The phone looks and works like new and switching from my old phone was fast and smooth.
My Samsung S8 arrived in perfect working condition. It looks brand new. It was carrier unlocked. Upgrading to the new Samsung S8, was easy. I had absolutely no issues, In the process of switching from my old phone to the new S8. The process went smooth and swift. The phone works great. I have had it a few months and it's still working like I got it yesterday!

Perfect working s8, even came with screen protector installed
Theres literally nothing wrong with the one they sent me, its a perfect phone that works like new. The charger left a lot to be desired, but thats really irrelevant.

Separated at the seems in less then 6 months!!!
Update as of 6/15/21.
I bought this in December 2020 and the glue that holds it together has come apart and nothing but a black screen. I paid $207.00 plus tax for this thing and Sprint/Team mobile wanted $225.00 to fix it. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY and I'm out over $200.00
Moral of the story. DON'T use a generic sim card. Read below. (Sprint/T-Mobil)
Okay so I bought this phone and didn't know what to expect since the description says it will work with T-Mobil but not with Sprint. I have Sprint but the two companies merged together so I figured I'd give it try.
Anyway, on 12/7/20, I bought this phone and I took it into a Sprint/T-Mobil store to get the phone activated. The store rep tried to get the phone activated by trying both a T-Mobil and a Sprint generic sim card but couldn't even after spending over an hour and a half in the store.
She even called the customer service line to see if they could help but they couldn't. I was then told that I would have to order a sim card from Sprint since the store only carried the generic type sim card. The sim card arrived a few days later after paying the $10.00 fee I called Sprints customer service and after spending an hour and 30 min I finally got the phone to work.
So in short yes it'll work but don't use a generic sim card.

I'm a big gamer on my phone, so having 64 gigabytes for storage and space. It takes amazing photos, very clear and vivid. I haven't taken any videos yet, as I've only had it for a day and 1 /2..Unfortunately, I have to send it back, because though everything appears to be perfect on the phone, and except for one VERY important feature, it is...I have many Doctors that need to be able to reach me, an elderly mother, etc...their phone calls were reaching me, they were not connecting, and I had to try different numbers at least 3-4 times, before my phone calls would connect. Having a phone you can't talk on, just won't do

Great buy in my experience
I was kinda worried about buying this phone given the other reviews, but the phone i received was in what i would call great condition. It came in a plain white box with generic headphones. But Samsung charger and USB-C to A adapter. It was factory unlocked and not a carrier variant, as it just says Samsung when it boots. Been using it for a couple months on Mint Mobile (T-Mobile Network) and it has been great. No real complaints. Under super close examination there was a super small hairline scratch on the screen. But once a screen protector was put on, i couldn't even see it. Great buy, would get another one!

Everything worked. Battery overheats & dies fast though. I believe once i replace the battery i will be good though.

Soddisfatto ....ma!!!!!!
Soddisfattissimo dello smartphone, niente da dire per la consegna prevista 19-23 dicembre arrivato giorno 18 con molto di anticipo, l'unica pecca??? Scelgo il telefono lo metto in carrello vado a versare sulla carta il tempo di tornare ed ordinare (circa 30 minuti) il telefono subisce un aumento di circa € 30,00 questo è l unico inconveniente che ho subito!!!!

Foto, video, display, dimensione, fluidità e uso quotidiano sono veramente ottimi.
Anche oggi tiene testa a tantissimi nuovi telefoni sulla fascia dei 300 eu.

Spettacolare
Premetto, ordinato venerdì 8 dicembre e la consegna prevista era per martedì 12 dicembre, è arrivato lunedì 11 verso le ore 10 di mattina, meglio di così non poteva andare.
Non sono un super esperto quindi prima di ordinare ho letto tantissime recensioni, per quanto riguarda l'imballaggio la scatola del telefono si presenta con una pellicola di celofan che la chiude tutta per bene, quindi all'apparenza nuovo di stecca... Ho letto recensioni di fare attenzione al sigillo che in molti casi quello originale è già tagliato e sopra ne viene applicato uno fasullo. Nel mio caso ringrazio Diemme che il sigillo era originale, ho fatto le prove per vedere se veniva via l'inchiostro e controllato se era applicato sopra ad un altro, niente di tutto ciò.... tutto ok.
Il telefono si presentava con le sue pelliccole quindi a mio parere è nuovo.
Per quanto riguarda la questione se è brandizzato, io da quello che ho capito leggendo, il telefono non presenta il marchio Vodafone nella plastica ma non esce nemmeno il logo Vodafone all'accensione del telefono, quindi che dire??? è brandizzato oppure no? Non ci sono installate nemmeno APP Vodafone.
Per concludere sono molto contento quindi lo consiglio a tutti.

Spedizione nei tempi previsti, inappuntabile sotto ogni aspetto. Estetica eccezionale, a mio avviso migliore in riferimento a tutti gli smartphone oggi. Stessa cosa per maneggevolezza e fruibilita' . Foto decisamente buone, mi aspettavo anche migliori rispetto ai precedenti modelli s 7 e s6.

Ottimo, come da aspettarsi.
Dopo tre mesi di utilizzo del telefono, posso confermare velocità e prestazioni: ci sono sempre dei microlag come in tutti i terminali, ma non ostacolano minimamente l'esperienza d'uso e sono facilmente contenibili usando alcune accortezze (es ottimizzazione frequente tramite funzione integrata, uso consapevole della batteria, uso di app di protezione, ecc). Come in tutti i top di gamma Samsung, il multitasking funziona molto bene (anche meglio rispetto ai precedenti) e lo schermo dà sempre grandi gioie. Fotocamera buona e con varie opzioni. Batteria di durata più che discreta (ricarica di un'ora e mezzo, per fino a 7h di schermo acceso spalmate in un giorno/un giorno e mezzo a seconda dell'intensità d'uso). Ordine arrivato velocemente e senza sgradite sorprese.

Molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto
Ho comprato questo smartphone da qualche mese ormai, e dopo aver utilizzato il telefono posso certamente dire che lo ricomprerei altre 100 volte.
Il suo punto di forza per me è il design.
È uno smartphone decisamente maneggevole e piacevole da utilizzare. Grazie al display WQHD+ da 2960x1440 con il particolare rapporto forma 18.5:9 e i lati curvi il dispositivo risulta estremamente futuristico. Lo schermo inoltre è molto luminoso e particolarmente ricco di colori.
Non ho riscontrato blocchi o rallentamenti nonostante svariati utilizzi intensi. Anche la batteria con un normale uso giornaliero arriva tranquillamente a fine giornata.
Decisamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto!

Molto contento!
Eccezionale veramente. Avevo dubbi sul venditore viste le poche recessioni ma mi sono ricreduto. Il telefono è venduto da Diemme e spedito da Amazon Prime quindi 100% sicuro. Ordinato il 5 Dicembre 2017 arrivato il 7 Dicembre 2017. Telefono straordinario, bello, veloce e molto maneggevole. Il prezzo e il piu basso ché ho trovato visto ché il Black e il piu caro dei colori. E cmq totalmente nero fatto ché lo rende ancora piu figo. Aquistate con fiducia !

Consegnato nei tempi previsti.
Il cellulare non è brandizzato. Accendendolo per la prima volta non è venuto fuori il logo di nessun operatore ne tanto meno ci sono applicazioni di altri operatori già installate.
Alla consegna il contenitore era perfettamente sigillato, come se fosse stato acquistato in negozio.
