The phone was safely packaged in bubble wrap inside a cardboard box inside a bubble mailer. It arrived in perfect condition. No screen burn on this phone. No issues converting to the plan I use.

Customer Service is excellent!!!
Loved this phone, but it the microphone failed after two weeks. This company quickly refunded my money and I reordered another just like this one. The replacement works perfectly . The customer service was first class so that's why inspite of the failure I give them a 5 star rating. Also the battery lasts a long time.

works with my Freestyle Libre
I bought this phone to use as a reader for my Freestyle Libre CGM. More importantly to have more reliable service with my part time on-call job. It looks like it is always in LTE mode. With my old phone I was missing calls while inside my house. We'll see over time how it does.

Voice calling is not compatible with Cricket (was previously)
Worked great until 3 months later and Cricket will no longer allow this phone. Took it into the store because everything but voice calling works. They said it was a glitch that allows the other features to work. So, sorry low rating is because it doesn’t do what was required (work on Cricket).

Arrived on time in excellent condition.
Well I've only had this for a few days, but so far it has met and exceeded all my expectations. The unit looks "like new", and I was able to move all my apps and data from my prior phone (an S8 that developed a balky camera). The new phone works great! I was nervous about the battery condition, but after I recharged to 100%, the new phone seems to be as reliable and robust as my original S8. I am pleased, and feel that my decision to replace with this reconditioned S8 was a very good choice.

Satisfied, great experienced
I am leaving a review after more then a year of use. I really liked the phone. Most importantly I haven't had any problems with the phone. It looked like a brand new phone, i didn't see any noticeable scratches or damaged on the body. The phone looked perfect from every side. It would look like a brand new phone if you put it in a samsung's original box.

Got a great phone at a great price
Unlocked like it was advertised. No issues so far. Took it into the store and they activated it with no issues. I would definitely use this seller again in the future. My phone also arrived really quickly. This phone is surprisingly in mint condition. I almost expected to see some signs of use, but there isn't a scratch on it.

Great phone, good dealer
It's been two weeks since I bought this, and I intentionally delayed writing my review. The phone is exactly like a brand new one, and all parts function well. It arrived much earlier than I expected (priority mail, kudos to the seller). The battery gives me some concern however. It barely lasts 12hrs on average chating and calling use. Right now, I charge it about twice in 24hrs, and if used quite more heavily as typical of days when I'm idle, I may need to charge up to 3 times daily. Overall, the phone works great.

Be careful when purchasing!!!
So, I really LOVE this phone and I've always purchased certified refurbished phones. However, you definitely want to be careful, because you never know what you are going to get until you've gotten it. I've never had any issues until this particular time when I got an unexpected surprise upon opening the package...a big fat scratch right in the middle of the screen. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because you barely see the scratch on the screen when it's lit up. But it was a huge disappointment that's for sure!

My finger print do not work for me. I'm not sure if a problem with the phone it self or are my fingers that are ware out. Battery appears that losing charge a little to fast. Touch screen works ok.

Inexpensive and durable!
had a Note 3, never used stylus, wanted one that would do simple tasks with long battery life and not so fragile. this is it! doesn't have shortcuts that i am used to but knew that from beginning and not an issue.

Nice phone, too small for an older person.
This is a very nice little phone. It takes great pictures and has a lot of great features. However,I think this would be better for a younger person. It was really small for me. hard for me to scroll back and forth from page to page. it was not what i was looking for.

Awesome product, would recommend.
Works and looks great! Put in Cricket sim card, configured my Google account and was up and running. I've had for 4 days now, battery life has been good! A minor scratch on the back, but otherwise shiny and beautiful.

Good all around phone
I'm very please with that phone. Purchased it for me a year and half ago, then after 6 months I bought this one for my wife. It does the job for everything, enough space not to have to add a SD card, good photos capability, it's going it's job well. I recommend.
Only annoying thing: when you inadvertently open bixby when swiping left on main screen too many times.

Works well
Mine came with no scratches on the device and everything works fine. At first it seems carrier locked but all I had to do was put a sim card in it and it prompted me to change phone carriers. This may not be the case for everyone but mine works fine and will try Amazon renewals again.

Charging cord will not transfer data
I would give the phone 5 stars , but I took 2 away because the seller shipped it with a charging cord not a data transfer - charging cord. I spent hours trying to get the phone to sync . I went to Best Buy and bought the proper cord. Problem solved .How much did they save and why wasn't that explained.

