Te headset Won't charge! According to the instruction manual there is a micro USB port under the microphone ear pad, Surprisingly I don't see it there, I took off both pads and it does not exist! Is this a china clone???? I will call Sennheiser tomorrow and find out.
Yes! I returned to amazon the faulty one, and recived a new one in 2 days. New one works great and charges in one hour! Amazing!!!!

Great headset but bad proprietary power connector with a design/manufacturing flaw
light and long lasting. The dual bluetooth connect works very well. Multi-function button is poorly designed and hard to operate. Charging cable is weirdly positioned and charging stand is very expensive.
Updating after using 3 headsets over 3 years and went through 4 power cables. There is a design flaw in the headset power adapter which is consistent since 4 of mine broke in exactly the same way. There are 2 tiny strong magnets and they fall out eventually or the plastic holding the magnets split open. It requires superglue to fix it. Sennheiser sent me a replacement cord after a complicated multi-week process but that too broke within about a year. I don't think I'll ever buy this again because of the cord problem.

Solve the problem of hearing and being heard on the phone
It’s working fine so far. I have not run the battery down all away yet so I don’t know about that. Connecting it to my phone was really easy.
It was delivered even earlier than the earliest date they promised. Everything was in good shape.
The people I talk to on the phone said they can hear me just fine .I got this because I was having trouble hearing people on the phone and I can hear them just fine too.

Work great
Bought these for my wife. At times she works from home. When she used the earbuds/mic that come with phones, she would get complaints about the background noise or not being able to understand her.
With this headset she can hear and be heard. The noise cancellation mic works great. I can watch TV while she is on the phone. She says she would highly recommend these for anyone.

Easy setup, quick connect, excellent sound, outstanding comfort
These are awesome for online meetings and chatting. Every word is clear and crisp (and I don't hear all that well!). A charge lasts for weeks, or longer. I've worn them for hours and never felt any discomfort.
If there is one downside, it is that they sound horrible when playing music. I guess they are "tuned" for voice, because music is missing a lot of range. Still, these are primo for voice conferencing.

THE BEST - I'VE TRIED SEVERAL! GET THIS ONE!
I have purchased many headsets - this one IS the best. Don't buy cheap! You will end up spending more in the long-run so go with the best first. I was SO tired of people saying "you sound like you are in a tunnel" or "You are breaking up". I get NONE of that with this one. LOVE it. Makes me feel more comfortable and confident when making sales calls. Thank you.

Pass if you care at all about sound quality
Been trying to find a good Bluetooth headset for work as i only have gaming headsets that tend to be huge and bulky. Thought i would get something at least reasonable quality so purchased this model based on reviews. Tried it today and the sound quality is a joke. Have a $40 headset that sounds way better then this. Was not expecting this to have amazing sound quality or anything but what this provides is crackling flat terrible audio.

Good for only about first couple of minutes of phone conversation
Ok - after about 2 weeks using this, I realize this is an expensive headset that has one fatal flaw. I use my headsets with iPhone6Plus and use only for phone calls. What is important for me is clear voice and good microphone. Regarding Voice, it is good for first 8-10 minutes of conversation and suddenly a hissing voice starts which makes it unbearable to have a conversation. Regarding microphone, it is supposed to be filtering out background noise but whenever my baby cries in other room, the other party can hear it clearly. All in all I am back to search for a good wireless headset for my iPhone conversations. Pretty sad as I thought this is the end of my search.

Missing Pieces
I'm quite frustrated with this seller as they did not include one of the most essential parts of this headset, the USB dongle. As a result, I now have to go through the manufacturer to order the USB dongle so I can connect to my VoIP phone. Very frustrating!

Poor Connectivity with iPhone
I don't normally write reviews, but felt compelled in this case. While the audio and voice quality of these headphones is very good when they work properly, it is unfortunate that connectivity issues persist. These headphones will appear to be connected to my iPhone, but when a telephone call connects, the voice won't come through (despite the supposed connection). This doesn't happen all of the time, but a good 25% of my calls have this happen, which leads to awkward dead air as I have to disconnect and reconnect headphones in order to hear / speak. For a product whose main function is to make phone calls, this is an unacceptable failing.

Works great and the battery life is outstanding.
I use these connected to my Mac and my iPad to do Zoom calls. They truely connect to both devices at the same time better than any headset I've used. Sound quality and build quality are what you would expect from Sennheiser. They are also very comfortable and stay reliably connected to Bluetooth.

Warning: Amazon is Selling an Older Version of this Product!!
This is old product Amazon is showing. It is easy to tell because the user guide shows version A01 date of October 2013 on it while Sennheizer’s website shows a current version A04 with a date of October 2017. I don’t know if the firmware is up-to-date and probably it is not so I will have to update it. Also, the instructions may have changed. Unfortunately for me I threw out the box before realizing this.

Randomly stops working
I use the headset connected to an i-phone. Bluetooth stays connected but half the time there is no sound transmission - either sending or receiving. Necessitates powering off the headset and turning it back on. Then works fine until it doesn't again. Very frustrating!

Would have been perfect if it could be charged during use
Would get a full score if it was possible to use while charging. Both sound and microphone are excellent, bought two to use for skype and phone calls.

I liked this product is really good
I liked this product is really good. Unfortunately it didn't work with my phone(oneplus 3t). I've thought that it was the headphone but winded up to be my phone which is not compatible. This was the main reason that I've had to return it. This company is very well known in the market.

Perfect!
My husband loves this. He works from home making phone calls for many hours and this is perfect. Had this for several months now with no issues. Clarity is perfect....and listeners on the other side only hear a clear voice talking in the headset, not the dog barking or the tv blaring in the background

Volume at max is too low!
Good for phone calls. Playing music on Bluetooth thru headset volume at max is just not enough in a semi noisy situation. Volume is my main dislike!

Not really a wireless headset
The mic didn't work out of the box and the audio goes in and out as soon as I walk away from the my PC. I returned for a refund but the seller charged me a restocking fee. Had to file a claim with amazon to get my money back.

They didn't last
The quality was great and the batteries worked well. We had 4 of them purchased less than a year ago... only 1 still works. The mic started cutting out, then steadily got worse. Occasional issues with speakers too. It seemed like bad Bluetooth interference, so we tried in alternate locations where there was almost nothing to interfere and same issue.
