- + Обычный сканер, все ок.
- - Не подключается к компу автоматически, приходится устанавливать драйверы

The scanner itself is light, easy to install and inexpensive. The software to run the scanner is another story. It is not intuitive. Almost every time computer restarted, the software would not work as it did before shut down. After a lot of wasted time and experimentation, was able to figure out several ways to get computer to recognize scanner and actually scan something. There is an expensive update, but for such a simple task, it should be much easier to use. Computer uses Window 7 operating system.

worst scanner i have ever owned. EXTREMELY slow! Also, if you leave the application to do other work while scanning and don't return before scan is complete many times the scanning dialog box disappears behind another of the apps boxes and you cant retrieve it. Your only option is to restart your computer and start all over again. Insanely stupid design flaw. Xerox has lost a long time fan over this waste of money.

It does what it's supposed to do, and does it very well. I especially like the low power requirements. Instead of using one of those bulky power transformers, and constantly drawing amperage, it runs off of the USB cable.
The only down side was the software that came with it. If all you need is to scan pages for faxing, I recommend not installing anything. Otherwise, you'll get buried by an avalanche of programming that will enslave your system.

This is 2014. I'm pretty sure there are scanners out there that are, I don't know, user friendly? When you can't find where your scanned documents are going and you can't scan multiple pages at once, It's really not worth all the hair you will end up pulling out of your own head. Don't buy this. Spare yourself the baldness.

Returned this scanner because it made scanning pictures and documents a hassle! It wouldn't give you the option to rename the file until it put it in its own assigned folder that you had to search for.. No auto cropping option; every preview scan must be manually cropped. Never cared for the PaperPort software even in Windows XP. Just way too finicky for simple use IMO.

Works very good. Easy installation. Good quality but so far I could only make ".bmp" copies while I prefer ",jpg" of course.

This is the best scanner not to mention for this price. The default is low quality. After I play with quality, it is amazing. It has many good things to learn and is useful in many ways. I am very glad I chose this one over the expensive one. Thanks for having such good, useful scanner for this price. I have two laptops with Windows 7 and 8, they work fine. Buy one you will be happy for years. All you need is to know the machine first. I start ed without reading made me confused. So I pressed #3 button, I didn't know where my document was stored. It landed in Documents Folder. Low right corner, press up arrow, click the scanner symbol, then the magic happened. A lot more to learn, have everything I need and good quality. From me definitely 5 stars.

Meets all expectations and the scanner works well with Windows 8.1 as long as you use the Twain Driver and do not Update it when you are shown they have an Update available. OCR is Great too.

Over the years, I have had four scanners. I bought this to replace a slower, older HP scanner. My HP scanner was a high-end one, but several years old. The ADF (automatic document feeder) kept jamming and I simply couldn't get it fixed. I have had this 3220 for six months. It is an order of magnitude better than my old HP. Pros: it is very, very fast. It has dual scanning heads so it scans both sides of a sheet at the same time. If you forget and leave something on the flatbed part of the scanner, it will still scan from the ADF without jamming, as the ADF scans and handles paper separately from the flatbed. The ADF almost never jams, and will scan paper from my file folders that is significantly crinkly. I found the software setup fairly easy. I can scan into Acrobat, which is mostly what I do, quite easily. Scans nicely into Photoshop, too. I set up the buttons to scan and copy, but I have to say I almost never use them, as I scan from my PC. (Hint: to scan into an existing PDF with Acrobat, select "Custom Scan" and click the box to scan into the existing document.) I programmed it so #2 scans and prints to my monochrome fax/printer, and #3 scans and prints to my color laser printer, so it works as a copier just fine. Cool that you pick a number and then press a button for simplex or the other button for duplex; nice design. Con: unlike my old HP, the flatbed will only handle letter rather than legal-size paper. But the ADF handles legal paper just fine. I have not had to use the flatbed to scan a legal document since I got it, but this might be an issue for you. Extremely pleased with this scanner, happy every time I use it.

I was a little skeptical of this after reading reviews, but for half price of other scanners I went for it. I use this on a PC thru USB & no problems loading software. I have always used Paperport since Windows 95. I had to buy this because my old Visioneer would not work with Windows 7. Software loaded easy, but the program takes a little learning because everything is different then my old scanner. No problems so far using this with Windows 7. I could see if you have never used Paperport with MAX flies you would spend some time getting used to it. I always convert to Jpeg files before backup, because you can not view Max files on anything else unless Paperport software is installed. As far as a PC with Windows 7, works perfect.

good for the price. software isn't the best but gets the job done. great product if you don't do a lot of scanning but just have the occasional need.

I use a scanner on a daily basis, I am running windows 7 and all this scanner gave me were problems. Spend the extra money and invest on a better scanner like the EPSON V33.

Xerox XTRAVEL-SCAN Travel Scanner 100 Mobile 600 DPI USB ScannerI attempted for three and a half hours to install this scanner without success. So I didn't even get to the point I could test the scanner. I telephoned customer support/ technical support where the technician could not get it to work in another hour. Later I traveled to the store where I bought it; returned it; the store had only two models - same one and another that cost two and a half times as much. So I asked the floor salesperson to install another one from a new package. After one and a half hours he could not get it installed. It messed up the software in my laptop computer and that took having my computer worked on by the store technician to finally uninstall the scanner software that wouldn't completely uninstall. That evening I spent another three hours, plus driving time one hour. Over 8 hours. This is a piece of sh&*^%$t!!!!! Don't bother to buy it will cause you more headaches than you can imagine.

Good quality scanner but the Paper Port software that came with it runs very slow. I had a similar model by Visioneer that also had Paper Port software and it ran much faster.

Used this scanner once, went on a business trip, came back, nothing. Will not even turn on. Of course it was 31 days after I purchased it, so I can't get a refund, and I threw away the box (which you must have to return it in), so I can't even get a partial refund. Probably your best bet would be to go to Staples or Best Buy and get the same scanner or something comparable, and not even waste your time with a mail order, at least not for electronics.

This scanner is terrible. If it's turned off, turning it back on can take several tries. Occasionally papers that are scanned do not show up on the computer and the program has to be closed and re-started. Other times I have to "preview" a document before scanning it so it will appear. This scanner also has trouble inserting the documents from the feeder, so I have to monitor it. Waste of time, patience and money.

We purchased the Documate 3220 and installed it on the PC. When we went to move it to a Mac we couldn't find the driver disk for the Mac. Xerox lets you download other software but not for Macs. They said we had to order it for "free" but pay $8 for shipping. We installed the disk only to find a short time later that the "software" for the scanner has to be purchased separately. Xerox doesn't offer customer service on weekends, probably because they are such a small company. (sarcasm). But since when do you have to pay extra to get a $300+ scanner to work properly.

Hopeless. I use it with Paperport 12 and half the time it won't connect then it works perfectly before suddenly stopping working. I have reloaded drivers but it is so unreliable and I have wasted so much time trying to get it to work properly. Must be my worst ever buy.Don't waste your money or time on this.

Великолепно
Having both a flatbed and sheet feed facility makes this a most useful scanning platform. In addition, nice that it works just out of the box.Sheet feeder works great, and speeds the entry of documents.

I bought this xerox printer with high hopes. However, the images are pathetic, the scanner doesn't work most of the time. Save your money. I have now had 2 different xerox scanners and both are junk!
