I'm over 50, and a gal, and have gut/ digestion issues, and now I'm older. BUT also still very active. Been taking these at the latter half of my hikes (heading down) and right after. About 10 (pills) total/ per hike (8-10 miles, and, generally, up). Seems to help with recovery. I need all the help I can get with that now. Doesn't seem to cause ill effects / side effects for me. Bought more.

I don’t workout or anything at the moment, but where I work you’re on your feet nearly at all times, and I’ve noticed that just taking these with meals helps a lot with muscle fatigue when I’m at work. I take them roughly in the middle of my meals or immediately after, and it takes much longer for my muscles to become tired and fatigued. My only complaint is that compared to some other supplements that come in capsules, these capsules are a bit big, and they can get stuck in your throat sometimes if you don’t have plenty to help wash them down. I feel like the amount you get for the money is fair, it’s a pretty big bottle and I’ve been taking them frequently and I still have plenty left. I also can’t speak to the others reviews about expiration dates, because the ones that I received don’t expire until well into next year.

Diese BCAA Kapseln von Optimum Nutrition sind sehr leicht schluckbar und habe eine gute Qualität.
Sie enthalten eine Mischung aus den folgenden Aminosäuren, welche essentiell für den Muskelaufbau sind:
Leucine, Isoleucine und Valine.

Die Dose BCAA kam bei mir dank Amazon Logistics bereits am nächsten Tag an und war gut verpackt.
Amazon war ebenso Verkäufer, ist mir sehr wichtig, somit weiß ich immer dass die Ware gut ist.

In der Dose befinden sich 200 Kapsen und somit reicht es eine Weile, je nach Bedarf. Haltbar sind die Kapseln noch 1 ganzes Jahr gewesen also bin ich da zufrieden. Normalerweiße sollte es jedoch länger haltbar sein.

Für manche ist es evtl interessant, dass bei diesem Produkt die Kapsel aus Gelatine besteht!

Fazit:
Verpackung war mit Frischesiegel verpackt und in der Dose befindet sich eine Art Watte damit die Kapseln nicht aneinanderkleben. Produkt erfüllt meine Erwartungen und ich kann es empfehlen, wenn man Muskel aufbauen möchte. Preislich etwas teuer aber dennoch gute Qualität.

After a few weeks of taking this I developed headaches. I thought it was the amount so I stopped and started back after headaches went away, using a pill every three days and in a few weeks headaches returned. I talked to doctor and she said it was probably just my body reacting to the BCAA and not anything with the product she’d aid so people just can’t use BCAA. But I did notice the good effects of the product. I am not saying anything bad about brand or company… it is just my body chemistry that didn’t like the product.

Produto chegou lacrado só estranhei a tampa ser branca, acredito que seja por falta no mercado, aparentemente tudo certo.

Not a good value for the money so I no longer use this product.

Da muita disposição!! E realmente impede a fadiga!
Único ponto contra é se tomar 2 por dia fico cheia de espinhas que parecem furunculos. Tomei no primeiro dia duas juntas antes do treino resultado de energia foi otimo... mas no outro dia sai uma espinha gigante na perna e outras no pescoço.. agora tomo uma só.. também da resultado e amenizou bem as espinhas! Só pra frizar: já passei dos 50 anos.

Very good branch chain amino acid good value for the money however magnesium sterate is not the best kind of magnesium just an adjective but they shouldn't use it

Loved these BCAAS. They were easy to swallow and your only required to swallow 2 at a time rater than the 4 or 5 some others do. They actually work, I workout 4-5 days a week and built like a bodybuilder at night doesnt matter how hard I went at it in gym I have no axhes or pains!

BCAAs are the cornerstone of my supplement regime. Optimum products are always my go to for everything from protein powder to pre workout.

It’s kinda hard to write a review for these type of products because you won’t really see results for a while and by the time you get the results you were looking for then you’ll forget about the review... soo Eff it I’ll write it now and just buy the product.. it doesn’t taste like anything just Fking take it!

My gym buddies and I take these after every work out and it really does help with muscle recover. We've only forgotten to take them a handful of times and we could REALLY feel it the next morning. Never skip BCAAs!

Here is my 2 cents. Boosts performance in the gym. My mental focus is the biggest improvement. I feel more motivated and focused on getting the most reps. My urine does not get discolored so my health is not affected. I have noticed denser muscle growth.

I use these after each workout. Very convenient and better then having to mix a powder to drink to get the same results. Highly recommend.
