Beware! Absolute trash build quality
Cracked one of the supports within one month.. absolute trash build quality, even though the sound is good. Not recommended.

Best for PUBG Mobile
Got this beast Razer Kraken X on Amazon for 4100₹. Very good product best for pubg mobile. I can position enemies much easier with sound, 7.1 works only for PC which is also awesome, mic is not that good compared to HyperX Cloud II but it's no a bad mic too it's good and clear but the only thing is it has lesser frequency. Good for video editing. Very much comfortable for long session gaming of 6 hrs in stretch.☺️Thank you Amazon. {Built quality is plastic so be careful with usage, if u want aluminium have a budget of 8000₹}

Missing documents and torn box..😪😪
t was real but the documentation wasn't not included...
The product wasn't already arribed with a seal broken box. As you can see....
I hope I will get another product by exchange.

Great headphones for gaming!
Outstanding headphones. The ear padding is high quality and so comfortable. Also the sound is punchy enough.
Only the sub 100Hz seems too powerful might be because they are overpowered as compared to the highs
....

It's not a Headphone for Gaming it's a Theatre
Okay so I bought the product and been using it for 3-4 hours as of now first impression ITS A THEATRE while playing PUBG it sounded differentially to be frank bass so loud and stuffs

Worst mic
First of all don't buy these headphones in your life , its mic is soo bad and the person on the other side can clearly hear what you are hearing in your headphones even if u mute it using the mute button on the headphones itself causing an echo for the other person , I've order these 3 times , but all of them had the same problem , instead these buy litrally any other headphones u see !!

Its good but the sound is not crisp and clear
I used steelseries for 3 years it is amazing and then i used the razer kraken x
Pros.
1) Good build
2)true 7.1 surrond sound
3)volume is amazing
Cons.
1)I am used to mesh earcups so this leather earcups make my ears sweat
2)It some time echos when you enable the mic
3) Its a little tight but you get used to it
4) the mic is not retracktable

This is my first gaming headphone and its the best good mic ,and all accessories are up to mark..can be. The best u r looking for..
First I was also a bid nervous after seeing those bad rated comments but u have to go through something for getting stronger in it...at last its a good piece..and with full,,not as a customer iam leaving this review as a gamer to my fellow gamers...😎

LOUD AND CLEAR
The product is just fine. But the mic is not so good, I don't know may be my headphones have some defective problems. For me this is the best headphones for gaming, but I can't use this headphone while exercising which is sad for me.😂😅😢.

In one word extremely comfortable....
It's quality is great and it's extremely comfortable to wear. But if you're thinking to buy it as a bass lover then it's gonna disappoint you because here the bass is very balanced and it never suppress treble which is important in gaming. So, if you're going to purchase it for the purpose of gaming then go for it. :)

Sound Leakage to other party
These headphones have a terrible issue of sound leakage.
Google "Razer Kraken sound leak issue" where when you listen something your friends will also hear it which spoils tha gaming experience.

The package was already opened and the activation key was already scratched and activated.
The product overall is good but the main feature for the 7.1 surround sound has to be unlocked by a code but when i recieved the product it was already opened and the key was scratched and the activation key was already activated what am i suppose to do now?

Not as good as seen
While playing apex lengend and csgo the sound of footsep where poor evn in full sound . While playing csgo there was different sound coming from left side while firing weapon. But while using to watch movies it good.we can identify were people is in 7.1 surround sound.

Sound and mic is nice but the headband broke just after a year of usage, i have also received the same complaint from a another user as well, which is not covered under warranty

Build quality sucks I rather suggest you to buy razer kraken.
My headset broke just after using for 2 months. Idk what to do now got this for 4.5k ig. I'm happy with overall sound and performance tho .I mean it's upto you guys all I have to say is that I took care of them like literally as my baby and it still broke yay anyway hope my review helped

Not buck for buck, but good product.
It's good. Pricey even for razer. Could be cheaper.
The 7.1 surround is so much better in game.
Thx spatial audio doesn't make a lot of difference so you're good to go with the kraken without the thx console. The normal kraken.

It’s adequate for the price point.
It’s very hard to get the virtual 3D working the way we want it to. There is no active noise cancelling. Gets very sweaty with just 30 mins of usage.
