I have bought 2 Samsung Galaxy S8 Renewed phone. I am giving overall 4 star rating due to below:
- Positives:
-- Phone is in a very good (Line New) condition
-- Phone is unlocked - I have tried using Vodafone and Woolworth SIM Cards
-- Phone seems to be holding better well
- Negative:
-- Phone seems to be manufactured for USA Market and not AU Market - It has AT&T apps!
-- It comes with a Normal Charger instead of a Fast Charger - i.e., S8 charges at much lower speed
-- No manual, warranty, and invoice details along with parcel received
- Positives:

Screen is clear, picture quality is like new. Just cosmetic wear and tear.
I like how I only paid $230 for a phone that cost 3x that just a few years ago, and it's still a good phone, every app works and all the features are the same like on the newer phones. If anything the smaller size is better it's easier to pocket.

If like narrower phones,it is for you very light and smooth
I immediately returned the phone. No fault of the phone I have large hands and it felt to narrow. Otherwise it looked nice. I ordered the same phone as I had galaxy j7. Was very happy with that phone, just thought it be nice to try something new.

Decent enough
The phone seems to be working well enough however I am only getting a SIM card change error message. The sim card is working and I am able to get calls and message but this annoying notification keeps popping up and I can't use the phone for more than 3 seconds at a time. I've been doing some reading and I've seen that apparently this is a fairly common issue with Samsung phones but this is supposed to be renewed by Amazon. If I said I wasn't disappointed I'd be lying. In addition, the phone came with a bunch of games installed. I thought I'd try to save some money by getting a used phone but it's such a waste.

So far so good.
I just received this phone yesterday May 6th 2019. It came already updated to android 9 pie with the March 2019 security update (no software update needed). A little weird it is 2 months behind, but oh well.
The phone itself came packaged perfectly and looks immaculate. There are no discernable scratches, knicks, dents, or anything that makes me think this was a used phone. The only weird thing was a spot on the right side of the phone with some sticky residue, it seemed as if a sticker used to be there but it was very small and easily cleaned off.
The phone came with no providers logo or branding on the front, back, or on boot up. I was greeted with the set up as if it was a brand new phone. Most surprisingly the phone came with absolutely no bloat at all. The only non samsung apps that were loaded was Facebook, and the generic google apps. (Google music, books, duo etc.) All were able to be uninstalled fully.
The phone did not download any bloat when i inserted my sim card. Weirdly enough the phone didn't have Samsung music installed. (Needless to say though it took less than 5 seconds to install from the google playstore. Strange nonetheless)
I went through the setup, popped in my T mobile sim card and it picked service right up. Phone did a simple reboot and had full 4g lte, volte, and wifi calling all work flawlessly.
As of right now I have only had the phone for a day, but should I find any issues or I reach the 90 day window with no issues, I will update my review accordingly. This phone is an absolute steal for less than 300 dollars, at the time of writing i got it for $284 with free prime shipping.
The phone came in a plain box, with an oem Samsung charger, and an oem Samsung charging cable. The phone charges normally and the battery seems to hold perfectly fine. (I charged the phone to ~90% and I have been using the phone for about 4hrs and it is at 72%)
Things I have checked on this phone and found fully functional:
Ear piece, speaker, microphone, headphone jack, volte, charging port, back camera, wifi, data connection, front camera, power/volume/bixby button, and touch screen.
Update May 16th 2019: GPS and bluetooth are functioning perfectly. I have used the GPS multiple times now for driving as well as walking directions in the city and rural areas with no problems.
Update July 22nd 2019: I inserted a 128gb SD card and have no issues writing or reading from the SD card. Needless to say this was a fantastic purchase and I will be trying Amazon renewed phones again.
I use the bluetooth twice a day for an hour or so to listen to music on my commute. No issues at all.
Things i will be testing:

Es waren keine Kopfhörer dabei.... Bisher funktioniert das Handy jedoch... bin gespannt. Doof nur, dass es nicht das gleiche Ladegerät hat, wie das S7

Not great, but ok
It was hard to see initialy, but there was a very fine crack in the screen. As a refurbished phone I would expect at least a new screen. The battery life of this phone is less then one day. And it keeps randomly resetting on me. It is labeled as a refurbished phone, but I don't think they did anything more then a factory reset and called it good

Wonderful is the Samsung GalaxyA8
You are able to do more with this phone than the Samsung GalaxyA12. One important feature is you are able to cast more on Roku. You are not just limited to YouTube versus the A12. That is a 1derful impression of an upgrade. I loved the video upgrade. Super Slow Motion and Slow Motion are part of the video upgrade. I will continue to be impressed with more features with the Samsung galaxyA8

Da ich selbst dieses Modell besitze, konnte ich es mit ruhigem Gewissen bei dem überaus attraktiven Preis-Leistungsverhältnis verschenken. Das Smartphone macht sehr gute Fotos, das Display ist verständlich angeordnet und die Lebensdauer des Akkus ist optimal.

