So I upgraded originally from a wired Sennheiser headset (PC8). I love that headset. It's cheap, I can wear it all day with minimal to no fatigue, and it sounds awesome. The only problem is that stupid cord. I got a cut in it and it's always a pain having to move it around. I invested some money into this headset since it's kind of the flagship of the Sennheiser line. I compared it to a nicer Logitech one too and this one was so much better. The range of it (bluetooth to my iMac) goes through several rooms without any loss. I'm extremely impressed with it's performance and battery life. The ear pieces are very nice too, however, it does fatigue my ear quicker. I can only wear it an hour or two at a time without needing to take it off and give my ears a quick break. That's not that big of a deal. The only thing I wish it did better was to have a nicer cradle for charging. This one comes with just a regular mag cable that works, and you can buy a stand separately, but competitors have more of a "dock" style system that I much prefer. All in all though, I'm keeping it and am satisfied with my purchase.

Pairs with Macbook, Ipad and Iphone. Can only 'pair AND connect' with two devices at the same time, however may save the connection profiles of 8 devices. Only wish it would pair and connect with three devices at same time, then I could also connect my iPad (as I often use it to watch/listen while I work, as a second monitor). It remembers the last two devices used and auto-pairs to those, if you want to connect more than two devices you'll have to play with bluetooth settings to make sure you are listening to the correct device.

Sound is clear and they are comfortable to wear all day while I work - small and lightweight. Main function I wanted was the microphone as it is meant to dull background noise when on calls. Helps to keep me focused and professional sounding on conference calls - no matter what other people in the house are doing.

Very comfortable after a day of calls. I didn't pay attention to one feature, i can't hear myself talk. Other features are easy to use. Headset reconnects automatically if u walk out of range once in range.

The instructions are impossible so make sure you’re good with Bluetooth and reading hieroglyphics but the actual headset itself is perfect

It’s way to small and quiet had hard time hearing the other people, would definitely recommend getting a blue tiger or blue parrot if your a trucker and looking for a good headset

I have these hooked up to my computer and cell phone and they work great. Your computer has to have Bluetooth as there is no dongle. My only complaints and they are minor:
1) the proprietary charger falls off easily. But I fixed that by getting a cheap stand so I don't touch the headset while charging
2) the single button to do everything takes a bit of getting used to

Other than that, great headset. I liked it so much, we got a second set for my wife!

Works well and has a very decent battery life. The only thing is that if you toggle between a phone and a laptop, and ask these headphones to choose when switching from a call to a conference call or zoom session, the headphones will do that back and forth. This gets to be a battle between which bluetooth signal is going to win. So you'll hear the message: "phone 1 disconnected" more often that you want to. The solution is to shutoff the bluetooth feature on either your phone or laptop, when not using either.

I connected these to my bluetooth for my phone and my computer and it seamlessly takes/ makes calls from both. When the bluetooth connection is good the call quality is terrific. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that on several occasions I've heard static on the calls and was inclined to blame it on the call service, but instead I powered down the headset and powered back up and reconnected to the same call without static.

I like it because it is lightweight and comfortable. The mute and volume are fairly easy to get to but having to press the side piece is a PITA. The sound quality is good, a bit bassy IMO. The power cord is absolutely & ridiculously mounted on the inside of the headband. i mean "HUH?".....my guess is they kinda want to force you to purchase the charging stand. Having the binaural sound is wonderful compared the Plantronics Voyageur that i was using but I'm always having to reset it when using it thru Cisco Jabber to make calls. Another PITA. I have the Avantree headset too, it's a little larger but the controls are placed perfectly. I'll probably keep the Avantree, for about the same price it comes with a charging stand and a nice carrying case - that you don't have to purchase separately.

These are quite comfortable mind you, I wear them 7 hours a day and I suspect after wearing anything that long there is going to be some form of moderate discomfort. Extremely light in weight; these weigh mere ounces. I personally have no issues with the sound volume, and I am hard of hearing. People say they can hear me easily and clearly. Set up, meaning connectivity, is a breeze. I have not updated the firmware as of yet. I have not used them for gaming. If you use it for listening to music then yes, the volume is low; but again, for me, no issues when speaking or hearing on calls.

Pros:
1. Everyone on my conference calls remarked how much better my voice sounded.
2. The build, battery life and comfort are also top notch.

Cons:
1. The output of the microphone does not feed back into the headset. Their help line told me that since this headset sits on the ears and doesn't surround them, they didn't see the need to pipe the audio back into the earpieces.
2. The audio isn't overly loud even at the highest setting. My hearing isn't what it used to be so I need a little more. Not a problem sitting in my office, but might be in a noisier climate.
3. This headset works very well for telephone calls, but it isn't good for listening to music.

Overall, I'm very pleased using this for its intended purpose.

