I want to trade it in for a lap top. I like to create more than receive data. I want a Skype function for the lame key board.

Very nice product. We already had one so this is our second one. They do a lot of work for us as well as let us have fun. They are pretty quick with a good connection. If just using your network, they are slower but still faster than working on a server at work, per-say. I would suggest this to anyone on a budget and realizes the Apple 4 is way over priced right now!

You get an IPAD 4 for the price of an IPAD 3 with this Retna upgrade....I bought this with 128GB..... 3 year SquareTrade full (DROP/SPILL ON IT THEY REPAIR IT warrenty) for less then the AppleCare price with does not include D/S warrenty....so well worth the price....

order was filled in timely manner and my questions answered prompty. new tech was what i wanted and thats what i got.still learning new operating system but happy to avoid latest windows system.

This is the single greatest tech gadget we own. It's everything you'd ever want in one device and so simple to operate thanks to apple technology. I recommend springing for the extra GB though as if you like to load it with movies for the kiddo, it can fill up fast.

What's there to say? It's an iPad. The best tablet to buy period. Even if you're a PC lover, this thing is impossible to put down.

I use it mostly as a book and for email. My husband bought a Kindle fire 8.9 after getting the ipad for me. He likes the Kindle because it's more like a computer. The apple has nicer apps tho.

My first I Pad--love it-- has the ATT option so I can use it where there is no Wi Fi such as in the auto-- or ANYWHERE that a cell phone can get a .signal. Has tremendous "HD" type picture quaity-- takes great photos/ will be able to skype on it--- better than a lap top and very portable and light. Still learning ALL the capabilities of this product!

So happy with the new iPad. Camera is great (i upgraded from iPAd 1st gen), so much faster, facetime, skype, Viber work great. Email is great. Only a few glitches with notification sounds when smart cover is on. Took a while for sounds to alert when cover was on, but now works great. Not sure why this happens, but IVe seen several similar issues, and appears to be a random thing.

I got this for my son and he loves it, and well he should considering the cost. For the price of this thing you can buy a nice laptop or desktop computer, but he's wanted one for a couple of years and he seems very happy with it. It seems to be very useful and fun to play around with but the lack of upgradability is frustrating. Having to pay $80 or $100 for another 16 Gb of storage seems criminal. For this reason I only purchased the 16 Gb version. I wish they would include a usb port and a port for memory cards, then it would be a real winner.

It's the perfect tablet for writing, reading,getting and sending emails and has many apps which are easily purchased or are free at the Apple marketplace

Surprised at my expected response from this product. Sometimes when I swipe on the lower part of the screen the pages do not advance, I have to move slightly higher to get the pages to turn. I expected more i guess.

The IPad still maintains its rank as the best tablet available. I have searched for comparable android tablets, but no one has taken it to the level Apple has. The battery life, countless apps games and things you never knew you needed, including the fabulous retina display make the iPad number one.

Using my iPad is so easy. Most of the time I use it instead of my desktop computer because it is so handy. I can play games, check my e-mail, and surf the net regardless of where I am in my home.

I use this for flying for charts in flight weather, moving map and every thing a pilot would need.The screen handles the sun very well and I have never not been able to see it.
