Excellent customer service-item arrived a day earlier than promised. Very simple to set up- even the cellular service was set up easily on-line and all data from my first iPad was easy to transfer.

Item had NO instructions. Tried to follow what I could, didn't work, couldn't get a password in. Had a friend over who is a computer geek and he couldn't get password in. Called Apple customer service and got someone with poor English skills who's located in India. I told him numerous times that I just wanted to get my password in. $200 and over three hours on the phone still did not get a password on ipad. Pad will not let me have password so therefore I'm unable to use this Apple ipad. I feel like I've been ripped off.Do you have any suggestions?

I was not able to get iPad fully charged with the charger supplied with the package. I had to buy a new set of charger to fix the problem. It was described as new but failed to mention the problem of the charger. I took me a lot of time to fix the problem. Otherwise, I would have returned the item.

It is a super computer but frankly for the money I think my ipad three was just as food. I can't see the difference in the picture and might as well saved the money.

Apple makes a great product we have several ipads and they are the future for sure. The apps are great and everything is easy to access. We started as laptop fans but it now never gets used. The ipad is just simple, fast, and easy operation. Highly recomend ipad ....

This was a terrible purchase. Very bizarre from the beginning and it was returned. Advertised as a NEW iPad; arrived in a refurbished type of packaging with NO paperwork. I expected it to be NEW in an Apple box with all accompanying paperwork.

although is was "used" it arrived in "new" condition. My wife and I are older than a lot of your users and were at first intimidated by it, but gradually we learned a lot about it and continue to be amazed by the various features that we learn about each time we use it.

There are a lot of different tablets out there but the Apple iPad 4th Generation is the best. Both in the way it's made and it's extremely fast processing speed. Very happy with my decision to get this.

What can I tell you that you haven't already read or seen somewhere. The Apple iPad is everything I ever heard advertised about it and much more. The price Amazon.com offered this item at was very competitive. I also bought the Kensington Apple iPad 4 case and I am very satisfied with the form, fit and function. Another excellent Apple product.

Definetly i am a Mac user, i own a iMac 27', Macbook Pro, couple of iPods, an iPhone and my recent purchase... the iPad Retina.Is Great, fast, easy to use as any other iDevice, sadly some apple developers seems to be that they have worked in windows, for GODs SAKE!!!, whats the deal between sharing pictures with to different iDevices, it suppose to be easy to use, versatile and compatible with apple... so??? why everything has to pass through the annoying iTunes and the same disturbing message "This device is linked with another computer, syncing pictures from a different computer will erase them all"Apple managers, directors, technology and marketing guys... please keep it simple! (Plug and add, erase, let us do whatever we want to do with our images), if i hadn't have that many iDevices i would it change to Samsung or the Kindle Fire

I have bought the Kindle Fire, the Google Nexus, and this product by far surpasses them. I feel that there really isn't a pad out there that competes with the Ipad.

I'm used to a PC, so the IPad is a little hard to get used to. I do like it because it can be kept beside my easy chair, then right up on my lap. I am glad I bought it. I like the FaceTime feature, because I can see my grandchildren as I talk to them.

While I would love to see a card reader and a usb or port of some kind for data transfer the purpose of this review isn't to try to redesign the iPad. It's exactly what I expected when I bought it and it does what I need for it to do (and more) very well.

The iPad can very well packaged and looked in excellent condition. My only criticisms are probably not related to the seller. The iPad charges extremely slowly compared to my iPhone. The camera on the iPad is really horrible quality.
