No support
Bought it last year in oct 2019, within 11 months it jas stopped working. No sound in both ears. Have reached out to support but no assistance. Bad experience after paying so much.

After using it for 5 days-
There are no issues with the headset.
Used it with pc and mobile.
Surround sound- It's not real 7.1 but its not bad either, I think it works fine.
Sound quality- Good. Can hear voices for teammates and footsteps clearly. (Music- Has descent base and treble... But if you love high bass then buy something else.)
Build quality- Feels and looks good... Not feels cheap at all.
Mike- Descent. (Try to keep the microphone few cm away from mouth as it picks up your breath)
Really light and comfortable. Can use all day without any problem.
Litte issue-
For pc- while using on windows 7, there was a constant hiss sound in left earcup which was very annoying...
But it worked great with 8.1 and 10 so I recommend using it with windows 10 for best experience.
The volume wheel is sensitive...So look out for that.

Just go for it blindly!
If you are buying this headphone just for gaming and haven't tried 7.1 yet then this is the best headphone you are investing in. The virtual 7.1 surround sound you will get by download razer synapse software. However if you need for music then this headset ain't got no vibration but bass is damn powerful and will be more powerful after downloading the software. The build quality is impeccable and gonna last for atleast 3 years. It's damn comfortable also.
So if you are a hardcore gamer and haven't tried 7.1 yet then this beast is waiting for ya! (Best for CSGO players)

Great for gaming and work!
This is a really good, cost effective headset that is comfortable and has good utility. The reason this is such a good buy is because it comes with a mic attached and volume & mic controls on the headset itself.
I actually got this for taking work calls and not gaming and the mute button on the side is such a cool thing to have.

Broke within 3 months of purchase.
When I first got these headphones, I was completely in love with the sound quality, but then I recognized some flaws. Whenever I would watch a video while recording, I would always get some sound of the video from the microphone.
Also, just today, the plastic of the right cup cracked a bit, which was scary as I paid a lot for this. I have handled it with the upmost care, and I believe it might have cracked while taking off the headset as it bent quite a bit.
The surround sound over-all is great, but I wouldn't recommend buying this.

ULTRALIGHT -- description of its durability not its weight !!!
I bought the product on June 5th and was delivered promptly.. After using for 3 months on September 2020 , the right side broke off and came due usage (just like how plastic will break after excess stress) , when trying to claim for refund or returns --neither Amazon , nor Razor , no Acroma , nor appario retail -- no company was helpful in claiming the warranty.. 4,000 Rs product dint even last 4 months... Ultralight implies its durability which i was not aware of... Overall its a good headset , however if you don't want to take the hassle of running post to pillar suggest go for better branded ones with better customer service in India (compared to Razor)...

Clear signs of tampering on the box, product was fine though.
Alright let's dive into the review.
Packaging:(2/10) Absolutely pathetic packaging for a product worth 4k plus. As you guys can see the package was mangled and it looked like someone was deliberately trying to open it from the bottom (this raised a lot of concern).There was also no bubble wrap or cardboard box,the 4k plus headphones came in a damn plastic Amazon bag.
Product: Thankfully the product looks to be fine at the moment,no outwardly damages are noticed.
If you are a console gamer like myself I feel like the sound is on the lower side and 7.1 is also unusable which is fine for me.
I will update this review on a later date

Durability n warranty
It broke off just after 5 months of use .. Has a good quality sound for the price .. but the durability is poor .. Buy a headphone which has aluminium body .. This has just plastic.. N the most important part do check for the serial nos. Are they matching with the product n that printed in the cover.. The worst customer care experience..

Worst. Ever
The worst sound quality i had ever had compared to previous headphones i have bought. The bass feels muddy, the treable feels like its almost absent. I dont know how Razer made this product. The THX branding is just utter garbage. Literally you cant feel 7.1. Better go for a senheiser with this much amount of money.

Awesome product
This is my first Razer product and i have to say they have justified why they're at the pinnacle of gaming peripherals. At this price getting this quality.... Its just fantastic!
Only two cons:-
1) Non retractable/removable mic
2) Non removable cable (although i doubt that the cable will ever be damaged)

broke within 6 months of use.
- good qualtiy sound but body is of 3rd grade plastic a minor fall renders the headphone into pieces. Plus the joints under the head cushion are too week, mine broke just by using it for 6 months. I love my gadget and take care of them. But If you can afford a headphone with good quality sound which can break just by single unintended small accident will render your headphone useless then this headphone is for u. very disappointed by build quality of product.

