I bought this blue tooth earpiece after loosing a previous one less than 48 hours after buying it. So I was looking for something that could hang around my neck... that being said, it also has pretty good sound quality for the price and without the fancy noise cancellation (at least so I've heard from people I talked with).I am not a fan of the in ear hookup, but it is surprisingly comfortable and does not fall off easily.Things that caused me to reduce the rating to only three stars: the charger is not a mini USB, or micro USB, making finding a charger for it rather difficult; the earpiece slides easily on the cord, making pulling it out by the cord difficult as it keeps slipping on the cord and won't pop out as easily from under a coat or sweater; it keeps on disconnecting and reconnecting - but i don't know if that is the phone's fault or the bluetooth...Overall, a relatively good buy, despite the annoying Nokia internal ring-tone (I'm not a Nokia fan).

Everybody I called complained that they were not able to hear me properly. Dont know if the issue was with my piece or with the product.

Very disappointed with the product. I had been using a Jawbone, but lost it. I decided to try something else since the Jawbone was the most expensive option where I was shopping (BestBuy iirc) and I liked the necklace-strap that comes with it, which I thought would be useful and reduce the chances of my misplacing this one as I had done with the Jawbone. Big miskake - the sound quality is very poor (lots of complaints from callers who never complained when I was using the Jawbone) - it's especially bad if you are outside and there is any wind, a condition under which the Jawbone performed well. I've also had two of the three earbuds that came with the headset just fall off over the course of the day, leaving me one ill-fitting set away from needing to acquire replacements. Further, the strap is about an inch too short to reach comfortably to my ear when around my neck. When the last earbud inevitably falls off, I'll go back to a Jawbone or try another option after asking around.

Pros:Sound quality is very good.Battery time is very good.Uses a standard Nokia charger.Different buttons for power and call operations.Good grip on the ear.Small and light.Cons:Sometimes disconnects while it is in standby mode, and needs to be paired again. (Both with a Nokia E71 and with an iPhone)Doesn't work with multiple phones without re-pairing the earpiece every time.Overall:Considering its price, it has a very high value.

though i am sure there are a multitude of bluetooth available this is the one i bought..my first one....and i love it...of course i have never been with another device yet..but works great..fits easily...SOUNDS GREAT stays charged a long time..so if you are thinking about this one JUMP ON IT !!

This is a great bluetooth. This bluetooth has not given me any problems. It easy easy to set up as most are, fast charge, easy controls. The large loops does look a little odd when wearing but it works and is comfortable. haven't ever lost reception or dropped a call due to bluetooth.

The Nokia BH-201 Bluetooth Headset is just what I was looking for in blue tooth technology. I am alwas running out of the office to go to another appointment, only to find in my haste I had forgotten my headset.With the Nokia strape around my neck all day it is ease to just pug it in my ear. In addition, I no longer forget I have it when I rush out of the office.It is easy to charge and last the entire day.

The Nokia BH-201 is a small, discrete, and fairly good bluetooth headset that works quite well. The reception is quite good, and it comes with a charger. The lanyard is also a useful feature. The only drawback is that you constantly have to adjust it in your ear. Very good price/performance value.

well, i was thinking because it's a good brand name that the product would be good... Well I will doubt myself next time. When using the headset, if my phone is sitting literally on your lap, the headset cuts out and the static is so bad, you can't even talk.this was a big miss when it came to quality & sound performance.Now the construction and the fit on the ear is really excellent. To bad the function/operation isn't.

This is a wonderful headset.CompactLightStylishGood audio on both sidesGreat value !Nice quality.It works great with my Apple iPhone 3G and looks cool too.A necessity here in Albuquerque where you can only use your cell phone in your vehicle handsfree.Highly recommended !!

Product is very small. Very easy to fit into your ears. Provide two ear bud but both seems to be too big for me. Some might experience intial discomfort when wearing it like most other bluetooth headset but after that, its ok.There is no volume control on the unit itself so you need to control it on your phone directly. Receive and end button is big BUT not easy to push.What I hate most is the signal. On close distance, this is perfect but if you go slightly away from the phone, you hear static. Static gets very disturbing if you go approximately 6ft away (even on open space).Will not really recommend this product. I bought it for $15 so can't complain. Recommend you to spend your money else where.

