Great product, better than expected.
AWESOME! Love the fact can do two land lines and sync with multiple cell phones. Haven't tried a Blutooth headset yet to a handset, but they work great with a plug in headset for long calls. Not for idiots to set up...

Voice quality is good but functionality is not convenient.
Quality of the phone is good. Its tiny and good for handling. Voice clarity over the phone also feels comfortable. It has speaker phone which is reasonably good.
However, functionality is too creepy. Dialing a number to call or disconnecting a call are not user friendly and convenient. Sometimes not even knowing whether the call is still connected or not. Call is getting disconnected even pressing hold button in bottom right side. Not understood about few keys like flash and etc.
Phone getting hanged after couple of operations and no button works when it hanged not even returning to home screen. To make it work I have replace it on base unit. FYI, No function works when phone placed on base unit.
Ringtones are not happy to here and no traditional landline ringtones available in this device.

BASIC FACILITY
After ordering I read the customers reviews... and got totally disheartened, and even tried to cancel the order, but it had been dispatched. And got delivered first thing the next morning... So I decided to use it and see what the outcome is. Looks neat and sleek... IT IS ok as a simple cordless for the landline... Actually a back up for a mobile phone ...I don't expect any state of art stuff, and it doesn't have any!.

Works well if kept away from WiFi devices..
Have been using it since a year and half, worst signal range...hace to be close ti tge base unit most of times.. There are lot of flaws with this phone but i dont have patience to write down everything..but the mahor one is that its just wireless foe name sake!! Edited on 14/5/19- I kept it away from WiFi device and now signal range is good and rarely the signal drops..please keep this cordless phone away from your wireless devices ..

1. No clear buttons, Red button to disconnect, Green button design is missing.
2. Ringtone is not loud enough, cannot be heard in next room. I tried putting volume to maximum.

Common Panasonic this is 2018, what crap you make? No wonders, why these companies are not doing good enough

Good, but complicated system
We needed an extra handset to go with the base/handset package that we bought. It works great and we haven't had any problems for the three months we've had them. They are a bit complicated to use though- lots of capabilities if I could just remember how to work them all.

Great Price-Good Phone with caller ID function-Range is sufficient.

Haven't Used the phone much.
It has caller ID function,looks sleek and its pretty easy to set up.
Comes with rechargeable batteries inside.
Initial set up took a little while as there are no lights on the base or adapter to indicate whether power is being supplied or not.

Good Build Quality but barely audible on a call
The product looks robust and comes nicely packed with a detailed manual. The battery backup is good enough. The dial pad is comfortable and the set looks sleek and beautiful on the desk. Has an alarm facility which is good and loud. Option of changing ringtones is there. However, while on a call the sound is quite low. Even when the speaker is turned on (speaker is at the back of the handset), one still needs to bring the phone near the ear to be able to hear. In an environment where there is usual hum drum noises at home or maybe even radio/TV running at normal volume, one cannot hear the person on the other side of the phone. Especially difficult for older aged people to hear. Had to return and buy a higher model.

Good and sturdy cordless phone but could have been better.
After using it over three weeks with airtel broadband phone line, it is overall a good phone but not for elderly. Ear piece and speaker phone sound is better than average but a lot depends on your line and other side too. Some pros and cons of the handset
Pros:
1. Good battery life, lasts over three days for 4 to 5 calls of around 15 minutes per call per day.
2. Coverage is good for me, works in all rooms in the house. After around 30 feet, it will warn and battery will drain faster.
3. Handset feels very sturdy, solid build and looks good.
4. Buttons are very nice to press.
5. It has night mode to keep phone silent.
Cons:
1. Display is very small. LCD fonts are very tiny. Elderly people with non sharp eyesight will struggle in finding contact from phone book.
2. Only LCD has back light not the keypad. Problem in dialing number during power failure in night, etc.
3. Base station always needs power supply. I don't understand why not put battery in Base station too.

Okay for the price.
Okay for the price , sound quality is towards lower end.
Software is tough to understand as these days we are comfortable with big screen andriods/iOS.
Ringer could have been a littls louder.
Doesn't last for long if is away from the unit.

Inaudible ringer
The main benefit of the product is that it is handy which is what we look in a landline phone. It has most of the features of a cell phone like saving contacts, etc.
The only and the biggest problem is that it's ringer volume is very inaudible. You can hardly hear the phone ring.

Это хорошая портативная телефонная система. Его невероятно легко настроить и добавить дополнительные наборы рук. Однако у него есть один серьезный недостаток. Вы не можете легко поставить вызов на удержание, чтобы ответить на вызов на другой линии. Ну же! О чем они только думали? Как у вас может быть 2-линейный телефон без кнопки удержания? Вспомните старый многострочный телефон с набором номера и как вы нажимали кнопку удержания. Как они могли быть такими немощными, чтобы забыть? (Да, есть способ поставить вызов на удержание через меню, но я никогда не могу вспомнить, как это сделать в пылу момента.)

Phone has lots of stridulating sound and short battery life
Received the phone in good state. But this has lots of stridulating ( kharkharahat) sound when talk is in progress. Due to this, one has to put lot of attention while talking. Also, it's ringer and earpiece sound is very low. One has to put the phone very very close to ear to listen the talks.
Also the battery life does not last till a day even. It drains in 6-7 hrs when not put on cradle ( base station). Will not recommend to anybody this phone. Not a good product.

