Perfect. As expected.
Was a little hesitant before purchasing but when I used the product it lived upto mark. I didnt use it immediately after delivery. I got a chance to use it when my gas cylinder got empty and that's when I remembered about the product. Immediately unboxed it and tried to use. This was the first time I put my hands on a induction cooktop. But to my surprise it's really easy to use and much much faster then the LPG. It's been part of our cookig since then.

Lasted about 8 months.
This is my third Phillips Induction Stove purchase. I keep getting the same one only because I find the reviews on most of the other brands to be far worse. But each time it is luck-of-the-draw. It lasts a couple of years or a very short while (months). This one (purchased March 2020) lasted about 8 months. The one before that about 20 months.
I wish they'd make one that can withstand the rigors of Indian cooking, resists spills, buttons that don't die out after a few 100 uses, etc. Specifically with this brand - the slightest spill causes it to go into a "hibernation" mode - it stops working for a couple of days (I am guessing to allow the spill to dry out whereever it made its way into the insides of the unit) and then it starts working again. After a while - this luck runs out and its dead for good.
So having given it three tries - I am giving it a single star.

Very quick heating in a most efficient manner
We have been using the induction heater for a month for cooking vegetarian food now. Very satisfied with the performance. It has multiple options for various cooking types requiring low, medium and high heat content. Heating is quick - much quicker than on piped gas stove. very compact unit with a very rugged glass top. All-in-all very satisfied with the heater. Would recommend it without reservation.

Not last long
I have bought this one after searching many other products of this kind, It's good and almost everything as shown and described. The button is not TOUCH it is PUSH BUTTON. I'm satisfied with the product and it's function till it's stop working after 13 months. Used it along with four burner Gas Stove. Not last very long.

Great soup maker.
Yes this a great product. Simple and easy to use. Great gift from my brother-in-law for Christmas. Many family members got this as a gift from him. We follow the directions and had great results. We now make all kinds of soups with it.

Stopped working after 6 months, only used it a few times
I ordered this appliance in October 2020, I was very happy with it. Unfortunately it stopped working last week, not even 6 months after the purchase. It smells like something burnt in the engine. I am very angry because this is a costly appliance and there is no customer service that I can contact. I would not recommend it.

Stopped working after about a dozen uses!
Husband bought me this soup machine for Christmas and to get through a kitchen remodel. Used about a dozen times, and alls it does now is error. Wasn't all that easy to keep clean to begin with, but it was expensive to only use a handful times. Really disappointed.

Price is acceptable
A bit noisy, a bit too hot on the container to hold on . A bit steaming while using. Overall is a bit ok to buy.

Machine à soupe Philips : une merveille
Cette machine est une merveille. Facile d'utilisation et à entretenir, elle permet de faire des soupes en moins de 18 minutes. Vous prenez ce qui me reste, vous ajoutez un peu d'eau et le tout est joué ! Un outil indispensable à une bonne alimentation.

I bought it to save time but after eating half cooked soups made me realize what a waste of time this product is. It does not cook onions properly.

Quick, easy and fun (really)!
I almost sent this back. It wouldn’t even turn on. Well, that’s cuz I hadn’t aligned the lid properly. Once I solved that, I made the butternut squash soup. It was so smooth and smelled delicious. Both my husband and I thought it needed salt and we added it to taste. Then it was lovely. I like this so much more than using my Vitamix-so much less noise. And, there are a lot more application: blending smoothies is one (check out YouTube). Easy to store, if you don’t use it daily. Super easy to clean, but you do need to prepare a spot to set the lid/blender combo, as it’s awkward. Next up: the Chicken Tortilla Soup!

Easiest, tastiest soup I have ever made!
I can't say enough about the Philips Soup Maker... I have made so many incredible soups, 18 minutes to cook. It automatically purees soups, makes parfaits... the cookbook that comes with it is incredible and beats out all the other soup maker books that were offered (don't bother buying them). My favorite soups are the 1) Ginger-Spinach-Red lentil soup 2) Peas and Mint Soup 3) Potato Leek Soup. I usually make two types and alternate them. I highly recommend this machine, and have to all my friends.

First thing I made was broccoli soup , followed instructions in the cook book that came with it and had perfect yummy soup in no time flat
