Big fan of Bose QC. Have the 15s and went for the 25s. But... in white they are not really suitable for proper travel: top of headband is fabric - not even leather or even PU. All rather low tech considering quality of the product. Such a shame that Bose don't carry their premium approach through to cases and surfaces.

It help me erase low frequency airplane nose. Unfortunately it does not cancel mid to high frequency noise, like white nose. I use ear plugs to seal that with covered QC25 over the ear headphone. Ear pads are very comfortable. I like the very neat storage mechanism, too.

The QC25 are a great product. The sound is so clear and crisp while still significantly reducing sound on the plane. The price is a bit higher than I would have liked to pay but I enjoy listening to them very much.

Don't hesitate...buy!! And if you're traveling to Amsterdam anytime soon, you can get them for €269 at the airport! Bargain! They just block everything out..especially useful on Ryanair flights..

Bought these for my husband for Christmas and he does not take a trip without them. The noise they cut out is amazing...he let me try them...once! Very happy with the Bose Quiet Comfort 25 headphones.

These headphones exceed my expectations. Using them on a recent flight was amazing. I will never fly again without them.

My first pair of noise canceling headphones. It took a long time to decide on them due to the price. My husband got the in ear ones for portability but I find those less comfortable. Sound quality is superb and makes a big difference when on a plane. I do think the over ear piece could be a tad smaller though. Also I thought they also worked wirelessly...my mistake. But you can take the wire out and still keep the noise cancellation active.

My first Bose headset. I'm in LOVE. Used them on a recent flight to Europe and were very comfortable the entire 7 hour flight! Sorry Bowers Wilkings!

Headphones indeed are very comfortable and look great.
However, They aren't really that great at reducing the noise. Had an old pair of audiotechnica that although were a bit uncomfortable for a few hours seemed to do 90% of what these QC25 do for half the price. and Since i can still hear a lot of noise on these .. its not much of a difference. However, those were pretty good headphones to start with... so these aren't bad. The reason why I kept them was how freaking comfortable they are.

Excellent headphones. Very well made, excellent packaging. Wonderful design, extremely comfortable to wear. Excellent audio, with or without noise reduction being used. Great for noisy environments - planes, vacuuming - wherever the background sound would be objectionable. Interfaces nicely to iPhone. Really beautiful, clean design - not flashy or gawdy ... no need for a big "B" on it. Too bad Apple didn't align with the Bose products instead of the Beats brand in my opinion. The while color is very nice.

This is my 3rd set of QC headphones from Bose and they are FANTASTIC. Not only have Bose increased the noise reduction capabilities, but the quality of sound reproduction is also improved. My old QC15's were good, but I feel they only reduced around 70% of noise, these QC25's are closer to 90%, with even nearby speech disappearing !
If you want a set of Noise Reduction Headphones - buy these !

Excellent headphones, but I'd prefer the provided cable be the same size in both sides (2.5 and 3.5), as usually in other headsets, is pretty uncommon to find one like this... The only complaint is when one makes a strong movement a strange sound like a tremor is heard inside the headset... a little bit strange.. In general, it cancels the exterior sounds in a 95%, wich is excellent for me.

This is really amazing. I never had any noise cancellation head phone before, and im really impressed with this. Its very comfortable. I was debating for a long time weather i should put this much money on this head phone or not. Finally i bought it and its worth it.

Everyone I know who has these loves them. The noise-canceling feature is pretty amazing and is really great for blocking out noise in cafes in addition to planes etc. Bought these for my dad for christmas and he loves them. Quality sound Bose is known for.

These were a gift to my husband and he loves them. Easy to pack, work well for being entertained on a plane and very comfortable. They are so quiet that when he is wearing them, he can't hear me talking to him!

My only complaint with these is that I bought them thinking "noise-cancelling" also meant the person next to me wouldn't be able to hear what I'm listening to and my colleague told me he could. He also advised me not to wear them on a plane because it would irritate the person sitting next to me and I agree.

Agree with most five star reviews. Took it with me on a recent 6 hour flight and never slept so well on an airplane. Sound wise, not the best at this price point. But I would say it is fairly balanced.

I don't know anything about techy stuff and specs etc, but I do know when something sounds good, and these are excellent headphones. Extremely comfy, they cup the ears, they don't squish them down. You can turn off the sound reduction thingy and you can tell the difference when you do, but you still get fantastic quality sound. They come with a smart case with space for a spare battery and an aeroplane adaptor. They're expensive, but they take relaxing to music to a whole new level.

A significant step up from the QC 15s in terms of design and materials. My first few hours using them, and I'm loving every moment of it. Still the best noise cancellation headphones out there.
Some great new features:
- Smaller box, and overall size to carry
- Headphones work even without the batteries (with a slight difference in audio quality)
- High quality plastics throughout (unlike the QC 3 and QC 15)

These are great for traveling. The sound quality is amazing and external noise is nonexistent. I travel a lot for work and the noise on an aircraft is always load (babies crying, engine) these headphones have made my trips a better experience and I'm actually able to sleep.

Expensive but worth it. Comfortable over the ear fit and nice carrying case which shows you exactly how to fit it in. Take a look in the earpiece and you'll see a large "L" or "R" to indicate which way to put it on.

We tried the headphone before in the shops. Know how well it works. The case is nice and reflectively compact, which is good. Overall very satisfied. May be on the pricey side, but is well worth it. Can't wait to use it on a flight.