The pandemic, jeesh. This is my 3rd pair of headphones/headset I bought since the pandemic started. Trust Sennheiser to offer a great pair of headphones that can be used as a headset. I host webinars each week and cannot use faulty equipment. Everything about them is top quality. That they were on sale was the deciding factor ($90 off I think).
BTW I still use my 1980s Sennheiser headphones. Any idea where I can buy the yellow spongy earcovers? Ha!

I use this for my home office, where I'm on the phone for a living. This Sennheiser pairs with two devices at a time (refers to them as 'phone 1' and 'phone 2'), so it connects directly with my BT capable Dell laptop and my iPhone. This makes it easy for me to make my calls via cell and take a Skype call via laptop by just pressing the button on my headset.
The boom mic is crystal clear and the headphones sound great. The set is also very comfortable and light on my head, I just leave it on and raise the mic to the up position to take a bite of my lunch. As to battery life, I work 12 hour days and my headset still hasn't died on me. The charger connects effortlessly via magnets, so I just aim for the vicinity and it will practically dock itself.
I had high-hopes for this headset and it didn't disappoint me; if I broke it, I would automatically order the exact same model again.

As advertised, these headphones are comfortable with superior audio quality. The battery life is impressive, and the Bluetooth connection is consistent. However, there are 3 shortcomings with respect to charging: First, because the charger connects on the inside of the headband, the headset cannot be worn while charging. Second, if the headset is charging while a call comes in, removing it from the charger immediately disconnects the call. (This is with a new Panasonic KX-TG6512B, and the problem might be on the phone's end.) And third, although battery life is quite good with 10+ hours of talk time, warnings to recharge allow very little time (perhaps 15 minutes) before the headset dies. So you can't charge while talking, and you can't even charge while waiting for a call. Fully charging overnight avoids these issues, but if you forget, it can be frustrating. I recommend having a backup in place.

I have to say I thought these were great, but after about 8 months the charging unit on the headset got suck to the charge. So the original seller, is like that suck contact Sennheiser. Sennheiser is like sent us the unit to us but you paid the shipping & handling to us. We will ship it back to you free of charge. What makes it more confusing its not part of the website offering.

I have disappointed everyone involved right now. If I get another headset it won't be amazon or this seller.

I have used this headset since I purchased it and now it has stopped working. My return window closed in 30 days and my warranty window closed in September, how convenient. I loved the headset until this occurred and I can't seem to get anyone to answer my emails with whom I am to contact with warranty questions. The amount of money I paid for this I should have more than a 6 months warranty. So, unfortunately, if I was able to get answers and help from the company or Amazon services, I would have given a better review. Do not buy this headset! I read someone else said it goes into sleep mode and unable to get it out of it and this might be the case, but I cannot get anyone to help me. I would be better to buy the cheaper headsets and consider them throwaways than to pay this price for it to work for 8 months.

This is a really good headset and the battery life is fantastic. As long as you charge it at night, it will last all day. No wimpy 6 hour talk time like other popular headsets. The only real issue is that the PC locked up once because it tried to connect to the headset while it was charging, but that’s easily avoided.

The headphones accomplish exactly what I need them to do! It allows me easily to take phone calls while listening to music on my laptop. I enjoy the convenience of being able to take calls by just pressing a button on the actual headset. The product is fairly easy to use as well. The headphones themselves are fairly comfortable and the sound quality is quite good. Overall, very satisfied with the product! Nice value for money.

The Mic quality was not what I expected (from the "Mercedes" of headsets :).

Long Version- I have to position my iPhone 5s mic "just so" or callers complain they can't hear me well. I suspect it might be my big clunky OtterboxDefender case, partially obstructing the mic. Between that, and my poor hearing, I bought this headset to correct all that- at least around the house. Unfortunately, neither landline or cell callers noticed any improvement. One actually thought the headset mic was slightly worse!

I asked Sennheiser support (good response times, btw), and they recommended 2 items:
- Check iPhone software is current. It was
- Check latest Sennheiser “Firmware Update” was done. Unfortunately that is not doable on a Mac OS.

So I can’t know if a firmware update would improve things. In the meantime, I’d recommend anyone considering this, to buy from an outfit with a ’no hassle’ return policy. PC users- if you don’t like the mic, try the firmware update. Mac users- Print a return label!

I’ve been very happy with other Sennheiser products, and in this case, I don’t need the bluetooth capability, so I’m going to try the wired version.

imo- if the mic works for you, you’ll love the comfort and sound quality.

For the Sennheiser brand you would expect much better sound quality. The sound quality was equivalent to a $20 set of headphones. I have Sennheiser brand earbuds in their fantastic. So I bought these for work and also listening to some music while doing emails. I was surprised the sound of soap

I bought this specifically for conference calls. I'm in noisy environments often and needed something that would make my voice clear to other people on the call. This cancels out all background noise and allows me to speak with clarity, regardless of the noisy environments I may be in.

Battery life is great, charges fast, and the headphones are very light which make these comfortable to wear for long calls.

No, these are not for listening to music and you shouldn't expect audiophile quality sounds from them. But what they're built for, which are canceling out noise in voice calls, they're A+
