Avg product, batteries were not delivered :(
I didn’t receive the battery with the instrument.. such a bad experience.. can the team please make sure to send the battery as well as it works with the supported batteries only.. i used normal ones n it says, don’t use this battery..
Resolve this issue asap!

POOR WIRELESS
I BOUGHT THIS PHONE FOR MY RESIDENCE USE. THIS WIRELESS PHONE IS OF NO USE AS SINCE BEGINNING IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THERE IS A CONSTANT CONNECTIVITY ISSUE WITH THIS PHONE. THERE IS ALWAYS CALL DROP IN THIS PHONE. MOST OF THE TIME VOICE IS NOT CLEAR. KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL TO REFUND MY ORDER OR REPLACE IT WITH SOME BETTER QUALITY PHONE AT THE EARLIEST. THANKS

the phone is fine, range is good for a 3 bedroom flat
Ringer volume is low, you may miss a call at times. There is no option to Increase/decrease voice volume which as per my accessment is on the lower side. Speed dial function is missing. Otherwise, the phone is fine, range is good for a 3 bedroom flat.

Great phone at this price range!
Great product! Can't go wrong with Panasonic. Would have loved more features bit hey, you get what you pay for. Extremely satisfied.

Display fonts are very small.
Display screen and font size are very small and interface are not user-friendly, not recommend for the peoples who do not have knowledge to use such device interface. I would suggest to go with gigaset, i have used Gigaset for around 2 years. And it was simple and very user-friendly.

COMPLAINT
Phone shows an error message "LINE IN USE" and not able to call and receive call. When I tried for trouble shooting in PANASONIC site with model number of the set,the number printed in the hand set is KX-TGA3611BX, but the item orderd by me is KX-TG3611SX. There no KX-TGA 361BX model in their site. Why this has happened?

Waste of money
The sound quality is very poor. The ringtone is so soft that if one is not near it one can never hear it, so we keep missing calls
Am not sure if it is in warranty, need to return it

Quality product from Panasonic, I am satisfied with the product as this fulfills all my need of having a wireless set to use my landline connect.

Its just less than 20 days of buying this product from Amazon and the battery sucks. After charging whole the night, the battery is draining within an hour. Stuck in the mess and trying to call to Panasonic but unable to get the response.
Wasted my money on this product from Amazon. Better I could have bought from Chroma.

For my senior citizen parents, the range is good, it's easy to use and battery lasts a year or so. New batteries are priced at INR 499 or so. So that is one downside

not satisfied with panasonic cordless model:TG3611
i bought it only today and i am thourougly dissatisfied as the display screen is very small and we are unable to read the timy letters and the buttons are so hard to press. it is like a toy telephone .the sound features are also muted-

Horrible.
Poor wifi signal range. Cant even audible when I move to the next room.
Menu is horrible. Cant even move from speaker mode to normal mode.
Wifi cant connect for the first dial. I have redial to connect.
Overall 0 rating.

Does the work
While saying names cannot type again from same key without changing and deleting that letter.
Ex-abc,def, if you are typing abhi u can't type A and B without typing something else from other 3 alphabet and then you have to delete it then you can type B again.

As per description. Was delivered on time. It is an excellent product. The sound quality is especially very good and all the features that a land line phone ought to have are there.

Phone was ok.. But the opposite party on the line complained that was voice was echoing.. It was like i was in a bathroom talking to them . returned the product..

i like the phone.
many panasonic users had mentioned that their phones broke down or did not work but i have not faced this problem yet!!
it takes very little counter space, is very compact and i like the features incorporated like a DND night mode- wont ring while i sleep! the fact that i can store number in it; sounds an alarm; in short the fact that it is nearly a smart phone!!! once u learn the ropes it is pretty user friendly too. havent yet discovered anything i dont like in it!
so , yes, i would recommend it.

Buzzz sound while making a call
There is a lot of disturbance while making a call.
We were out of station while the product was delivered(12/3/18), and we have installed it today(20/3/18) and found lots of disturbance while making call.
I am unable to find the replacement of product option.
I request Amazon to please do the needful in replacing the product.

Simple to use, reliable, well thought out cordless phone to expand your KX-TG9542B
Simple to use, easy to add on phone for any KX-TG954x phone system. Pairing is as easy as holding down the locator button on your base station and following the prompts on the handset when first plugged in. Clear, easy to use and with a nice big display, this is a great cordless phone.
NOTE - you cannot use the phone without an existing KX-TG954x system (ie KX-TG9542B, or KX-TG9543B, KX-TG9544B etc). The base station is what converts from DECT 6.0+ to a copper phone line. This is useless on its own.

Base charger plug missing.
I'm replacing a older Panasonic system and the new phone sure does not appear to have the quality of the old system but far more features. One of the problem I ran into is the base charger does not have a plug on it. I had to cut and splice the power line to get it to install threw counter top holes I had for the old system. I hope it holds up for the many years the old system did.

Poor volume...
There is no volume. The volume goes only to 4 bars where it has 5 bars. I called Panasonic and they said that they only it to go up to 4 as it could be too loud and would be a liability for someones hearing... I was told this by the customer service. I think that is what he said as it was too low for me to completely hear it.; To add injury to the complaint. Sometimes I find that if you do not totally hold it straight to your ear, it will lose volume of 50% down as you hold it..
And there is no way to put the call on hold.

After almost a month of use, I still cannot figure out their user interface
Handset batteries go flat after 24 hours off cradle but not even used. It takes SEVEN different button pushes to simply listen to and delete one voice message. I've yet to be able to record a personalized answering machine greeting and instruction. Far and away, the most complex, incomprehensible user interface I've EVER encountered.

Nice system
I got this for our small retail store, it replaced an rca system that we had for years. We like the call quality and the ease of use, I haven't figured out how to check to see what calls came in, the cid seems to display only missed calls, but I'm sure I just need to read the manual. I like that the batteries will be easily replaceable. Everything seems sturdy and well made, so far so good.
