I have the Nokia 6620, and when I charge the headset fully, and use it for 20 minutes, it conks out...I can't use it. It's totally worthless to me.Even if I leave it off until I use it for those 20 minutes, I still get the low battery beep, and then it dies. No standby life, no "talk time"...it also gets rather warm to the touch during that 20 minutes...

The battery life is excellent, it uses the same recharger cord as my Nokia phone, so it is convenient during travel. It's an excellent improvement from the corded headset and an all around terrific device.My next purchas will definitely be a Nokia device, but I have come back to provide a review 2 months after my initial purchas. These are the things I would consider prior to your purchase.1) Volume could be louder--I sometimes have a difficult time hearing others. This is usually not the case for me.2) This device picks up wind when I walk. People have asked me why I am breathing heavy! That's so funny because I'm in pretty good shape, but the device is quite sensitive and others claim they hear me well.Despite these minor shortcomings, I will go back to Nokia with my next phone and headset purchases.

I bought the Nokia HS-11W last week to replace my Jabra HS250 headset of the past year and a half; and I nust admit that this headset is about as awesome as they come. Lightweight, long battery life, easy pairing with my Nokia 6620, and the sound quality is excellent! Did i Mention it's the most comfortable Bluetooth headset I've worn? Bottom line, buy this headset and you will not regret it!

This is my first bluetooth headset and I must say that I am really impressed! It's unique design fits my ear perfectly and the voice clarity is excellent.Becasue I also have a Nokia cellphone (6230), I am able to utilize the phone's features with this bluetooth headset (HS-11W). You can:1) Perform voice-dialing (press and hold send/call button)2) Mute/Unmute your conversation (press power button while on air)3) Auto-redial (press send/call once and then press and hold)4) Lastly, my favorite feature...you can listen to your phone's MP3 music (too bad you can't listen to the radio--you still need to connet an enhancement headset)Overall, I am impressed with this product. I highly recommend it.

Excellent features, great battery life but I can't stand to wear it so what's the point? Never would have bought it if I had tried it on first. I can't seem to get the phrase "binder clip on my ear" out of my head when I think of this headset.

Of all the Nokia bluetooth headsets, this is the best. it is light, durable, and I sometimes forget it is even on my ear. Sound quality is good. I recomend this one highly.

This headset has great battery life, dedicated volume and power buttons and another button that answers and hangs up calls and activates voice dial. It has great sound quality and the microphone is clear. Also, it looks cool. It doesn't have any nerdy, annoying flashing lights. It's just slick. Judged by its features, it deserves 5 stars. I give it 3 because I can barely wear it for an hour. I wear an earpiece headset at work, sometimes all day long, without any problem. This one squeezes down so hard that it actually gets painful! I thought I would get used to it, but I've had it for 3 months now and no luck. I now wear it hanging halfway off my ear so that it can't clamp down so hard. I applaud Nokia for trying something different, but it's no good.

This item works quite well. Especially when connected to an original i.e. Nokia phone(6310i), but I also connected to a Siemens S-55 with good results. No problems so far, just nice and clear sound. And remember the excellent battery life time;-)As other pepople have mentioned; I understand that it doesn't fit on any ear, but it is worth trying it. It took me some time to figure out how to fit on the ear....- I never imagined it could be that difficult getting dressed;-)Final benefit: It came with a nice battery charger that also fits the phone! GOOD!

Totally agree with other reviewers that point out the fact that the sound level, even at max volume, is barely audible. Completely useless in a car unless you press it uncomfortably deep into your ear AND hold it there. So much for hands-free! Why won't Nokia recognize this problem and either fix it or come out with a version that works?

Item works great indoors but the sound is too quiet, I thought about having my hearing checked but after reading other reviews I learned its not just me. I work in building construction with lots of loud noises and can't hear unless I press it unconfortabally into my ear. Do not recomend

I really liked how the Nokia sat on my ear and didn't move around. It was clear to listen to but sounded fuzzy to the other person. After leaving myself a couple of messages to hear how I sounded, it went back to the store. C'est la vie.

I am happy with this product with one exception: It needs more volume. I have good hearing but this thing is hard to hear. If I have to keep pressing it in to my ear, what good is it? I would not recommend buying this thing unless you only want to look stylish because you won't be able to hear anything unless it is dead quiet outside.

Mic. is too sens. in windy street conditions, inside it is perfect. If you talk a lot something like 40-70 min/day, battery will last about 1-1.5 days.Cons: cant leave it on a charger for all night, it will kill battery within 1-2 months.

It is a stylish, one piece design, lay flat in the pocket, of a bluetooth headset.I've been using Bluetooth headset for about 4 years now; Motorola is OK but short talk and standby time. Sony Ericsson is pretty good, but not too sturdy. Jabra has a charger loose connector problem. Nokia? So far, so good.Mind you, bluetooth headset provides only a paired connection to the cell phone, the rest is performed by the phone; if a phone has voice dialing, than you can use it to do voice dialing, just make sure it is enabled on the phone. Once it is enabled, the button on the headset acts as the call/hang up button on the phone.My Sony Ericsson S700i does not have re-dial voice command, but this Nokia headset can send 2 beeps to have the phone perform such function, not bad!One good thing about this headset is that it will connect to the nearest previously paired phone without re-pairing again like the other headset. That is good if you have 2 or more phones with bluetooth like I do. I paired each phone individually with the headset, and carry only one phone at a time, but always carry the headset, and I can use it with either phone without pairing again.

this was a gift for my brother and he was so soprised when he opened it, now he uses it all the time and it works so fine nice audio quality and it was a very good price and shipping time.

A co-woker has this headset. I got to use it with my Nokia phone today. It looks like something out of star trek but once it's on your ear you don't even notice it is there. It's super-lightweight and very sturdy. We looked funny shaking our heads trying to make it fall off but this thing stays put. Very good voice quality and nice solid design. 5 stars to Nokia for making a unique, well built headset!

I've owned this for about 3wks now and this is what I like about it:-VERY small and light weight!-mic is very sensitive and clear-earpiece sound quality is almost the same as hearing it from the headset-battery life is very close to what's advertised-it looks really cool!What I don't like about it:-volume buttons are too small and hard to get atI used to own the Jabra BT headset and I'm glad I switched. The Nokia has a dedicated on/off switch versus the Jabra's "press and hold this button for 5sec to turn on or off" switch. Belive me, it saves a wealth of convenience.

I bought the Nokia HS-4W Boom HeadsetThis Nokia Headset is horrific.I use the Nokia 6230The headset disconnects/loses its connection with the phone all the time so when the phone rings I have to answer from the phone since the ear piece just won't respondVoice recognition only works if I touch a key on my cell phone.It lowers the volume of the phone automatically by half when it does respond.Sometimes it even produces some horrific noise.In conclusion DO NOT BUY this product.