Headset was not shipped as package said it would be shipped with generic or original accessories
I waited before I wrote this review as I needed some time to adequately review the product. My results are below:
I may have missed something here but I thought it would ship with all accessories. Please correct me if I am wrong on this item. I am now forced to purchase a headset as I can't go without my daily music. Music is an integral part of my daily routine, so when I did not receive the headset I was very disappointed. Again, please correct me if I am wrong here.
Also after 2 weeks of usage:
a) the battery barely gets me through the day,
b) the fingerprint sensor is hit or miss at times,
b) Sometimes when you touch the screen to close a window in split screen view, it does not work and you eventually end up just closing the all the windows and re-opening the app you were using.
Additionally, the box did not come with the "key" to remove the sim tray which I had to acquire on my own, which was also a let down.
Otherwise, it was an okay purchase for a 2 or 3 year old Samsung Flagship phone, but I was honestly expecting more out of this unit, but it works.
I really wanted my headphones though.

Wir haben das Handy für meinen Vater bestellt gehabt. Versand super schnell,gab sogar ne schoko dazu... leider leider ist das Handy kurz nach Inbetriebnahme ausgegangen und seitdem nicht mehr anzugehen. Sehr schade für den Preis leider ein totaler Reinfall.

Samsung ruined it by making it narrow and beveled.
With no case, this phone is slippery. I mean it literally slips out of your hand. The beveled sides are like you're holding on to slipper glass. The Bixby button is useless and gets in the way. There is no way to uninstall it or to stop you from accidentally hitting the Bixby button, which is right under the Volume button and right where you would place your hand to hold the phone. Bixby Home, Bixby Service, Bixby Vision, Bixby Voice cannot be uninstalled. The side of the apps and some letters from the keyboard are half on the beveled side of the phone so even if you use a stylus to press them, you have to press multiple times to get them to register. I can't believe Samsung thought this beveled sides was a good idea. The sound drops on the speaker all the time. I don't know if that's because I bought this phone renewed or not. The battery dies much more quicker than my Samsung Galaxy Express that I replaced with this S8. I had to buy a car charger immediately so I could charge the phone in my car when I went out. The bluetooth answers the phone calls in the car on the 3rd ring even though I have it set to Disabled because I screen my calls. Don't know what that's about, but my old phone with the same version of bluetooth did not have this problem. You now have to press the side button on the phone to get the main screen to turn on after it goes to sleep and then swipe the screen to get to the Home Screen. This is terrible when you get a phone call. By the time you push the button and swipe the screen, the phone has rung 3 times. I have the phone icon showing on the sleep screen and it's supposed to let me push it (after I hit the side button to wake the phone up) and then go straight to the phone call, but it does not. why do I have to push a side button and swipe my screen on my phone to get the screen to come up if I'm getting a phone call???? Didn't have to do that on my old phone.
anyway, I didn't see anyone talking about this in the reviews, so I'm doing it in case these things are important to you.
Honestly, if they made a 64mb version of the Samsung Galaxy, I would go buy that right now and go back 10 yrs in time to use that one instead of this S8. The wider screen was better and the phone was much easier to grip and hold in your hand.

If I could do 0 I would.
Got phone. Got it up and running. It shut off 20 min later and won’t come back on. Even tried factory reboot. Nothing makes it work. So upset for so much money. Update.. I took over setting this up and realized the charger we got with it was not charging right. We had another same charger and the phone charged and worked great. Awesome phone!