This bluetooth headset works very nicely.The design on it is pretty cool,and I like the strap that it connects to.It came with different earbuds so it is most likely to fit in any ear.Once you figure out where the little wheel fits perfectly,it's rare that it falls out.It's pretty comfy and not annoying.I must say that I do not like the fact that it has some magnetic thing in it can be dangerous if near any sort of card with a magnetic strip.

After a lot of research I bought BH700 as my bluetooth headset. I had high hopes for this NOKIA product because I am big fan of NOKIA Phones. I was disappointed with the fit of the headset, I think it is made for people with big ear canal. The earbud does not fit securly in my small ear (with or without the loop). The bulk box product does not come with extra earbuds (I am not sure if complete box comes with it or not) and it such a bad fit that I had to get another one. It has a great sound quality but nothing out of the world. I bought Jabra BT8040 and it is the best fitting in-ear headset that I have ever seen.

Excellent product, exactly what I would expect from Nokia. The volume button needs better placement because I am always adjusting the volume down by accident. The ear loop is not necessary. My big ears hold the headset perfectly. I use the chain on my rearview mirror to hold the headset while driving and it works out great. it doesn't hold the headset securely enough to wear as a chain. I will be upgrading my phone (currently have nokia 6103) in december '08 so we'll see how it works with the upgrade.So Far So Good.

I love the shape, size, weight, reception, sound quality, color, and ease of use of this product! It's great! My husband says he can hear me over the charming racket of our progeny much better than he could with my previous bluetooth headset.However, I never can get the ear hook thing adjusted just right, only pretty close. As long as I don't bound up the stairs or laugh too vigorously, it remains hands-free.

Best Quality. The acessorys make it complete. I like to carry it with the neckless but I am going to start using the clip on weekends. So far I haven't needed the ear wire. I love the style, versitlity and quality.

I have this BH-501 headphones since about an year, they work well with my samsung phone, but not good with Nokia Phone, yeaH, thats the irony.comfortable, but the plastic cracks after a while so I say, Nokia need to improve on plastic at the bendings and ear rests.

Well this is my third headset i got before the scala 500 (that performs great), but i decide to get those new with caller ID, i bought the Blueant V12, thats a good headset but battery life is horrible, then i found this Nokia BH902,excellent performance great battery life i paired to my T-mobile dash without problem, the only cons i found is not vibration option, means is not good when you keep it in your pocket, the blueant have this option it vibrate but the battery life is nothing when you keep it in that mode (also the v12 have a cheap construction),the design is elegant, nice and small and you have all the information you need in this little unit,(time, missing calls, last calls, dialed and recieved, you can redial from this unit too), 5 stars to this one

I like this headset. I wear it without the wire ear hook as it fits nicely in my ear canal. The audio quality is good. It is easy to set up and easy to use. One of the best bits is the clip which comes with a "silver" chain so you can hang it round your neck which makes it hard to lose. I wear it continuously but have replaced the chain with silver rope so it does not tarnish, People often think it is my phone itself and comment on its small size.

I returned this a week after I got it. Although the sound quality was good, the ear bud was just too big, and got painful after a while ( I wear it constantly) or fell out a lot. The earloop was useless. I also did not like that the answer/end button was right on the other side of the ear bud, so when I would (inevitably ) go to readjust it, I would accidentally either call or hang up on someone.... I'm shopping now for something better.. too bad, I've always sworn by Nokia.

I've been using this headset for about a year. Once you figure out how to put it on, it fits securely and comfortably. Sound quality is very good. Great deal for the price. No fancy options, but it works really well for what it was intended. Besides, who needs a fancy headset?

Its been only about a month since I have had this product and I am satisfied with it so far. The battery life is really good although the voice volume could be a little higher for the receiving end. However, that doesn't mean I wouldn't buy the product again as I am not sure I will get anything better.

This is the best Bluetooth headset I have ever owned; it is easy to set up and use. The voice quality is great but wind causes issues w/ being heard.

I like this bluetooth except for the fact that the battery does not last a long time. I have to recharge it every 3rd day. The majority of the time, it is on standby mode when I am driving.