Poor call quality and battery backup
Less than a year, battery gone.
Call quality in terms of clearity and volume is poor. Not sure if the seller shipped the bad product or the product itself is below average.

Not Appropriate For Me
1. No Call Disconnection Button for unwanted callers.
2. No Handset Switch Off Button for saving handset battery in Night or Off Days.
3. No Wide Coverage.
4. After one day, when I came back to office, I found that handset was need charging, it is pathetic to wait to charge again, in night my office power is down to stop prevent fire or any mis happen.

Very short life.
I bought this two years before. Now I can speak in this cordless phone just hardly for 10 minutes. I'm very disappointed and surprised too that how a Panasonic product can lose it's life so soon. I request the sellers to deliver only the best piece if we opt for branded items. Cordless phone is not the one which we need to buy once in two years . It should last for quite a number of years.

Panasonic single line cordless phone.
I received item just few days back. During this brief period, it is definitely not possible to comment on wifi signal and battery life. The actual assessment is possible only after at least three months use.

Stopped working in one month
It just worked for a month and no one is helping as it was not charging no return no repair ... Not even amazon helped me .... As they told this product cant be return as time out ... So asked for repair so they told we cant help .. Call on panasonic customer care ... But not able to connect them... Now it lying in store room ... Dont know what to do it .. Throw or what ....

It was old 2018 manufactured product. Many scratches on it. Looks like it is already used.

Ok performance
It a standard phone with ok performance. Issues that could be faced are 1. Connection lost due to going far from base unit 2. Speaker start on its own while picking call and phone doesn’t go to headset mode after trying regularly. 3. Sound quality gets affected many tomes and sometimes other side is not able to hear you out.

Excellent phone with good features and clear call quality. The menus can be a little confusing to navigate but I suppose once I get used to them it should be fine. Very pleases with the purchase. Delivery was quick and item arrived in good condition.

Nice Product. Look and feel are good. Small and cute. Voice quality and range cover is nice.
I got many functionality but I could not get speed dial facility and that is very important feature now. As we are habituate for dialing over mobile without any number seeing. So we do expect at least speed dial should be there in this product to make it more useful.
Other things are fine and can be purchased without think so much as this price is worthy for this product.

Wi-Fi interference is gone
I have use a Siemens Corded/cordless for many, many years; it has been quite reliable however with the many wireless devices in the household, the phone has suffered from Wi-Fi interference.
I did my research and decided to try the PanasonicKX-TG9582 2 line system which I received yesterday.
The Wi-Fi interference is gone! The reception throughout our large house is quite good so far.
I was able to pair 2 cell phones without any problems and I must say I am impressed by this technology.
I do agree with previous reviews that found:
1. The lack of a hold button on the handsets is a big inconvenience
2. It should be possible to increase the sound more
3. The handset design could be more user friendly.
That being said, there is a lot that is very good:
1. Being able to download my iPhone contacts to this unit
2. Being able to connect to my computer with a USB cable to access and call Outlook contacts
3. Being able to set the ringer on the handsets to off during sleep hours
4. Being able to pick up cell phone calls on the handsets
5. The sound is pretty clear with no more interference
6. The speakerphone on the base unit is quite good (I have not yet tried the one on the handsets but I doubt I will use this feature)
7. The amount of fine tuning of features that is possible
I will continue to use and test this unit and will report back with any significant findings but so far, so good.

My first cordless landphone.
Met my expectations. Ringer volume could have been louder though. Decent standby time, and overall battery life. Earpiece sound quality is also great. Average wireless coverage as well (works well from the next room, separated by a wall). Intuitive user interface.
PS: Requires power input all the time. So use a UPS. That's what did.

The item stop working @ 11 th month. The ...
The item stop working @ 11 th month. The replaced item under warrenty also stopped working next month itself. Also only 6 month warrenty to the adapter, for that i paid Rs. 900, half the product price.

Surprised to find a used phone inside the box. Scratches on the screen. Batteries already installed in the phone and the power cable was not tied up.

excellent product
Ordered Sunday, arrived saturday...2 days before estimated time. It is sleek. Doesnot take too much room. Batteries are the size of AAA RECHARGABLE CELLS. Cannot use alkaline in these. Voice reception is loud and clear at both ends. Base is wall mountable if needed and box is compact.
Update: bought in July 2016.....now it's February 2019. Still works great.... And great sound quality, batteries (original one that came with phone are still working)

Phone stopped working soon after the 1 yr warranty period
I bought this phone in Sept 2018 from Amazon, the phone worked perfectly until now - And the phone stopped working this month (Oct 2019), and the 1-year warranty period is just got over unfortunately. The phone now rings, the other party can hear what I speak (the mic works), but I can't hear anything the other party talks (the earpiece and speakerphone do not work). And, there is no authorized service center in the city I am in.

Long range n long battery life. Good product
Perfect product for people looking for good range and long battery life. Am using it in my row house of two floors and this works well. It has a backlit display. However ringer is not so loud. Got speaker phone, redial, memory for both dialled and missed calls with date and time. Base paging, visual blinker on handset during incoming call, caller ID function.
