Mediocre sound, for the price. What you are paying for is the glitz, the fancy packaging, the neoprene case and the connectors for various handheld consoles you may or may not care about. I read with wide-eyed disbelief at the reviews saying this has great sound and bass. You won't get no decent sound staging or details. The wires kink easily too, so they aren't braided or reinforced underneath the rubber. Yet another disappointing Razer purchase of mine.

The head phones are very well made and the sound quality is amazing....and it drowns out almost all outside noise. I use mine at work and now i get paper thrown at me very often to get my attention. My only dislike about these is that the split to the left and right ear pieces is kinda low along the cord, this could have been shorter in my opinion, since when you want to use one side only the other ear piece dangles a lot. I would not recommend these for jogging not because they dont stay in your ears but because you might probably get hit by a car if you're not paying attention.

You're not going to get super high end audio out of the headphones or mic with this set.However, it is WELL worth the price for what you get. It comes with a nice carrying case for all the components, and if you primarily game on your laptop like I do, the Moray is absolutely perfect. Maybe I'm less picky than most, but I was actually surprised at how good these guys did with music as well.Highly recommended!

These are the best earbuds that I have ever used, and are the most comfortable. I threw away the ones that came with my IPod. Also, the noise cancellation ability is amazing. It took me a few minutes to get used to the "sensation" of the noise isolation. Excellent purchase.

Great sounds for earbuds. Ease of fitting with 3 sizeable ear inserts. Ive already been a big Razer Fan with lachesis lycosa pirahna and now the moray earbuds and I have yet to be let down.

I've purchased these headphones over a year ago and they are still working like the first day I weared them.The cable is long so it's easy to put your device wherever you want without fear of running out of cable.I usually have a problem of headphones dropping out of my ears (I have small earholes), but Razers are stuck in my ears until I pull them out. One of the things I like the best is that after certain period of time you don't even feel that you're wearing them. I ride a bike and run very often on various terrains and I don't think the earphones ever dropped out of my ear out of themselves.Sound isolation is excellent.Sound quality is also excellent. I listen to heavy metal and rock and keep volume very high and there hasn't been sound deterioration so far. I also don't think I've ever pushed them to maximum volume - it's too loud.I'm very happy with my purchase because after more than a year, they still work like the first day - great.

Got mine faster than the expected shipping date. The headphones are simple in design but feels very durable. Sound quality isn't too muffed but I wouldn't say its the clearest sound in the world, but for a pair that is under $100, this is good investment.

I have been using these headphones for about 2 months now and they work great. I use them with my android cellphone and with my computer and the mic works great in both applications. I have not used the psp or nintendo ds apdapters as i dont own those products. Overall a very solid product with good build quality.

I have been looking for a set of ear buds with a mic for a long time when I ran across these. I purchased them here at Amazon because they were the best price here. The normal retail price was $59.99, fairly expensive for a set of ear buds. the sound produced out these buds is above average, but if turned up too high the sound will become distorted.The inline microphone is were this headset shine. the mic very small and does not add unbalanced weight to the headset. During my gaming sessions, I can be heard very clearly and can hear other very well on VOIP programs such as ventrilo and skype.My only disappointment with this product is the adapters. The headset comes with computer, psp 2000/3000, and nintendo DS adapters so the headset can be used on various electronics. My problem with the headset is that I own the new PSP go, so the inline microphone adapter is not compatible with the go. Other then that, these little things totally replaced my previous gaming headset that was too bulky and caused pain after a period of time because I wear glasses.

Just plugged them in and my first reaction is WOW. I bought these to replace my apple earbuds and the difference is night and day. You can actually hear the bass and distinguish the different highs. Very comfortable too. I'm usually weird about sticking things in my ear but i barely notice them (i'm using small but you get med, and large too).Price is great too. at this point they are 33 dollars...on the cheap side of similar quality earbuds.All in all the value and quality can't be beat. they look sharp too. I might get a second pair of the white ones.

I purchased these after losing my Razer Protone M-100's. I loved those earbuds. After reading about these it was a no brainer. Very satisfied. I recommend changing the tips to foam tips right away. They make them sounds that much sweeter. The Comply T-500 foam tips fit the Razers just fine.

I purchased the Razer Moray earbuds to have another set of headphones for a new mp3 player a bought. I still have my Razer protone m100s (previous version of these headphones). I also own a set of Sony MDR EX51LP. I use these headphones for the gym when doing cardio. I find that these headphones stay in your ear the best even when you sweat. The Sony earbuds do not do this so well, they are constantly falling out and have been relegated to be used with my laptop. Another factor that makes these great for the gym (at least for me) is that the over-all top volume these headphones put out compared to the Sony earbuds or any other earbuds I have tested is great.There is one major change to these headphones which I do not like. It seems that Razer catered to the crowd of people who whine about the earbuds having different length cords from the point that the cable splits. Both earbuds now are the same length from the point that they split the cable. This is great for people who do not were the earbuds properly (not running one cord behind your neck) but bad when wearing them as designed. It creates even more excess cord that sticks out. Also during movement intensive activities it now doesn't sit the same and seems to create a stronger pull on the earbuds making them come out easier than when they were of different length.The actual sound quality from the headphones are more tinny compared to the M100s but still sound decent. The total cable length is longer but this doesn't seem to affect me as much as other reviewers. If you think this would bother you I would suggest to just keep the twist tie from the packaging to shorten up the extra length.Lastly, I also want to comment as well about one of the reviews for this product. The bumping you hear when hitting the cord is something that happens with all headphones and will be more prominent on ones that create a better seal in your ear. There is nothing that can be done. I don't even notice the noise anymore.