I've been using the phone for several months and it is a great phone. I have never used the fingerprint reader, so I can' t comment on that feature. I'm pleased with the phone.

Came cracked with bad charging port
My wife and I bought two of these phones and sadly, it was a two/two disappointment. Mine came with a cracked back, and my wife's came with a faulty charging port. Since it is easier to just live with it than it is to return a product and get a new one, I just got a case to cover the cracks and my wife had to get a wireless charging pad to charge her phone. The phones themselves work well, we just were very disappointed in the quality of their refurbishing.

What a great buy!! Got this for my husband and so far no problems or complaints. Easy to set up with his MetroPCS service and phone looks like new - no scratches or dents and very touch responsive.

Easy transaction and great bang for the buck
I've had the phone for a couple of weeks now and am in love. I don't like change so, although I wanted an updated when my S5 finally bit the dust, I wanted something similar. This was just the ticket and I am very happy so far!

Did not come with SIM card tray. Otherwise excellent.
My product did not come with the SIM card tray, but othewise the battery life, performance, and value are a 5/5 deal. Despite the SIM card tray problem, highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great phone.
As a note, if you can splurge a little more, the S9 by Amazon Renewed is amazing as well with better audio and fingerprint scanner place, but the S8 and S9 seem to equally perform in processor speed.

Insgesamt raltiv gut, teilweise mangelhaft
Zu aller erst, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist hier bombe. Ein grandioses Top-Gerät von vor ein paar Jahren. Immernoch mehr als ausreichend für alles was man an so einem Gerät eben macht. Ich hatte das Gerät als es neu rausgekommen ist, und nachdem mein Letztes Gerät den Geist aufgab hatte ich mir das S8 "nochmal" gekauft.
Leider lässt die Aufbereitung des Geräts zu wünschen übrig. Die Gläser auf vorder- und hinterseite sind nicht perfekt mittig platziert. Beim Display ist das kaum zu merken, da ist es nicht schlimm (hier reden wir von kaum mit bloßem Auge erkennbar). Aber auf der Rückseite war das Glas weiter verfehlt, es lag eine der Ecken direkt auf/an dem Metall des Gehäuses und das Glas ist bei leichtem Druck in der Hosentasche gebrochen (trotz hülle, oder vielleicht gerade deswegen ;) ).
Ob der Akku neu ist oder nicht kann ich nicht sagen, er hält sehr gut.
Ebenfalls funktionieren alle Sensoren und Kameras einwandfrei.
Der Punkt der mich aber am meisten Stört, ist das Mikrofon. Dies schein beschädigt oder verstopft zu sein, ist extrem leise und "flach". Das Spiegelt sich beim Telefonieren und Videos aufnehmen, die Dinge die ich mit am meisten auf meinem Handy mache, natürlich wieder, und da war ich von Anfang an relativ enttäuscht.
Wenn man an diesen Mankos vorbei schauen kann, ist es wie gesagt ein super Gerät, und meine Beschwerden werden sich sicher nicht bei jedem dieser Aufbereiteten Modelle auftreten.
Alles in Allem bin ich relativ zufrieden, gerade für den Preis kann man sich eigentlich nicht beschweren.

Akku schwach
- Äußerlich ist das Handy top, konnte keinen Unterschied zu einem neuen erkennen

innerhalb von Minuten leer, auch wenn man das Handy nicht benutzt. Meine Nutzung beläuft sich ca
1 Stunde am Tag auf Instagram, Facebook oder Nachrichten sowie Eurosport bzw Sportschau,
ansonsten ist es auf Stand by und dann schafft es der Akku keinen ganzen Tag ohne Aufladung

Im allgemeinen gutes Handy, aber schwache Batterie.
Das Preis-leistungs-verhältnis ist in Ordnung. Das einzigste Manko, das die Batterie sehr sehr schnell leer ist. Ich denke mehr kann man von einem überholten Handy nicht erwarten. Die Batterie scheint wohl schon viel mit gemacht zu haben, aber sonst wie gesagt ein sehr schönes und gutes Handy und funktioniert einwandfrei. Ah und jetzt fällt es mir noch ein, dass am 1. Tag des aufladens mir das Netzteil richtig geschmolzen ist Aber das Handy hat gott sei dank nichts abbekommen.
