I have mislaid the original charger and was so very pleased to find that I could buy another and so cheap. The supplier, Macro, was an exceptionally friendly company to deal with, pleasant and polite, will definitely shop with them again.

Priced the originals and had decided it was better to buy new camera and put the cost of replacement to it. This is a very much cheaper and more than adequate replacement which changed the maths so still have my favourite camera.

Purchase This To Replace The Original That I Lost Whilst On Holiday. Seems To Work OK But I Am A Bit Worried That It And The Battery Do Get Very Hot When In Use As The Cannon Original Did Not.

Had to buy a replacement charger as I lost mine while moving house. Quality is a little worse than the original that came with the camera but not enough to be a problem. Works perfectly.

I will give them credit, when it told them it blew up within minutes of using it, they sent me another. The second one has worked and I have no issue with it.
But all credit to them for dealing with the matter quickly and efficiently.

I lost my Canon charger and like most didn't want to pay over the odds for a Canon-branded model. Whilst I'll pay over the odds for their lenses, the charger doesn't really fit into the category of items that benefit from the extra spent. It charges my Canon Ixus 220-HS batteries just as the old charger did and my photos still look the same ;-). Why pay more for a Canon charger?

This product does what it was bought for, to charge the battery for my cannon IS 200 SX. It doesn't seem to charge as fast as the original but it does charge it none the less. It also comes with a car adapter which should come in handy at some point although I haven't tried that yet. For a fraction of the price of OEM product I would highly recommend it, just 4 stars due to as the speed of charging seems a bit slower.

The delivery was so quick, ordered one night, on the doorstep the next morning!
Does it do the job? Yes, definitely, and it has has alternative travel mains adaptors and a car adaptor.
I am using it to charge Canon Ixus 980 IS batteries, but the charger also fits other batteries, so look at the list on the sales page.
Using it is simple and it charges well...an LED changes colour from red to green when the battery is charged.
A slight complaint (but doesn't lose it a star rating)...the mains plug adaptors slot directly into the back of the unit for use in different countries, there is no connecting lead so this means that on some occasions a mains socket will not have enough space around it for the chunkiness of this unit. I simply sought an alternative socket so don't let that put you off.
Seems safe and strong, and good value for money.

I got this charger because the official Canon one comes with the US plug built in, and I wanted more flexibility to use different plugs when I'm travelling. This charger works fine, but it's twice the size of the Canon charger, which is a little disappointing.

This battery has about the same amount of charge time as the original canon battery. I was concerned about the mixed reviews but need not have worried. Yes, the battery does deplete faster if you are reviewing your images a lot or if you are using more power (flash or specialty settings that need longer exposure time) but over all, I have great results with just using the 2 batteries (Original and this one) for a weekend activity like leaf peeping.

The first charger received from MACRO.SUPPLIER in the Amazon Marketplace worked normally the first time but on a second attempt it wouldn't work. The supplier was contacted about the faulty charger and after a brief check on what had occurred, MACRO.SUPPLIER immediately sent a replacement in the post arriving 2 days later. The second charger has worked just fine. It has a set of plugs allowing use in UK, Europe, USA and your car. There is a useful LED light turning from amber to green when a full charge has been administered. The action of MACRO.SUPPLIER in replacing the faulty charger immediately redeemed a charger that could have had zero stars to 4 stars and the kind of supplier that every online purchaser wishes to have. Well done MACRO.

16GB memory for my lovely camera,

The card arrived promptly as promised and was well packaged.

It is an excellent product and it will not run out of memory when I cycle

through France in the summer.

So far so good. I just used this in my camera and it worked. Not sure about the battery life/hours before recharging but I used the camera quite a bit before having to recharge. I'd recommend this as a back up battery. Glad I bought it and the price was excellent.
