have to restart. I bought this router blindly, because I thought all routers on the market were reputable and actually work, but this is an epic fail for Cisco.

The wireless portion works fine, however the wired switch does not. I've spent days trying to connect any of my computers directly via ethernet cable. Support was less than helpful. I'll be purchasing another router from another company.

Picked this up without much thought as a logical replacement for our WRT54G that worked great for years until it died after I accidentally knocked it off the desk. Unlike others, I found setup to be straightforward using the setup disk and quickly had the four computers in the house and the kids' ipod touches working wirelessly. Problem came a couple hours later when the internet got disconnected. Knew it had to be the wireless router because the one computer with a wired connection from the modem through the router still had internet. Unplugged and replugged the power to the router and right back up. Unfortunately in the three days we have had the router the disconnect problem has happened half a dozen times, compared to maybe 2-3 interruptions in the previous five years that I think were the cable company and not the router. Just an unacceptable issue, particularly since the router is in the basement and we have three floors above that. Would love to get a recommendation for a good replacement for the simple G setup we had - N would be nice, but all we really need is a strong internet signal for a mix of mac/pc desktops and laptops in the house.

I rarely take the time to write a review but this thing is so bad it demanded a few comments. I finally jumped into 1999 and bought a lap top. My job demands it. I bought this for my home because it had ok reviews and the price good. It is made by Cisco, it couldn't be that bad. I hooked it up per the instructions and went to install the software on my computer with Vista 64. It caused my computer to crash every time I put in the disk. Keep in mind that this is a brand new computer out of the box. Nothing should go wrong. I called tech support to have them help me configure it manually and first got an Indian who did not speak passable English. The second person was bent on making the installation software work despite the fact that every time I put in the disk, I got a fatal error and had to restart the thing. I got passed off again to a lady who insisted that I pay $9.95 for the program that would allow her to remotely configure it. This is a robbery. Out of frustration I told her ok, dutifully paid my 10 bucks, and after a half hour of trying to get the remote session to work there still was no connection. She went through the manual configuration which took all of 3 minutes and it finally worked.This thing is such a dog. It moves glacially. Half the time it won't connect to the webpage because it times out and the other half it loads it extremely slowly. My hard wired computers have the same problem, it's not just the broadcast signal. When I plug them into my old router they run like a rocket. I have since bought a mid-grade D-link ($120) super N router that works like a champ. Because I no longer have the box I can't even return it. The router is garbage and the customer service is garbage. This is a classic case of "you get what you paid for." Ante up a few bucks and get a better box. Best of luck!

A family member got one for Christmas. Seeing as how I do this sort of thing for a living, they asked me to set it up.2 hours later I still can't get it to work.I'll get him a Netgear tomorrow and pitch this piece of junk.

My two year old WRT54GS died and I had no choice but to replace it with one of the new model Linksys routers. I quickly came to realize that Linksys dropped the older, original design of their models for the new, more compact looking model. I originally purchased a WRT54GS2, but had two of them die after about 40 days. While attempting to return the second failed router, the store had no more in stock. I had no choice but to purchase what was currently in stock -- A tier higher WRT120N.While the WRT54GS2's did fail, they at least worked and gave me no issues. The WRT120N, however, was nothing but trouble. The WRT120N would drop nonstop, requiring 4-5 reboots a day. It also didn't get along very well with VPN, disconnecting and dropping every 240 seconds. I started the painstaking task of troubleshooting the issues, thinking it may be my cable modem dying. I purchased a BEFCMU10 V3 and CM100 1.1 only to find that neither would work very well with this router -- Once synced and online, any drops would take 5 hours before it was able to reconnect.After hours of tech support and troubleshooting we found out it was the router. Returned the piece of trash and went with one of the older WRT54GLs and have had 0 issues since. Avoid these new Linksys routers like the plague and stick with the older WRT54GL or WRT54GS.

I bought this router since it it's much cheaper than when you buy it from Cisco. Right now it's working just fine. The only problem is that there are some places in our apartment where the signal is too weak and our apartment is not that big. It's very easy to set-up and I like its streamlined shape.

