Good value for money. Excellent service by NGP STORE when I accidentally received only a 16GB version. Since I had left the country by the time I found out, they apologized and did not hesitate to refund me an appropriate amount for which I will put in a bigger SD card.

Tampered with

Thought it would be okay since it was fulfilled by Amazon. But:
- the box it came from was tampered with. There were two seals and both where cut out (see image). The top seal was wrinkled irregularly and the lower, hidden one was cut out cleanly with hand cutter.
- the device is already rooted! Even if I factory-reset it two times. See attached image: S-Health app refuses to start. Message translates to "It's not possible to open the application" "Due to a new security policy, Samsung Health cannot be opened on a rooted device (0x110010null5e2830)"

Dissapointed with Amazon allowing either of those to happen. I bought it while visiting the US, cannot go back there just to return the device.
At least the IMEI codes are not blacklisted or reported as stolen. Hope it is really a new device and no one suffered being stolen.

mu only problem is the device drops my signal significantly when my J5 series (work issued phone) has 5 bar on the same network.
Apps run flawless and picture quality on features are great fa me.

Label on box and on phone says 32gb but phone system has only 16gb.

Update:
I yr later and regretting the decision I took to remain with this phone. When I received I checked the packaging and it read 32gb, even labeled to the back of the phone, but I didn't set up my new phone till a few days later when I returned to my country from vacation. Whilst Amazon staff did everything in their power to rectify the situation my alternative as I was based out of USA was limited. Being compensated does not change the capabilities of the phone. I use minimal apps, very little social media and I'm out of storage!!! I can't even download apps for the most important thing in my life Travelling!!! Whilst I was granted compensation to acquire SD cards from Amazon i can only save pictures videos documents etc which I really don't keep on my phone. Apps can't be downloaded to SD cards. Again Amazon really went beyond to assist but up to now there hasn't been not even one bit of communication from the seller regarding this issue. Be very careful and check immediately when using this seller or but from alternative seller if possible.

Great unlocked phone that holds 2 sims and a memory card

I love Samsung! I needed an unlocked phone and this fits the bill. I like that it holds 2 sim cards. Great for traveling and no worries about losing the second on since it can be carried inside the phone even when set not to use it. It felt big at first but now I am getting used to it. I am having trouble finding a case that fits.

I like the finger print aspect as it proves to be a form of protection and privacy. If the phone does not read your finger print after a couple of tries, you get a time out from your own phone 😃

Recommend

Easy to set up and would recommend. The only issue it takes a Mini SIM card and I had to purchase another one for $55.00. It is compatible with Walmart Family Mobile (T-Mobile). One of the reason to purchased the phone was the 32GB memory. You may need to purchase a new case. I had a J5 Samsung previously and this phone is longer.

excellent product. Only the sound is not the best and it takes time to turn the screen when you put it vertically. The ram is good and the screen is clear despite not being amoled. It has a bit of reflection but it is fine.

I love these Samsung phones

I love these Samsung phones. I did not want to spend over 500.00 for a new cell phone! I needed a smart phone for a reasonable cost. This phone has all of the functions my last Samsung (S5) had and I didn't have to spend 800.00 for a Samsung 8. Worth the cost if you do not care about having the latest and greatest technology.

The camera on this phone is phenomenal... not as great as I had hoped but so much better than I anticipated for a $200 phone. So far I really like everything about the phone... wasn't too sure I would like the size, it's the biggest phone I've had so far but I actually am very happy with it. would recommend this to anyone.

Please Beware.....

This is a good phone but please note that it only works with a nano SIM card. Switching out the phone with one that uses a bigger SIM card will not work especially if the card was previously cut. It's not going to work with those SIM cards that you just slip into the back of the phone in that slot made for the SIM card. With this phone, it goes into the side and the space will only take the small nano card. I tried to get my SIM card cut to fit the space but it didn't work. So the phone is pretty useless until I can see if the provider will replace the cars with a nano card of their own making and backing up my info into that new card. Sigh!

Exceptional Product

The looks and the performance of the product is exceptional to the extent that one day after I received it I gave it to my daughter and it caught the eye of someone while her bag and they stole it. We are now trying to recover through the Google tracker that we activated on it. Exceptional product. I will buy another one if it is not recovered.