I need to contact appario
My device is faulty, amd since it's under warranty, i demand for a replacement. Razer said they wouldn't replace it as appario isnt a valid seller. Razer has deemed my device defective as well, can appario do something about it

It's worth the money 💰
A good entry level gaming headset to be honest.....I have been using this for about a week now and it's really good...the sound quality is good for gaming, there is enough bass..in terms of comfort it comes with memory foam earpads wich makes it really comfortable..And the 7.1 surround sound feature that comes with this really feels 7.1 ..don't expect the software 7.1 to sound as good as hyperx cloud Alpha or anything like that...but overall it's worth the money go for it 👍🏻👍🏻..

Excellent for gaming
These headphones serve the purpose they're for, which is gaming, noise cancellation is not active, so background noise is audible until and unless the volume is cranked up. The sound quality is good not as good as audio technica. The durability is really good, the cable is braided and the headphones are made up of brushed aluminium. The decision depends on whether you want it for gaming or audio engineering.

Best in the budget and the razer feeling is awesome!!
If you have come to this product, likely you are a razer person. I did a ton of research on all headphones under 50$( less than 5000 Rs). This is the best I could get with 7.1 surround sound in pc /windows.
Sleek design, very comfortable and as razer is known for bass headphones, this headphone is not all about bass but the mids highs and lows are best what you can get in this price range. Very hard to get in stock this product, if you see you are lucky enough (like me). Just get it already!

Significantly better than the rest of the products in this category and price range
I've tried out a couple of products before this and I have to say, the 'UltraLight' can really be felt! Its one of the most comfortable, light, dynamic and easy to use Headphones I've tried on.
It's build quality is pretty good and the sound quality is just amazing.
What surprised me the most was the surround sound since most headphones with surround sound just sound miserable but it just sounds unbelievably great in this product!
I would definitely recommend for any gamer with a budget!

Good Console headphone for ps4 and xbox one
I am a proper gamer owning Ps4 Xbox one and gaming pc along with all the previous-gen consoles too, Let me tell you this headphone is just perfect its a little uncomfortable for longer sessions due to the size of those earcups but still, its overall clarity, mids, and that bass is just perfect the cordial mic on this is so clear you can use it in studios for recording music and with that price point, a product from razer its an absolute steal highly recommend it if you are more of a console gamer and audiophile. Happy gaming ^ ^.

Not bad, but you dont need this for gaming. Buy any other noise cancellation headphones.
Razer branding causes it to be very highly priced, and its like any other noise cancellation headphones.
Its only for gamers (although the BASS is very high). No Software either.
Tested like 300 + hrs with Rainbow Six Siege.

Satisfied with the product
I have no problems so far and am happy with the headphones. One thing to keep in mind before buying this is that the headphones are pretty large and very light weight. Once you wear it, the ears are completely covered and won't be visible at all, so when the headphones are placed for hours, the area around the ears starts sweating a little, but I haven't had a painful time wearing these headphones, feels comfortable. The audio is clear and fine, just like any ordinary headphones. It is a good deal according to me.

Not at all worth (maybe I got a bad piece )
I am using 4 headphones currently The asus Tuf gaming headphones , Razer Kraken V2 PewDiePie edition, 2 Sennheisers . I didn't like the sound quality of this headphones at all . The build was great just like a normal Razer headphones . No bass , sounds were not clear , felt the bass was below the average . Downloaded the 7.1 software on my pc still no use . I asked for replacement .

great performance, poor build design
good sound quality and mic input, unfortunately the plastic is very weak and broke after few months of normal use.
you would think the band which would be under constant flexing to be strong but don't trust the plastic.
I realised it had broke when I removed it for a break and try to wear it only for me to see it hanging.
the whole band connection is one piece it does not go inside so beware.
it delivers great performance for the price but it has poor build quality.

These are probably the most comfortable headphones i have ever used, theyre not that heavy so wearing them for an hour or more is no problem at all. The sound quality is pretty good for the price and the built quality is 10/10.
