Cheap and worst
Very very product and truly an example of you will get what you pay for. cheap and worst. Not at all wire less by any means what is the purpose of wireless if it can not work probably beyond 15 feet I meat in house of 1100 sq feet. Only thing is good that it is cheap and it is made for that. My baycj that I can not return it now

Ordered this as a replacent for the base I already had. The clip will fail you I guarantee it, so dont hang it on your pocket or anything.

Disappointed
Not a great product. Quite disappointed with the purchase. Not using it anymore. The sound is so feeble that we can't hear it at all. The logs are not working properly. So If we miss a call Or want to redial or get the details that wud be impossible.

hate that there is no hold button
hate that there is no hold button, the hold feature is ok-but its 3 steps to place a caller on hold. Line 2 when the customer is on hold, it drops the call.

Cordless Phone Speaker defective piece delivered.No Onsite Warranty.Brand New Cannot be used unless gp to get
it rectified.only 3 days to refund was busy so could not do.Stuck with defective phone.Gave it to get repaired as was told will take 30 minutes to get repaired.After 30 Days still not repaired.Useless Phone and Pathetic After Sales. Money Stuck and cant use it.Dt.10th Jan 2019

Lots of useful features. Intuitive controls. Love the call blocking feature. Could be a bit clearer/louder for my "not so great" ears, but I'm getting use to it. I'd buy it again.

Bad handset
Got this just a month ago and the handset does not work. Either I got a faulty shipment or the product itself is deteriorated so much that it's stopped working. Very disappointed since this is the first time I got a bad product from amazon.

AS PER MANUAL, A HANDSET COVER WAS PROVIDED WITH THE PHONE. HOWEVER THERE WAS NO HANDSET COVER. IT WAS ALSO WRITTEN THAT HANDSET COVER COMES ATTACHED TO THE HANDSET. THERE WAS NOTHING ATTACHED TO THE HANDSET. I DID NOT WANT TO RETURN THE PHONE FOR THIS OMISSION. I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND REVERT BACK TO ME. THANK YOU

You can create separate ring tones for a mobile phone.
It only has one distinctive ring.
I would like to be able to silence the ring tone per phone line and device.
Perhaps you can but i have not found it.

This is just a show phone. Pls dont buy. Horrible quality. Not acceptable at all. The ringtone is a whisper tone. Returned it. Waste of my time

There seems to be an issue with the ear piece. The volume in the ear piece is very low. Have also checked the user manual & configured to see if volume in ear piece can be increased. There seems to be a technical problem with the handset.

Go for it if high ringer volume and/or on-call high volume is not a big priority for you
Using it for more than 6 months now. Sound quality is average. Not great. Has speaker. Ringer volume is also average not very loud. It's easy to miss a call if your phone is in one room and ur in other room watching TV or listening to music (without headphones) Otherwise good product .

The Cordless Phone failed within 4 months
Despite good looks and requisite functionality at the initial stages, the Phone stopped working within 4 months and I have been running piller to post but is still unable to get it repaired, though technically the product is within warranty period.

Very nice and good one
Very nice and good one. I like it very much.No irritation sound like the ordinary land phone is producing. The sound of the ringer is low.It needs to improve.If the sound is good enough it is a super phone.I am using the old phone as a second ringer to hear all over my house.

Great range, easy to read screen. Would be better with a direct hold button. You can update the entire phonebook system from any phone. Clear voice on the handset.

Two Stars: Use two cans and a string instead!
Don't waste your time on this, the sound quality even at full volume is best described as "Meh" if you're looking to provide a landline for your grandparents who are hard of hearing and who live across the country, shouting form your balcony will be more helpful no matter how far you are.
When set to maximum, sound volume is really soft, ringing volume is also very soft.
Plus, the design is not comfortable on the ear so long duration calls are highly annoying.

I really enjoy all of the other features
Half-duplex speakerphone. If you want to actually use the speakerphone, don't buy this product. I really enjoy all of the other features, but this is a deal breaker.
The soft mute button is a non-issue for me since its very common on cordless phones.

Sound quality is good. Buttons are little bit difficult to operate. May be with time, I will get used to it.
Due to my wifi service provider issue, I was not being heard using this phone and I returned and reordered thinking it to be an issue with phone's microphone. With the new phone also I had same issue. Then I tested it with by neighbourhood and found it to be service provider issue. If any new buyer has this issue please check this before returning.

this is the third and last panasonic phone system I've owned. It is by far the poorest construction. soft key pads have already worn out; the base unit as a two-line phone leaves much to be desired. the setup manual requires an engineering degree and their support system requires lots of patience until you reach a live voice in a foreign language.
