Received defected item...unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to use the iron for a several months and by then the Amazon's return window was over. Just very upset that such item is being sold. Please do your research before purchasing this iron since I thought, based on great reviews, it was a good investment. Now, it's just a junk.

Got this for my wife. She does all the ironing. She says she likes this iron a lot. If it had any problems, I'd have heard about them!

Never know what temperature the high setting will be. Sometimes too hot, sometimes won’t take the wrinkles out. Would not buy again. Also leaks after only 3 months.

Used another Rowenta before and were quite happy, but the cord ripped. This model iron does not remain heated while in use. Totally useless.

One of the best irons I have ever used. The steam flow is excellent, the stream is great. I'd recommend it to anyone. Their delivery was quick. I will use this seller again.

A little heavy

I have been using the professional iron with the boiler separately for many years, it does an incredible job, but I wanted something that heats faster. This iron is nearly as good as that one, it is just a bit heavier. I would recommend this iron to anybody.

Iron works fine. My issue is I have 2 other Rowenta Irons both of which stopped woking.
There is no repair shop in or near my city and they will not call me!
All it takes is a call-I want to know where I can have these repaired! They are not cheap$$$

The iron will not heat as well as other rowenta irons I have used in the past. I have had the iron about 7 months and it is on it’s last leg. I am so disappointed. I hate paying this price for a product that is inferior to less expensive ones on the market. You get what you pay for doesn’t apply to this iron.

Leaks water only steams when the button is pressed. No very pleased. I’ve had this brand before and was very pleased.

So far this iron has been the best... Just love it. It heats up fast and always does the job.

Rowena is the Best iron I’ve ever used. It irons so smooth and the design shape is well thought out.

dial did not work but will not bother to return. iron works with some intuitive adjustments.

Replacing an old Rowenta. LOVE this iron, gets in all creases and corners.

In love with this iron

This iron is excellent for eliminating wrinkles, but it goes through alot of water because of all the steam holes. So you are refilling often.

Love this iron and brand very pleased with this product will buy again.

I know that will winter is a good product to purchase but this was not a good one at all it leaks I have not had it but maybe 2 months

Easy to handle, irons beautifully. What more can you ask?
