Here is my 2 cents. Boosts performance in the gym. My mental focus is the biggest improvement. I feel more motivated and focused on getting the most reps. My urine does not get discolored so my health is not affected. I have noticed denser muscle growth.

I use these after each workout. Very convenient and better then having to mix a powder to drink to get the same results. Highly recommend.

Excelente produto

These BCAA's are by far the best. If you have acid reflux stay away. I couldn't figure out why i had such bad hear burn everyday and finally narrowed it down the BCAA's. It sucks cause i have always taken these for intense workouts in the past.

Easy way to get my daily dose of BCAAs in pill form. I don't have to worry about measuring out powder for my shakes, I can just take these in the morning and before & after my workout. I've been buying these for a few years and I believe they are great for what I need them for, plus Optimum Nutrition is a well known brand for fitness and lifting.

Since these are BCAAs (Branch Chain Amino Acids), they are metabolized immediately without having to be processed by the liver. Therefore, the fast post-workout recovery and muscle gains are quickly noticeable. Give it a few days and it will make gains easier. The pills are super big, but I don't have trouble washing them down. I honestly am going to keep taking them! I love my workouts on them! Add the same creatine products by this company (same green and black label) and you'll REALLY notice the strength gains!

Being in capsule form keeps you from being able to taste them. Which is good, because BCAAs by themselves are nasty. Helps keep pain low after a day at work.
