bought this as a replacement for a cheapy which lasted barely 4 years. have an at least 10 year old teac 5 cd changer that is almost identical and that still works excellent. the new one is very convenient to use, among other features i like that the turntable turns freely for loading. speed of cd change is somewhat slow as it first goes into some reading cycle, however that does not bother me. it does play all the various types of my cds. would definitely recommend to a friend.

I ordered this TEAC product from Amazon after looking at several different optional ones. I have(had) other TEAC products and have been happy with those. This one would not read a CD. Obviously the quality control did not exist or there was damage(not noticeable) during shipping. I probably will not order another electronic component on line and have to experience the hassle of this order.

This CD player is cheap and Hums Loud also skips on CD's even after cleaning CD's and player lens. Super Bad purchase. This product should not be sold very unprofessional. Amazon DROP THIS VENDER.

I always read reviews before buying anything. My CD player had died and I was in a hurry to replace it so I ran to "big box" knew it was a mistake half way through unpacking, cheap plastic, etc. so I returned it. Did my homework online, ordered it and Amazon had it at my door in a few days. Couldn't be more pleased with this player. Who can clean house with no music?

<промежуток класс="">Если вам не нравятся зазоры между дорожками, не покупайте этот плеер, например, Абби-Роуд последние несколько треков попурри, там не должно быть пробелов как один трек в другой,то же самое с Марвин Гэй, что происходит,это полностью уничтожить это звучание для меня, это позор, потому что в противном случае это отличный проигрыватель компакт-дисков, если бы я знал, эта проблема существовала, я бы не купил этот плеер.

This CD changer works very well. The only thing I didn't realize before I bought was the remote works for play features but you cannot turn the unit on and off by remote.

This CD player arrived in excellent condition and worked perfectly. The remote control is a little complex but also works very well once you get used to it. Would buy one again if ever in the market for a CD player.

I actually bought this product as a return item and knew it was used. I know I should have gone with my gut feeling, but instead, bought it hoping that I wouldn't receive a "lemon." I read reviews and was conflicted because some said, "great" and others, "ungreat." (I know ungreat is not a word but you get my point.) Anyhow, the changer would simply turn on and off, open and close, and nothing else! so today I returned it and hope to do a little more research before I decide to buy a cd player/changer.

Absolutely a wonderful piece of electronics, Needed a replacement for an older 5 disc player and this one really fit the bill. Easy to use and the music played from it sounded excellent.

I bought my Teac disc changer a few weeks back, and so far, it has been just fine for me. As mentioned in previous postings, the one negative is not having a "power on/off" button on the remote. But, loading discs and the playback has been flawless, and nothing hard to understand. I did save myself a few bucks purchasing the optical cable at 'Monoprice', instead of those brands that sell in the $20-30 range.

I've owned several multi CD players, all Sony, but when I needed to replace one of them, I bought this Teac. Unfortunately, the "shuffle" mode only shuffles within one CD, not among all 5, as do all the Sony's. In addition, you can't turn the damn thing on or off with the remote. Had I known, I definitely would not have bought it, but it isn't worth the trouble to return it. However, my advice--never buy TEAC. (I have a very old Teac open reel machine that I haven't used in decades but which seemed fine, but I guess the company went downhill since.)TEAC PD-D2610 5-CD Carousel Changer with MP3 CD Playback

The TEAC PD D2610 5 cd Carousel Changer is a very good deal for the price i paid for it. It was very easy to setup. The remote works with many features.

I received my CD player when promised. All the items needed to get it up and running were provided. Hardest part of getting set-up was unpacking it. It plays beautifully and is very quiet when it changes CD's. I have other TEAC equipment and always found them to be a quality product.
The only negative is you can't turn off the power with the remote.

This component provides great sound to my system. I give it 4 stars rather than 5 because it took 2 shipments to get a fully functional player. The front display panel of the first player did not work, though the remote worked and the component played CDs. Kudos to Amazon for a no-charge replacement.

I had to return this item twice. Both times because the changer would not work. The first one would not even open. It top of the unit appeared to be bent. The second would open but the carousel would not turn. I don't think this unit can stand up to being shipped.

I purchased this unit to replace a simillar player I bought back in the 90's. Smartest move for me, the oversampling, especially on my own cd-r, and cd-rw recordings is much better by far. Reads and plays the discs that the old player would skip over. I also like the full complement of both analog, and digital outputs. So far I like it real well. I can recommend it to anyone looking for a quality player at a low price.

Received in Amazon's usual timely manner. Wife opened it on Christmas morning, everything worked, easy setup. Had music all day for the 1st time in a long while. No problems with occasional use over the next 3-4 weeks. 3 days ago, turned it on as usual and noticed noisy hum from unit. Now will not even recognize the presence of a CD in the carousel, including CDs it played w/o difficulty a few days before. Also, unit quit responding to the remote at the same time. Icing on the cake - 30 day return expired 5 days ago. Will return/replace anyway, but doubt I'll replace it with a Teac unit. I've been through 3 Sony home CD players, and each of them had intermittent problems with skipping during random tracks/disks, so no more Sony.

I bought this CD changer about two months ago. Easy to install and sounds good. Can't say much about dependability yet. So far, it works just fine. The only inconvenience I have noticed, as I read in reviews before buying this changer, is that in the shuffle mode, it does not shuffle songs but only CD's. So you listen to one CD at a time, but not nescessarily in the order of the discs in the machine. Shuffling songs on the CDs would be better.
Overall, worth the expense and great sound for the buck.

I purchased this cd changer for my husband when his old one became jammed. We've been really happy with it. It does just what it says it's will do. I'd buy another one.

Plays CD-R and CD-RW very good. Great sound, slow to change and load. This machine is great at playing quality but light on the the bells and whistles. I have already recommended this player to others.

Opened the box and hooked it up and it played for about ten seconds and quit. Never could make it work. I plan to return it and buy a better quality product. It is disgraceful for a manufacturer to sell such a worthless product.
