I am new into HD video, the picture is awesome, and the options are plentiful for me. My only problem is editing... its a pain in the ass trying to figure out what programs are good for AVCHD and which arent.

is out of the box, I could not figure out how to use the camera's internal memory. So, an SD card is a MUST!Other than that, this recorder is AMAZING, small and WONDERFUL at taping! I've been very pleased, even in low-light settings!LOVE it and highly recommend it!

I have not had a chance to use it a great deal but it produces a great quality picture and I have found it very user friendly.

So many camcorders on the market, but I decided on this one. Easy to use, easy to do on-the-spot editing, very light and small. In Africa, I had it in my hand the entire time while on safari and hardly knew it was there. Battery charges in no time!

The camera is small and light and the quality under normal light is great. On darker places is below average. It connects directly with a Mac or with a PC. The software it brings is very basic.The picture setting is average.

a very small camcorder with powerful zoom and OIS. high video quality during outdoor and decent indoor lighting. haven't really tested dim light imaging yet. so far, very happy with it.
