Nahezu perfekt
Lieferung schneller als angekündigt, besser verpackt als ein Samsung-Original und äußerlich nicht von einem Neugerät zu unterscheiden, jedenfalls für mich als Laien. Wie lang es hält? Wir werden sehen ...
Wermutströpfchen: Mit dem nicht originalen Ladegerät war ein Kabel mit USB-Micro-Stecker beigelegt, obwohl das Modell einen USB C-Anschluss hat.

Optisch neu leider nicht von der Funktionalität
Der Versand ging schnell und problemlos.
Das Handy ist optisch in einem sehr guten Zustand was man von der Funktionalität nicht unbedingt sagen kann. Das System hängt sich sehr häufig auf, vor allem sehr oft bei dem entsperren des Diplays (die Nummern Kombination wird angezeigt es ertönt das Geräusch als wenn es entsperrt ist, jedoch wird das Display wieder schwarz und man kann von vorne beginnen), weiterhin kann ich die obere Statusleiste sehr selten herunter ziehen und damit arbeiten, mal klappt es mal klappt es nicht, vom Gefühl her muss man schon mit ordentlicher Kraft versuchen die Leiste nach unten ziehen.
Es ist schon nervig und wirklich nicht in technisch einwandfreier Funktion.
Beim nächsten mal gebe ich lieber die paar Hundert Euro mehr aus und kaufe mir ein Smartphone welches neu aus dem Werk ist und es so funktioniert wie es soll.
Trotzdem ist das Samsung Galaxy S8 ein tolles Smartphone.

Naja geht
Naja geht so.
Erstens mal ist es ein aufgewertetes Gerät..Leider zu spät gelesen auf der Rückseite steht kein Samsung sonder 4g und der ladestecker geht sehr schwer rein. Der Display scheint von innen einen kleinen Schaden zu haben was man sieht wenn das Telefon aus ist . Leichte gebraucht Spuren zu sehen. Schade aber wollte wieder das s8 haben.

3x gekauft, 3x zurück geschickt
Ich hielt es für eine gute Idee, ein gebrauchtes Handy zu kaufen und entschied mich für die Variante „wie neu“.
Beim ersten Versuch war am Glas der Rückseite ein nicht übersehbarer Schaden. Angerufen, neues bestellt und altes zurückgeben. Erstattung umgehend. Beim nächsten funktionierte die Scharfeinstellung der Kamera ab und zu nur, nach dem man das Handy mit der Seitenkante irgendwo aufschlug. Nachdem sich das häufte: Angerufen, zurückgeschickt, neues bestellt und Erstattung erhalten.
Diesmal funktionierte die Kamera gar nicht. Angerufen, zurückgeschickt, erstattet.
Ich habe inzwischen ein fabrikneues S 9 gekauft.
Fazit: Muss jeder selbst wissen, ob er bei Handydortmund bestellen will. Auf jeden Fall klappt es mit der Rücksendung/Erstattung

The phone was safely packaged in bubble wrap inside a cardboard box inside a bubble mailer. It arrived in perfect condition. No screen burn on this phone. No issues converting to the plan I use.

Customer Service is excellent!!!
Loved this phone, but it the microphone failed after two weeks. This company quickly refunded my money and I reordered another just like this one. The replacement works perfectly . The customer service was first class so that's why inspite of the failure I give them a 5 star rating. Also the battery lasts a long time.

works with my Freestyle Libre
I bought this phone to use as a reader for my Freestyle Libre CGM. More importantly to have more reliable service with my part time on-call job. It looks like it is always in LTE mode. With my old phone I was missing calls while inside my house. We'll see over time how it does.

Voice calling is not compatible with Cricket (was previously)
Worked great until 3 months later and Cricket will no longer allow this phone. Took it into the store because everything but voice calling works. They said it was a glitch that allows the other features to work. So, sorry low rating is because it doesn’t do what was required (work on Cricket).

Arrived on time in excellent condition.
Well I've only had this for a few days, but so far it has met and exceeded all my expectations. The unit looks "like new", and I was able to move all my apps and data from my prior phone (an S8 that developed a balky camera). The new phone works great! I was nervous about the battery condition, but after I recharged to 100%, the new phone seems to be as reliable and robust as my original S8. I am pleased, and feel that my decision to replace with this reconditioned S8 was a very good choice.

Satisfied, great experienced
I am leaving a review after more then a year of use. I really liked the phone. Most importantly I haven't had any problems with the phone. It looked like a brand new phone, i didn't see any noticeable scratches or damaged on the body. The phone looked perfect from every side. It would look like a brand new phone if you put it in a samsung's original box.

Got a great phone at a great price
Unlocked like it was advertised. No issues so far. Took it into the store and they activated it with no issues. I would definitely use this seller again in the future. My phone also arrived really quickly. This phone is surprisingly in mint condition. I almost expected to see some signs of use, but there isn't a scratch on it.

Great phone, good dealer
It's been two weeks since I bought this, and I intentionally delayed writing my review. The phone is exactly like a brand new one, and all parts function well. It arrived much earlier than I expected (priority mail, kudos to the seller). The battery gives me some concern however. It barely lasts 12hrs on average chating and calling use. Right now, I charge it about twice in 24hrs, and if used quite more heavily as typical of days when I'm idle, I may need to charge up to 3 times daily. Overall, the phone works great.

Be careful when purchasing!!!
So, I really LOVE this phone and I've always purchased certified refurbished phones. However, you definitely want to be careful, because you never know what you are going to get until you've gotten it. I've never had any issues until this particular time when I got an unexpected surprise upon opening the package...a big fat scratch right in the middle of the screen. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because you barely see the scratch on the screen when it's lit up. But it was a huge disappointment that's for sure!

My finger print do not work for me. I'm not sure if a problem with the phone it self or are my fingers that are ware out. Battery appears that losing charge a little to fast. Touch screen works ok.

Inexpensive and durable!
had a Note 3, never used stylus, wanted one that would do simple tasks with long battery life and not so fragile. this is it! doesn't have shortcuts that i am used to but knew that from beginning and not an issue.
