Clamping too tight. Pathetic sound quality. Mic picks up background voices.
Never ever has it ever happened before that I bought a pair of headphones and they were that tight that I was unable to even wear them for 10 min. Pathetic mic. Sound quality is bad. In my opinion, never buy gaming headset.

Simple yet great!
Firstly I was not able to find a single review on amazon for the kraken X. Then when when these headphones arrived i was very much impressed as the headphones are very lightweight also the 7.1 Razer software is a great software.

The headphone are awesommeee. Bass is very clear and sound effects are beyond good. But this headphone is very heavy and after prolong use it becomes strenious to wear it and also your ears start to sweat its not comfartable like razer advertises it to be. The accoustics could have been better.

Short life!!.left side stopped working after 11months of use
It was been 11 months since i purchase and now the left side of the headset is not working...it puts too much pressure around the ears and Its better upgrade to a steel series product... I'm never gonna buy a razor anymore

Mic is not good at all
The mic is not working properly. I sound so boosted on the mic that the voice is so different coming in games. Please help in correcting the configuration of my mic audio so I can enhance the rating.

Razer quality issues still prevalent
The Headset is fine but the mic has started producing horrible static after a month of use. Its more likely to happen when youre dealing with these bendy microphones, but HyperX's dont have this issue.

worst airpad cushion
Actually its a scam. They are providing worst kind of cushion, so that you need to replace them by razer easily replaceable earpad cushion (cost: above 2000). My Cushion damaged after one year of use.
