It arrived with no UK plug, required a Clover replacement so had to spend more money to get it up and running.
The drivers are abysmal - typical of ASUS.... Constant errors - pretty sure everyone knows about ASUS drivers by now.
Picture quality is awesome, can't fault it.
Main problem is the monitor more often than not will not recognise that it is hooked up and it will take several resets of the PC to get it to recognise that it is connected... This is extremely annoying. Also for the price paid - a remote should have been included as trying to use the buttons hidden at the back of the screen is a nightmare.
Overall, the cost versus reality.... Over priced. Many of the features are a waste of money. The daft LED display at the bottom and rear are costing extra £££ and are just not worth it. The drivers/support = non-existent (typical ASUS), ease of use - 3/10, the stand makes it difficult to use on many typical desks and if it does squeeze on then it can be unsafe if the desk takes a gentle knock - ridiculous design.... The only plus is the picture quality and that is if the monitor will switch on.

The reason it isn't, is because it's being sold as Gsync compatible, and that is only technically true at best. The gaming experince using Adaptive Sync on an Nvidia GPU is pretty dire. I've honestly had to turn it off most of the time, because gaming with it on makes the monitor continuously flicker black at random intervals. In fact sometimes it's more accurate to say the black screen occasionally shows flashes of the game.
Maybe it's better with Freesync, since it seems that's what the monitor originally was before Nvidia opened up the standard, but labelling this as Gsync compatible was definitely premature.

It’s a beautiful monitor, very bright and colour accurate. Since the panel is VA it has the added benefit of having good colour representation and a fairly decent response time of 4MS, I’ve always been a stickler for a good IPS display, but this looks just as good as a compromise.
From using this monitor around 4-8 hours a day I’ve found there’s little to no backlight bleed on the panel, which is absolutely brilliant, as quality control can be a bit hazy at times when buying monitors. The menu toggle system for settings is easy enough to get used to and is not a hassle at all. The stand is wide so you’ll have to make sure you’ve got some space on your desk to put it as the back of it is quite long.
All in all, it’s a great monitor, love the 1440p, the 144hz and the panel. Oh did I forget to mention it has RGB, the most important part of course. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great 32inch 144hz 1440p display with RGB

I think i got luck or the QA process has been improved because the black screen test is very much black. No glow around the edges.
The picture quality is amazing, 2k test is really lovely. Such an improvement over my HD TN Panel.
The stand and the lights are very nice to look at. The light at the back isn't very strong even with the brightness turned to max.
I would recommend this screen to anyone looking to upgrade. I was looking at the PG279Q and this monitor and chose this monitor because of the styling and the fact it was a newer model.
Happy Gaming!

the display is non glare, has super good viewing angles, you can adjust the monitor with swivel, tilt and height and it has a very nice curve so you'll want to be in the centre to get the best feel for the display.
the built in menu is navigated with this little joy stick which is honestly the best way to use a menu on a display and I hope it becomes a standard thing for every monitor/TV has some nice features like blue light filters, free sync, timers, overlay for a cross-hair and a low latency mode that I always have on when I play games
the only bad thing about this display is the colour accuracy, don't get me wrong its not bad by any means but at times you can feel the lack of range it has like when watching some shows or movies but that's kinda to be expected from a "Gaming" monitor you can always play with the settings to get them the way you like, but most people wouldn't notice.
the underline is that if you like the way it looks or the style of most of Asus's products and you're looking for a well made and good looking monitor with 144hz you'll probably really enjoy using this display.
pros -
amazingly smooth 144hz
Made really well
Good features build-in
con -
colours could be better

Positives - Fast, build quality, sharp
Negatives - the ELMB is useless as is the HDR, big borders.

There's one issue when I enter any fullscreen game. The screen goes blank and there's no signal and I have to turn off and turn on the monitor for it to work. I think it has to do with the G-Sync module, using this with an RTX 2070 Super.
Otherwise it's a great purchase.
Placed it on a stand which I've also purchased from Amazon. The original stand was great and had a light but I think this one looks much cleaner.

Tested on different graphics cards to make sure it wasn’t a problem on my end but the problem persisted regardless of graphics card.
A great monitor on paper but when a monitor that’s supposed to be 240hz can’t comfortably deliver anything above 60hz then it defeats the purpose of having a monitor like this.
