Good headphones that keep disconnecting and not working well
Very nice headphones but they just don't work properly. For higher end headphones i truly expected better. Dropped connections, and other issues that just happen way to frequently.

Best Bluetooth headset I've tried (and I've tried dozens)
This headset is awesome! I've been through many bluetooth headsets over the years, and the only ones that truly have good sound are those with a boom mic. This is the best of the best, even better than the Blue Parrot and Blue Tiger headsets I've owned or tried. It is lightweight, has long battery life, crystal-clear noise-cancelling mic quality, and an innovative feature where it plays back your own audio through the headphones at a low level so you can hear yourself clearly when your ears are covered by the headphones (keeps you from shouting). My only complaint is that it uses a proprietary charging cable, and replacements are spendy and only available from Sennheiser. Stereo audio is clear and crisp for phone calls -- not the greatest for listening to music but decent.

Sennheiser Quality with multi device connectivity
The product is up to Sennheisers high standards for audio quality. It is comfortable enough to wear all day and can connect to multiple call sources such as cell phone, laptop, and IP Phones. I would recommend this product highly.

Must have for work at home!
Lasts thru entire day, very good sound quality in and out. Charging overnight from USB port for a full day of conference calls. A bit expensive, but a good investment if you are W@H full or part time. You can use them 10 hours strait, much better than any Apple product ... and music sounds OK too, but I use primarily for work

Run away, don't walk!!!!! Impossible to get Warranty Service
I purchased this product August 13 2020 becasue I needed to teach my college classes remotely. 2 years later, the batteries won't hold a charge. They worked good.......when they worked. Now they are useless!
The retailer: PC Nation won't help. Sennheisier makes in NEARLY impossible to contact them to get any help. No phone number to call, No live chat, you must send them a message through their "Contact Page" which they promptly ignore. My product will soon be out of warranty and I expect they will then turn their back on me and deny warranty repairs/replacement.

Finally! A good wireless headset!!!
I looked around a lot before deciding on this headset - I work from home and do not have a landline phone system. I work off of an iPhone and needed something that allowed me to be handsfree and wireless that didn't make me sound like I am inside a tin can.
This headset works beautifully right out of the box - easy pairing, great sound both for me and for the people I am talking to, and it lasts over 10 hours between charges. The instructions are a little complicated but with some attention and practice they are very easy to operate.
I am so thrilled with the quality of this headset - it is worth the price!

Does not work well.
This is my second Sennheiser MB Pro 2 headset. The first one worked without issue for almost 4 years after which the mic gave up. So I bought this one since I loved the old one from headsets.com. This one is nothing but a problem. The connection to dongle or the laptop is very unstable. It suddenly stops working in middle. The driver quality from EPOS has went down completely. I have new Dell laptop and Windows 11 but this headset only works sometimes. DO NOT BUY this anymore.
