Best phone.
To fast delivery, the phone is the best ever. Maybe I will order a second for my wife. After from 10 years with Samsung, now I have new love. Xiaomi forever.

Stopped working after 2 months
The phone was fine for about 2 months, then the microphone has stopped working despite being in the protective case. The Redmi assistance will take 3 weeks to repair this issue without providing a replacement in the meantime. Dreadful customer service.

A cheap but very livable daily companion
There is lots to like about this phone; a budget model that's not too chunky and the UI had some tweak options to make things look quite nice. The phone did crash a few times initially and I was ready to return it but after the app updates is been solid ever since.
Battery is great, finishing on 40% after a day of Spotify and some casting of prime video .
The only downside is the speaker, which means the volume lives in max or near max setting a lot of the time. It's not the end of the world and with everything else just fine I'm starting to warm to the phone.
Fingerprint reader on the power button is genius! Oh, and it actually works.

Huge phone
This was the best decision to buy this phone. Cheap and I must say - much better than Samsung which I was using all the time. Because of the pandemic we all try to save as much as possible so the price was my first one to choice this phone. Battery life - amazing 48 hours. Very quick charging - not even an hour for full battery! Very happy with it and bought another 3 as a Christmas present for my children.

Blown Away!!! Amazing device!
I've had Samsung's for years and when my S9 died this November I couldn't afford to start a new contract with a new device so I started looking for a cheaper alternative.
Well I definitely found one in the Redmi 9 pro! Amazing camera and battery life. I'm a heavy social media user (daily videos calls, Snapchat and Instagram and Spotify) and the battery lasts all day and had only ever dipped below 10% once!!
The design is sleek and doesn't feel cheap. All it's missing is the OLed screen but it doesn't make a huge difference. Alot of people have asked about my phone since I got it and it's definitely one I will buy again from this brand. Never going back to flagship phones.
Only slight issue is sound quality through headphones can be quiet.

Great value for money and very good specs
Fast very responsive nice big bright screen battery lasted nearly two days type c port less chance of it going faulty like old micro usb ports takes normal SD cards for expanding storage comes with android 10.0 love it all around very good phone for the money

Had to return it
The phone was great and I really liked it. I had to return it because there was a problem with the battery. It was on offer so they were unable to replace it. The money was back in my account before they even received the phone back which I thought was a really great service and I've never had that before so I would give 5 stars got customer services and 5 stars for the phone if there hadn't been a problem with the battery

Battery life is in a different class
It's ok I wouldn't necessarily say it was better than my previous phone but the battery life is in a different class sometimes like now I can get 4 days of life out of it without any saving I don't play games but I do use a lo of social media

Impressive
It's a bit different to what I am used to, but given time I will get there, there seems to be quite a few ads popping up but that's the way the world seems to be going, camera is very good, as is the screen, I think the phone is just the right size, great value at £199, oh & the fast charge is impressed.

Good phone for that money but ...
You can buy better for the same price. This phone is not recording slow motion. It is only records 120fps. 960fps is fake, interpolated video. The same 240fps. Both mode have a time limit with recording. Quality of video in 240fps/960fps is terrible. It is better to shot 120fps and do slow motion in open source software on your pc.

Excellent quality phone.
I did my research and WHICH recommended this phone. I was skeptical using a brand I didn't know and have been absolutely delighted so far. It is easy to use with excellent battery life. The camera has some features I like and pictures are a good quality. Would choose this brand again.

Fantastic
Fantastic value for the money. I have never experienced any wifi issues, it must have been patched. I switched from an s8+ to this and and it performes flawlessly. The only downside is the lack of wireless charging, but the large battery and fast charging make up for it. I will never be wasting money on a 'premium' flagship phone ever again.

Fab phone, and it's fast.
Well, I gave up my Samsung S10 for this 5G phone, and this phone is just fab, OK, some pics in low light are not good, but, this phone is fast!!? I just love it, incredible value for just over £200.00..plays games perfectly, and it's quick! Don't hesitate to buy this phone, it's a bargain.

Amazing quality phone!
Very pleasantly surprised with the quality of this phone. Bought during a sale week, the build quality of the phone is very impressive. It comes with a case in the box, and also has a screen protector fitted from new too. Has been in use since Christmas, and has worked perfectly so far!

I'm an App developer so I've used lots of devices in my time. I have to say this phone is as good as any "Max/Plus" version iPhone.
The screen is amazing.
Face Id and Fingerprint Id just work.
The chip speed shows no lag.
The quad lens camera is great.
It comes with a screen protector already on so no nervy self application needed!
It comes with a case too.
Android 10 is installed and is awesome.
All this makes me question how the top end phones cost so much.