Ah, Razer. Have you ever made anything bad?I'll keep this short and to the point. If you own any type of PMP and still use the buds that came with it, stop. Get these right now.Compared to the Shure, and Ultimate Ears buds I have owned - these are so much better! Sure, the sound quality isnt as good, but these are very sturdy. I have had problems with wires being torn at the base, but not with these - yet.So, if your looking at headphones but don't want to spend $80+... then snag these up. Their durable and sound pretty decent (ipods have lackluster sound quality anyway - a better set will not help)Oh! Also, the case is very handy! I keep my HTC Magic headphone adapter, flash drive, headphones, and an extra usb cord in it.

These earphones are a solid choice at this price point. They sound good, much better than most at this price and the addition of a microphone go great especially with the iphone. MY only complaint are the buds themselves. They fit pretty well and are exchangeable however they fall off very easily, and are difficult to locate once they have fallen. I called customer support to buy replacements and they offer none so once you run out it seams you are SOL.TL;DR; Sound is above average mic is a plus be careful with the silicone buds

I've been looking for an in-ear headset with a mic. For the price I can't complain about these, the sound is good and the mic seems to work just fine.What I will say is that the sound isn't great, sometimes I get slight feedback and there is very little bass presence in this set. I isn't ideal if you want it just for listening to music, but for gaming on my laptop it works great.One last note, there is no toggle on the mic to answer calls if using this with an iPhone, minor, just wanted to let you know.

I neede a headphone for my gaming and walkamn listening so i had chosen this as it had a microphone for chat. design was very nice and comes with 2 X Razer Sticker logo which i liked alot. overall sound quality was good. i played L4D with this and i could hear the Zombies horde from behind me and also hear hunter as he tries to pounce on me from behind. music quality was good as the bass reproduction was as promised. EXTENDED BASSS`~!!! although i did think they could improve on frequency response as i didn't hear all the highs of my music so well. overall, it's a sacrifice to make for good gaming noise isolation head phones.Sound Card used: Creative x-fi titanium

Service was great. Shipping was fast. The only problem is that the headphones do hurt your ears if you wear them for too long. The smallest ear piece fits perfectly in my ear. Also, it doesn't tangle which makes these headphones even better.

I love this thing! The sound is incredible, as is the noise isolation. I use with both my laptop for playing WoW with Ventrilo and my iPhone and works amazingly well. The case is nice as well. It holds everything comfortably with sections for each part, but has give so you can fit it in small places. Only possible improvement in my eyes would be an inline sound adjuster, but even without, I would gladly pay for another as is.

My headphones broke so I decided to get some new ones. I decided to go with some earphones this time. I was blown away by the amazing and clean sound. I would never regret purchasing this item. It has a really good bass. I can hear almost nothing while I have these on. They also look awesome. If you purchase this product you will not regret doing so.

Love them.What a great set of headphones at a reasonable price. I have not tested yet on a plane and have not used the adapter, however I plan to. The long cord worked out well. My work computer is on the floor and I needed a long cord. I have small ears, the ear buds are perfect. I am going to get another set for my partner.

USPS delivered my new black Razer Morays today. I got them carefully out of their very slick packaging, and tried on the different sized ear buds. Based on comfort and noise-blocking, large worked best for me. (small medium and large all come standard with purchase).I got these to replace the stock earbuds that came with my cell phone (built in mp3 player). The difference is night and day.In all areas, comfort, sound, noise isolation, asthetics the razers are clearly several steps above "stock" earbuds. The highs are clear and there is significantly more bass than before, while not really deep, it is prevalent but not overbearing. Probably the best than little earbuds can do. They really shine in noise isolation. I am able to keep my volume several bars lower than usual while maintaining the same noise level. With music on, and not extremely loud, I cannot even hear myself typing on the keyboard as I write this. With the music off and earbuds in, it might block about 50% of the sound (estimated).Additionally, they come with an airline adaptor and a soft carrying case which has a good bit of padding and rigidity...and looks nice.For anyone looking for moderately inexpensive earbuds ($32 shipped at time of writing) they should definately give these a try.

I bought these when my two-year-old Pro|Tones got old and nasty (see my review of them, in which I gave three stars). For comparison:-The Moray's cord is longer, which is a good thing.-Range of reproduction is listed as 20-11kHz instead of 20-23k but I have not noticed a significant difference. I expected the high end to disappear, but very little music actually utilizes that range, apparently. Besides, it's barely audible to humans from what I've heard.-The Morays are very crisp-sounding, very "cool" and digital. The m100 seems to have a slightly more natural sound, but perhaps my Morays will improve with a bit of wear. I've only listened to about six hours of music on them so far. Bass is pretty solid, as promised.-The way the cord attaches to the ear buds is sturdier than the m100s and won't wear out the way the m100 rubber did.-Bumping the cord results in a clattering sound being transmitted into your ear, just like the m100 except louder.These earbuds block exterior noise very well and I would recommend them as quite possibly the best ones under $50. I took off a star for that bumping sound.
