Monitor came with 2 stuck pixels.
Monitor is really nice perfect size and everything is great about it. Started up the monitor and I first notice 2 stuck pixels on my screen, would of been 5/5 for everything if it wasn't for the dead pixels. Hoping to get the pixels fixed or get an new one sent out/ refund.

Great value for what you get
This monitor is an amazing price for the spec you get. My only gripe with it is the colour accuracy but I'm sure this could be remedied with some fine tuning or a separate colour calibrator. 1440p is beautiful and 144Hz leads to some insanely smooth gaming.

Gaming first one bought 144hz
Bought this product, it is perfect, and has a great quality. 144hz made a massive difference for me being moved from 60 hz to this one.

Love it!
Great monitor. Build quality is amazing, colors and contrast are great and brightness is just right. Only con is the RGB ring in the back barely lights up. Even at night you dont even notice it.

You will a need a lot of space .
It’s big , good heavy sturdy stand, make sure open box from good side. It’s a game changer and it takes few days to get used to it .

240hz is amazing! This monitor is really good
smoother aim on fps games, brightens darker areas so easier to see enemies. Quality is very good too. 240hz is a gift sent from god himself. I can promise your accuracy will be a lot better after switching to 240hz. Less delay

Impressive but unreliable
Initially really pleased with this monitor in both its aesthetics and performance, however within 3 weeks of use, my monitor developed a fault where it would not power on. Returned to amazon for a full refund - now looking at alternative product by another vendor.

0 dead pixels. 0 backlight bleed. Colours and picture are amazing. Bezels the size of a baby's fist. So close

Top extra wide monitor
What can I say, fantastic monitor,1440p,right in the sweet spot for gaming. Extra wide is amazing, so much more visual content. Stand is very sturdy,looks good too. Expensive but well worth the money and 144Hz as well.

Sturdy, Good Image and Sleek
This monitor does everything it claims to do and more, the picture quality could be better, but the colour science and response is already good. Freesync works well, with the latest AMD drivers and there is no going back from 144hz; if you're thinking about getting this or waiting for another monitor just get this now!

overall very good
good quality as expected from asus rog. found it good for gaming on both pc and xbox, the only down side is the price as this monitor cost more than some full pc,s and laptops.

Large monitor let down by stupid stand!
Bit disappointed by this. The 35" versions stand is nothing short of ridiculous. Reasonable for gaming but not very happy with it .......replaced already!

horizontal dead pixel line
It came defective with a horizontal dead pixel line. Colors are great and it is one of the best I had but sadly it is faulty ... i will request a refund.

No quality check before shipping. Shame on you!
I was hoping that the seller has learnt from their mistakes with past reviews. So I took the plunge and ordered before the Black Friday sale. Lo and behold, I received the 32” with a damaged screen. Nice way of making me lose my faith with Asus!

The XG279Q is an exceptional gaming monitor.
This monitor's clarity, colour, speed and the overall user experience is in my opinion superlative. Very expensive but packed full of technology. A+

Now on deeper desk. 80cm deep. Any shallower and you get too close.
