Cannot understand ANY negative review of these headphones.
In case you care, they fit the KINDLE.
I have used Koss headphones in the past, these blow them away.
This is how music movies and ALL audio is meant to be heard.
The earpiece is softer than my cat, headpiece is uber comfortable.
Noise cancellation was excellent. I may never hear my phone ring again. Like EVER.
Thank you BOSE and thank you AMAZON.
I'm finally plugged in again.
And you made my Kindle my favorite toy, FINALLY
PS: Forgot to mention that with these INCREDIBLE headphones, you can turn your Kindle into a PHONE.....

This is of course my own personal experience and should be taken as such.
After less than 2 months the left ear stops working and the only sound it makes static sounds mixed in with whatever I'm listening to when I wiggle the left part around, but otherwise only the right earpiece is functional.
Up to this incident I've liked my headset, but if it stops working after such a short amount of time all I have left to say is NOT RECOMMENDED.

These are the best headphones I've ever owned, great noise cancelling, and great sound quality for music, not hip hop and rap, tunes to the likes of ray charles, the eagles, etc

I bought these for listening to music on the train. Over all I have been very happy with them. The do a great job at canceling out constant noises coming from the train. They do muffle the sound of people talking however don't expect them to fully drown out the sound of voices.

Best Noise cancelling headphones period! I bought these headphones because I travel frequently and have to be on conference calls in noisy places. The bose qc25's eliminate the background noise and allow me to hear the calls/music/audio clearly. I would recommend these high quality headphones to anyone that needs to drown out the background.

As promised these sound great. Just note that they don't eliminate transient loud noises (though they take them down a lot). These eliminate drone type sounds such as airplane engines or riding a train next to the locomotive (as I do every day). If you have a big blabber mouth cubemate these alone won't solve that 100% but throw in music and your life will be much better.

I had an older set that I lost recently while on vacation. I really liked them, but these are even better and you don't have to turn on the noise-cancelling to play music through these!

Amazing headphones with great sound. Seems like the sound is better in the quiet mode, but regardless these are just top notch quailty and fit. The only issue I have is that on long flights I want to keep them on while I sleep for the noise reduction, but the volume makes them a bit uncomfortable for side sleeping and ears can get a bit hot. Highly recommended.

Great design, I had the Quiet comfort 15 previously these are much better. Take up less space and you can still listen to music without the noise cancelling switched on or when the battery runs dead.
I average 2 to 3 long haul flights per month so the noise cancelling is dream come true.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas for use with BOSE wave radio and must return them. The radio is admittedly an older model but he can't control the audio on earphones. In order to turn up volume it comes out of the radio. Any suggestions to make them work before I send them back?

The whole world disappears when you turn on these headphones. It's almost scary how it zips out the outside noise and pressurizes the headphones. I have to brace myself for the pressure change. The sound quality is premium in these headphones, so most of the time I don't turn them on. When traveling on an overseas trip with a crying baby, these headphones were a godsend. I turned them on and was able to pay attention to my music instead of the upset baby, These headphones will not disappoint and so much better sound quality than the ones that are so popular with kids

An excellent product with very good sound/build quality. I purchased these along with a pair of Sennheiser Momentum as I wanted to compare them. Keep in mind that these are the best 'noise-cancelling' headphones on the market and if blocking out external 'noise' on your daily commute is your requirement then these are brilliant. If, however, sound quality is of upmost importance then I would look elsewhere.
I have since returned my Bose and I am more than happy living with my Sennheiser Momentum for my commute.

These are indeed much better than the QC15s. The only thing I could complain about is that the wire is a bit short. The wire on the QC15s was longer and thinner and the wire for these is thicker and notably shorter which can be kind of annoying. Other than that these totally rock. Keepers!

For general sound reproduction this product is excellent.
This product is excellent for shutting out the noise from the "Noisy Smelly Machine Operators" who call themselves Gardeners.
I have what is called a "Mild Hearing Loss" typical for older people like me. I hate using hearing aids. For music, television, and internet videos I use this product with excellent results.

The headphone becomes very hot on my ears, I can't use more than 30 minutes. And the people around can hear what I'm listening to very clearly. The sound cancellation is very good and sound quality is ok. Also I think the headphone should be bigger in order to fit my ear comfortably. If I had the chance I won't buy it.

Headphones are very comfortable. I use them watching movies on the iPad late at night and they do a nice job blocking out the sound of my wife watching TV. I also use them with my PS4, I ply them into the control and get very good sound and are comfortable for longer play sessions. The couple times I have used them in an a plane has been good. Blocked the sounds around me and made watching movies much better than using the earbuds.

Noise cancellation restored my ability to work in a noisy environment. Sound is really good, although not top-notch, and it really shines on vocals. My motivation for buying was really noise cancellation and not sound quality, so I cannot complain!

Love the noise cancelling - works great. Majorly disappointed that the microphone is not a proper microphone so when traveling I still need a second headset to use skype. Would be so simple to have a proper inline microphone

These things work brilliantly. Just did 81hrs flying time between the U.S., Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia. I didn't use them 100% of the time but most of the time. Only changed the battery once in them. With the power on, they sound great and cancel out pretty much allbackground noise. Turned all talking into a faint whisper. With power off they are mediocre at best. Volume could use some help, but that's not why I bought them now is it.