Nice phone im happy do far. Preformed as stated. I'm currently overseas and bought it online. Easy to set up and the overseas sim card works well getting 4g or higher speed. I recommend this item.

Works on Cricket service!!!

Best phone I have purchased yet! This thing is super fast, battery holds a charge thru the day with moderate usage all day long, looks great, and works with my 128gb micro sd card! Love this thing!! Phone comes w charger, wall adapter, headphones, key to open the card slots, and a phone manual. Phone works on Cricket service. BEST PHONE EVER!

Great product for the price!

Great product, good feel and grip, very good image quality, acceptable sound and probably one of the best products for the money. I have been looking for something like this and I would like to say that I am very pleased with my purchase. I am recommending this without a doubt, but be careful when you buy a protective case, because some of the adds do not correspond to reality!

Love this phone!

This phone has a great feel to it with the brushed aluminum case. It looks expensive. The set up was effortless, all my photos,apps, and contacts transferred in minutes. The sound quality is great through the earpiece, speaker, and with headphones. With the few opportunities to take photos, it's been fine.
My best phone so far.

Warning if within the united states

I purchased this phone as a replacement. My current Cell Provider ( Cricket) sells this phone as well, i figured i should have a single issue. I even contacted my provider to make sure this phone will work, they explained that I wont have any issues connecting to their networks. I received the phone in perfect condition, even came with a screen protector already on it. The phone is quick and easy to setup. I enjoyed the feel of it and how fast i received it.

HOWEVER, I AM UNABLE TO GET ANYTHING OVER H+ ( 3G). My original phone was a Asus Zenphone 2 lazer. I had it for nearly three years never once did i have an issue where i wasn't able to utilize the 4g network. All wireless settings have been verified to be correct. The phone actually picked up on the settings within minutes of having the Sim inserted.

BUYER BEWARE - Seller neglected to explicitly state that this phone will not work on LTE networks within the USA. Something with the phone not being able to connect to certain bands.

DO NOT BUY! NOT a 4G

I bought this phone thinking that it will work with 4G. I've received messages from my cell provider warning that my phone will stop working as 3G will be shut down in 2022. This phone does not work with 4G network as it indicated on the description. It only works with 3G/2G. See attached pic. It shows network of 3G/2G only! NO 4G. The 3G will be retired in January 2022, and this phone is obsolete in 2022. Any phone that does not support 4G or 5G will quit working when 3G is phased out.

Does not work with T-Mobile USA

I've had this phone for 3 years, and I've never been able to pick up a T-mobile 3G or 4G signal. As a result, when I'm away from a Wi-Fi, I cannot use any app that requires a data connection; that means Whatsapp, Viber, FB, the Internet, etc. I'm in Atlanta, so there shouldn't be a cellular issue. When I'm outside of Atlanta, I sometimes get an H+ signal. When that happens, I can use my cellular data, but this is a very rare occurrence.

I'm extremely disappointed with this phone. It rocks when I'm in Europe, but in the USA, it's totally useless except for basic phone calls.

Not a good dual SIM phone. It has a very basic bug.

No problem from the seller, only with the product itself.

I bought this just to use dual SIM.
I placed T-Mobile and AT&T in both the slots. (for freedompop it shows status as roaming but other phones wont show)
I wanted mobile data from AT&T. After I set that SIM within some time the data changes to Tmobile.
And When I connect to wifi and again disconnect the mobile data will be disconnected.
Many times I don't get the mobile data ON even after couple of reboots.

UI is fine though screen resolution is not great.
Only one SIM is 4G, other should be 2G only.
Sound is low.
Battery lasts for long time.
Phone speed/response is good.

The android version I got is 6.0

Having some network connectivity problems. I went to my provider to register the phone. They told me it works fine. Then I went to Hawaii no connection, couldn't even make phone calls.

This phone is my soul mate (phone wise)

It was love at first read. After I looked at the specs when I saw it being advertised at my local carrier's store I had to get my hands on one. So I did, and a two-year contract to boot, but then my phone was stolen last month so I had to buy a new one, exact same color (dive blue) exact same model (international i9295). The phone came brand new and in a timely manner and even came with a bunch of things that didn't come with the original phone that my carrier store gave me, like cool ear buds and an international adapter. I just used the charging cord and adapter that I had with my old phone, so the bulk of the charger in this new phone doesn't bother me, I just stashed it somewhere.