I installed the router 30 days ago. The set up instructions were skimpy, had to go to my modem provider to get instruction on how to set up modem to recoginize router. The router only works sporatically. I follow their instructions several times a day to reboot it, [unplug, wait 10 seconds, replug power cord; (no on/off switch)]. The connections as a wired router work OK, but I purchased it to work as wireless-N. Note that the box does not indicate that the use of the router in wireless mode required the purchase of software to be downloaded and installed! When the router goes down I go through their troubleshooting steps, regarding reboot of the router, reboot of the modem, run trouble shooting steps, etc, sometimes it works, sometimes, not. Note that when I unplug the router and conect my modem directly, I have instant access to the internet, so it is not my computer, my modem, my operating system, IT IS THE ROUTER. I am now going to give up and buy a more robust router... I recommend a Do-Not-Buy on this one; and for the record, I have never-ever made a recomendation like this on a product.

I was in a hurry to purchase a router since my old AT&T unit stopped working. The store advised this Linksys over other units. What a mistake. Initially couldn't connect with my older Dell XP. Customer support states they really don't support Dell. Talked me into spending $9.99 to set up my Linksys. As other posters state the unit has to be unplugged and plugged many times. Then I find out that my $9.99 was only good for 24 hours. I spent $9.99 three times and this last time I discarded the unit and purchased a Netgear N150. What a breath of fresh air. Free support for 6 months therefore I did not even bother to set it up myself. My Mac Laptop and Desktop was set up as well even though the Macs went up quickly by myself. The Netgear is twice as fast as the Linksys. Has a warrantee as well. The reason why I gave this Linksys one star is because I was forced to. Well, it is a pretty router. So if anyone wants to buy one you can put it on display in your bathroom. I am so aggravated I wasted $65 plus the support charges. The company is the pits. Keep in mind the unit will work for two or three weeks. This is probably why there are some good reviews.

I owned a Linksys Wireless G router, which I loved. I never had any trouble with it. My son-in-law talked me into upgrading to the Linksys Wireless N router. It has been a disaster! I can no longer access my printer wireless. To print I have to connect the USB connection. My friends that visit, cannot connect to my wireless network. They can see it, but they can't connect. The router will occasionally drop all service. The only way I can restore the network, is to completely shut down both of my computers, and unplug the router. I hate this router!

I bought this model as my G version broke.1. if you have an x-box you it will no longer work with it. I spent about 3 hours on the phone with x-box and with linksys all to be told that it was the other's fault. I ended up going to game stop and they told me that we needed to buy a new wireless connector for the x-box ($80). plugged it in and the kids had the x-box back.2. System is really hard to install as they do not give you correct instructions3. after 7 months the router did not work. I did all the trouble shooting to confirm that it was truly the router then called linksys who made me go through the whole process again. About an hour later they told me that I needed a new one and they would send me an email with instructions on how to get a replacement. I will have to pay for shipping and would be without a router until they sent me a new one!4. Didn't think that it connected any quicker than the G version.5. Slapped myself on the head...why did I buy Linksys again after the G model broke. Piece of junk.Would not buy again!

hey friends,plz plz [lz dont buy this router this is the dumbest router i have ever used, the wifi signal drops all of the sudden, and i have to reboot my computer and also power cycling of the router. its big pain.plz dont buy this router.i returnd this router and brought netgear which works awesome.

I bought a WRT120N directly from Linksys as part of a technical support package. Only later, after having received the router and examined its specs more closely, did I realize that despite being called a "Wireless-N Home Router", the WRT120N is nothing of the sort. It is a single-stream router, which means that it can never be draft 802.11n Certified. Nor is it draft 802.11n Compliant. For a more detailed discussion of this problem, I refer you to the review of this product at:[...].Even with certified draft 802.11n devices such as the wireless adaptor card you'll probably have in any new computer you might buy, this router is only certified to to interoperable at 11g speeds, with a maximum link rate of 54Mbps.In short, for a little more money, you can buy a true 11n router that will be certified to perform better with 11n devices and with a mix of 11n and 11g devices.

I've always been a loyal customer to linksys but after owning this junk never again.I was using the old style WRT54GS for 4 years with no troubles what so ever til it quit working a few weeks ago.So I went and purchased this router WRT120N.As soon as everything was installed the router starts to drop connection ever 15 mins or so.I updated the firmware checked all the settings and everything looked good so I checked on the net for away to fix it and for reviews to see if someone else had the same problems.I found that on quite a few sites theres loads of people with the same problem.So to make a long story short I bought a netgear wireless n 150.That I highly recommend by the way.So please stay away from this junk and buy you a netgear router.
