For a "used" iPad it came to me in excellent condition!! It arrived in good time and fully charged. All I had to do was log into my iCloud. I couldn't be happier!! :D

I bought this for my mother because she was always complaining that the laptop she had was too heavy and made her lap hot, etc. I was afraid she might have trouble using this iPad because she is a little (no, really a lot) tech challenged and has problems learning new things at age 82. However, she began using the iPad immediately after it arrived (lightning quick shipping btw) and has loved it from the very beginning. She takes it to her bedroom, to the kitchen, out on the patio--basically everywhere she goes! I had expected weeks of trying to teach her how to use it but she picked up on it quickly during the first few hours and has had NO problems. She's happy. And when she's happy and busy on the iPad, I'm happy! I highly recommend this device.

Item as described, in perfect condition! Easy to use, allows me to get a lot done, as well as catch up on my shows using the Netflix app, and other social media.

I own this IPad and also a Samsung Note, The BIG drawback with this IPad and any for that matter is the proprietary iTunes software which must be used. It is updated regularly, and MUST be downloaded to interact wit the IPad, otherwise you will get an incompatibility error. Then it presents a "War and Peace" sized new and different agreement requirement. So you have to agree to something different each time. After a while, you really don't know what you've agreed to.

This was one of her Christmas presents from me, and she is constantly using it, learning it, etc. I thought "I did good" a couple of years back when I got her the Nook, but this unit was a "grand slam". She talks with both our daughters and is learning new things about the unit daily.

This is the first tablet computer I've purchased and I absolutely love it! I was warned that I couldn't play cd's or use a thumb drive so even thought that was a down side for me, I was prepared and don't really miss it. i also purchased and apple because of the quality of the product; I always seem to have trouble with IBM compatible computers. I downloaded books and have my iTunes music accessible, so I carry my iPad everywhere I go. In fact the only time I use my iPhone now is when I need to make a phone call or send a text. I haven't set up a data plan with my wireless provider yet since that's a little extra each month, but I will be breaking down and doing that because I do like having the option of using my iPad no matter where I am. The pictures and nice and big and clear (beautiful).The only down side is that you won't want to put it down!

What's not to like about this? It worked when I powered it on, it does what most apple products do. It has access to the biggest app store in the known universe. It's pretty? I don't really know what else to say about this. Got a decent deal on it, easy to setup and work with like every other apple product. It's a really big version of my iPhone which can't make calls.

Don't be fooled like me. I purchased this thinking it was the new iPad Mini with the Retina Display. I double checked the model # on the back of the box and was sent the old iPad Mini model MD531LL/A that retails at Apple store for $299. Suffice to say I'm filing a claim to get my money back plus shipping.

I'd been considering an iPad for quite some time, willing to give my Kindle Fire (which I love) to my Mom. I'm glad I made the investment - it's just the right size for me, light enough to travel with me, there's no shortage of apps (even a Kindle one!!) and the display is incredible. I like that everything syncs up between my iPhone, iPad, & computer. Keep in mind you'll also want to invest in a shield for this fancy retina display screen, along with a case to protect your investment. A great investment, I hope to enjoy it for a long time. I bought the white, 32GB, a military smart shield, and the Apple Smart Case (the Otterbox case was much too heavy for me).

I like this ipad but liked the older version better as the charger was more convenient and it would let me load itunes playlists from my laptop. This Ipad doesn't let me save any music playlists from my computer. Its ok but newer is not always better.

Mistakenly put the iPad review under the cover topic, so should I review the cover here? I would not have bought the pad without the cover, and it makes owning the pad much less scary. Good choice.

This new iPad is what I now use on a daily basis. I only bring out the laptop for certain connections and viewing. the iPad Air is light, battery life is excellent - 12 hours give or take. Ties into the Wifi quickly and holds. Browser, Siri, Facetime all work very well without any glitches.

I bought a Kindle Fire when they first came out in the hopes of using it as a pseudo-tablet because at the time I really didn't feel the iPad was ready-for-prime-time as a business tool for me. The Kindle worked well enough for many of the reasons I bought it (and I absolutely love it as a book reader) but not for everything business-wise.I researched and read reviews for the iPad itself and the apps that I would need before I finally took the plunge and purchased it. I chose the most memory with WiFi and Cellular coverage because it is primarily a business tool for me. I need the memory for photos and videos and the cellular coverage so that I can access files and contracts. It's important to me that I can conduct a complete real estate transaction wherever my clients or I happen to be.Even if you are purchasing primarily as a personal device, you may still want the 64GB version if you store a lot of music as well as photos / video.One of the things I was not able to get conclusive info on before I purchased was whether or not I would have to activate cellular coverage immediately. The answer is no. You can do it whenever you want. I chose to wait until my next billing cycle started just because it was easier to read the bill without the pro-rations.I was a little hesitant about buying it from Amazon instead of from Apple or my phone carrier, but that turned out to be a misplaced concern. As pretty much always, it arrived on time in good condition. The Amazon price was actually discounted enough that I was able to purchase a cover with the savings.

I upgraded my ole I-pad 2 to this one and love it even better than my old one but that is what we expect from Apple. Had no problem selling my old at a good price either.