Worth buying and trusting!
Okay... at first I was hesitant to buy such phone online because I always want to see any gadget I'm buying personally. Plus, this is the first refurbished phone I bought. Anyway, the phone arrived early and it was in a white box that I first thought was my phone case order. I didn't expect it to be the phone. It was inside a bubble wrap packet along with a generic charger and key pin for the sim card.
1. The phone was in good condition: clean, scratch free, and with a small sticker on top saying "Qualcommm 4G."
2. The buttons are funtional: volume, power button and Bixby button working too.
3. Last update from system showed December 2018, so I updated it and it worked. From 8.0, my software is now 9.0 Android Pie. I liked how Samsung made it simple to navigate the phone features with the new update. (Well, it works for me)
4. Samsung account working. Bixby working.
5. Health sensor at the back is functional. Fingerprint scanning too! I tried both 😉
6. Camera is really nice! Works like brand new! 🤩
7. Charging time took me like 2-3hrs to full battery. Using LTE and sometimes wifi with hotspot, it lasted a day for me.. I also tested it on my game, YouTube, and browsing just to observe the battery life span and so far so good.
Bottomline, this unlocked s8 met my expectations.. or should I say more! I love it! It's like brand new phone! No regrets buying from this seller. I had 3 choices and reading reviews multiple times gave me anxiety rather than helping me decide LOL, but one review helped me and I'm glad I've decided to choose this seller.

as advertised, and faster than expected delivery
I had an old Galaxy S8 that I recently broke. This one I purchased replaced it. I tried to newer Galaxy, the s20 and s22 and they did not operate Android Auto as they should. I even spoke with Samsung who told me they were developing a fix; which was over 6 months in the making for the s22 - so I bought my trusty s8 with no issues or regets

I always wish people put what carrier they have in these reviews so when it doesn't work we can know if it's the same carrier we have. I have cricket wireless which operates just like AT&T by using a Sim Card. The description of the phone says it won't work with Verizon so make sure to check that your carrier uses a Sim Card.
My phone was unlocked and ready to go! It came just like a brand new phone and asked me to go through all the prompts to set it up. While it's a refurbished phone, I honestly don't even know what they fixed. It feels brand new and works great! It's very fast and I haven't found a single thing wrong with it. After buying this phone I will never buy a new one again. It was a great price and I'm very happy with it!
I also wanted to add that I did a lot of research between the S8 and the S9. From what I can find online you don't get a significant upgrade between the two so save your money and grab yourself one of these S8's! The next big upgrade is the S10 and it's a lot more expensive. For what I use my phone for (texting, browsing FB and IG, Taking Photos, running 2 businesses) the S8 works perfectly and fits all my needs.
Update: I've had this phone since February and still works perfectly!

So I went to Spectrum to activate this phone and was told the sim card was switched from a A42
The rep had a very hard time even though the IMEI was the same. So after two hours he finally was able to activate it. So far so good

Meine Erfahrung: Erstes Handy gekauft - Kamera defekt - aufgenommenen Videos rauschen - Handy zurückgesendet - neues Handy bekommen - alle Daten neu überspielt - neues Handy stürzt regelmäßig ab - Akkukapazität schwach unter 80% des Neuzustandes - Anfrage bei Amazon, das Handy zurückzugeben und Geld zurückzubekommen abgelehnt- die Amazon- Renewed- Garantie würde das nicht abdecken, sondern nur Nachbesserung/Reperatur - nur Ärger damit...

I love this phone it was voted the most beautiful phone in the world . The only problem I had is It did unlocked but did not work with xfinity mobile but did work with Verizon,T mobile & At & T just not the one I need of course but it's a awesome phone highly recommened

Плохо
May need a full reflash before you can use it
Phone arrived in great condition. Battery test shows 2914 of the original 3000mah still available in battery at full charge. That's good.
Only problem- software would not update. See, I'm a t-mobile customer, but I received a Verizon phone. So the phone needed to be reflashed, or it will never update the software again. I live in a semi-rural area, so this involved a 1 hour drive each way, and a 4.5 hrs wait at UBreakIFix (auth T-Mobile svc ctr)
Otherwise excellent, but I never expected to have to give up a full day and drive 150+ miles total just to get it working properly. Very disappointed in this aspect of the purchase. Fortunately, it was no charge, because the bimary file download for the refresh took so long, and apologized.
Otherwise, great little phone. Just consider adding a day of your time,and maybe a few $$ to get it running properly, depending upon your network.
Charger that arrived with phone would not charge it. Seller sent a proper charger within a few days. I appreciate their help.