The phone is a bit heavy, but nothing I couldn't get used to. It actually helps to remind me that I don't have it like when I pick my purse up and it isn't heavy enough I look around until I find my phone. Also, yes the phone is a little large and almost ridiculously so if you've never been on the "big screen" bandwagon but TRUST ME YOU WILL HOP ON THAT BANDWAGON FASTER THAN A HEAT FAN WHO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT BASKETBALL AND SWITCHED TO THE SPURS THIS YEAR. Yep, pretty quick.

The battery life isn't the best, but after looking through lifehacker I saw an app called Greenify which came highly recommended and I installed it and never looked back. The time between charges even for a social media lover like me improved markedly. However I don't ever play games on my phone so I think that also helps, I'm not that kind of person.

The color, oh the color. My favorite color in the world just happened to be the color of this phone. Sigh. Could it be any more dreamy?

The processing speed was never an issue. I had things like YouTube, social media apps, GMail, my university's website, etc. open and I never saw it freeze. Keep in mind I had this phone for 6 months. Installed/uninstalled many a failed app that didn't live up to my standards. But I keep my phone clean and virus-free so that might be a factor.

Get the phone already what are you waiting for?? Buy a medium-hard protective rubbery case for it and drop it in the sink accidentally while washing dishes, trust me it will pay for itself with the water resistant feature. KEEP IN MIND IT SAYS WATER RESISTANT, NOT WATERPROOF. WHOEVER ON HERE SAYS "WATERPROOF" & "DID NOT WORK" ANYWHERE IN THEIR REVIEW SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED. It is only water resistant IF you seal the phone properly beforehand, since my phone was kept constantly sealed by my tight case, I never had a problem dropping it various times into shallow water.

Sure, you could have a bigger better phone with bigger faster processing speed and a more updated CPU but if you were gonna get one you wouldn't be reading my review so closely, now would you?

Good phone for people who spill and drop their phone...like me

The phone is great, but there was an issue with the listing. The vendor mistakenly listed it as an I9295 - the international version of the Galaxy S4 Active. It was in fact an I537 - the ATT model. It was, as listed, not locked to the ATT network, which is what I wanted, so I was not impacted as much as I might have been by the mistake. The vendor did send a couple of nice accessories to apologize for the mistake. They were quite responsive, and I will use them again.

awesome work

So far, so good. I've had the phone for two days now and its exactly what I wanted. I was coming from a Galaxy S2 and it was dying from some issues I caused. The price is over a third less than Best Buy and a couple hundred off of AT&T.

Quick trackable shipping from Wireless Everything and exactly as described. They added a US plug adapter since this is the International version. Transfer of contacts through Google service is easy, but Apps take some time.

Make sure you go and get a micro Sim card for the phone. Just 10 bucks and 5 minutes at the AT&T store AFTER you get the new phone in.

Great Phone - Great Seller

I am very happy with my Galaxy S4. The screen size is great but it's still easy to carry in my pocket or purse. It arrived as promised the day after I placed the order. As others have mentioned, they were purchased overseas, so the plug and users guide are not US standards. They did include an English version quick start guide and the cord works with any standard USB plug, so it is well worth it for the cost savings. I would buy again.

Works perfect. Had it for quite a while now. I recommend a case, personally, I'm sure its tough but it feels thin and flimsy. Was waterproof as well, until the port cover broke off. You can buy another one, but I don't think it's worth 5 extra dollars.

Just the batery need more life because if I use a lot to see things in internet, only is longer one day.

I recomend buy a protect case.

How can an International phone have Qualcomm LTE

I received the phone and took it overseas the next day only to find out that it is not exactly an international version. I can't get LTE because the LTE is Qualcomm which is CDMA so it is limited to 3G . I found written in fine print on the side of the phone "Qualcomm 4G" which doesn't match what was advertised by the seller. I'm disappointed and not impressed by the false claims and specs written for the product by the seller.

I like the phone in every aspect except for the LTE.
