works great. The temperature controls are a little awkward to see.

This steamer is super cheap. The handle and the tube gets hot really easy, theres no way someone could steam without getting burned. The steamer barely does its job, it gets rid of wrinkles but not the small ones. It's better to use an iron or buy a better quality one. Also they sent us the wrong instructions.

Works beautifully. No water leaks. Iron dry and then have Major steam when needed with a flip of the lever. Great!

I got it at a good price so I can’t complain and Rowenta does make a very good steamer. I’m not crazy about the length of the hose and I don’t like the fact that you can’t graduate the amount of steam. We bought this mostly to steam cotton sheets and drapes so all in all I would give it 2.5 stars total.

Very disappointed. My steamer was delivered today. After carefully unpacking the box it was apparent the steam hose had a large tear in the fabric exposing the black rubber steam hose.

Having to ship back a damaged item is frustrating and inconvenient.

Awesome product.

Best iron I have had in years.

Steamer works good and is more compact, therefore, takes up less room than the previous older model. The reason for a 3 star instead of 5 is because this particular item had obviously been “used” and was perhaps a “return” item. Some of the parts were scratched and there was residual amounts of water in the tank.

We used tap water in our older Rowenta garment steamer. The inside motor looks like some poured salt in and around the motor for years. The old one still ran great 10 plus years until it the motor was too corroded from tap water. From now on, only distilled water will be used in the new one.

This steamer is well designed and was easy to put together. I was up and running in no time. We used it to steam table linens for a large dinner party we were hosting in our home. It worked beautifully and we were able to complete the linens quickly. Having wrinkle-free linens on all of the tables added to the elegance of the evening.

The hose crimps way too easily...causing diminished steam output!!! I had a $30 ?Salav? I purchased several years ago from JCP that had a much more significant steam delivery hose. Overall, my "cheap" unit was just as good.

I spent $150 on this and it clearly has been used before. The parts are dirty and when I plugged it in to use it, it made weird sounds. Now I have to go through the process of returning it etc. Highly disappointed, Amazon.

My wife alters Wedding Dresses and she uses this steamer a good bit. She had another Rowenta for about ten years and it worked well until the end when it finally gave up the ghost. She is as pleased with this unit as she was with the last. Hope this one lasts 10 years.

Very disappointed with this purchase. It was falsely advertised as new, but it is a USED item. Original box was worn and damaged upon opening it the product smelled damp and moldy. The manuals and instruction pamphlets looked used as well. Will be returning. Forced to give a star to submit.

Great steamer to use and get wrinkles out. The one star is because the fabric around the hose immediately frayed and the steam bonnet started coming apart. Low quality material

I’m not as impressed with this steamer as I had hoped. When you try to steam lower parts of a garment, it makes a lot of gurgling noise. It also didn’t take long to get clogged from the salt and minerals in our water. Have to use distilled.

Love the tank size. Holds a gallon of tap water. Fast pure steam and it doesnt sputter water.
The steam nozzle has a resting place and the design holds it securly in place. The steamer makes steaming garments fun and simple.

No joke - I got this as a birthday gift and it is great! I will never iron again! I rarely have to refill the water because it is such a large container. It heats up quickly and works well.

These are great, it doesn't take up much room and it just works. The last one I had for about 13 years and then it died on me. Overall, I am happy for this product.

Our old Rowenta needed replacement and this one is really incredible. They upgraded the hanger so you can slip a garment over it without adding a hanger. Now it’ll never slip off while steaming. Love it!
