This is my boys' favorite game for the Wii. It's a physical game too, which is why I like it for them. Another thing I like is that there are sports that both of my boys excel at -- one excels in the boxing and bowling Wii sport, the other in baseball and tennis. There are also fitness/training sessions on here and they do that when they don't want to compete.

I wish that what I said above about thie ga,e was enough, but here it goes. Great game; have lots of fun playing it, a must have for families, even with no kids like me and my husband.

I had one of the wii's before, but needed the money at the time. I used my amazon money and got a great deal on this unit. My son played it yesterday. It worked well. Thanks.

i played this game and i really enjoyed it, i was able to brush up on my bowling skills, and baseball skills, that i haven't played in yrs and use body muscles that i never knew where there.Thanks WIii Sports Resort.

We have not had any issues with this remote. It looks and functions just like the original Wii remote. We bought this to have a 4th remote. Love the silicone sleeve. It gives very nice grip. We have this sleeve on 3 of our remotes. Best sleeve to have when playing games that require remote interplay.

I wanted a Used Wii with Wii Sports Resort package. I clicked on the Amazon picture of it, saw that it contained the console, remote/nunchuk, fit pad, three cd's, power source, etc. I then clicked on the 'Used' options and chose, not the least expensive one but rather the one with the best reviews. I chose Anna's Store.When received, Anna's Store had only sent me the console and one cd. No power source plug, no remote, no nunchuk, no fit pad, no directions; just the console, one cd. When I contacted Anna, from the emails back and forth, it was 'not her fault' that Amazon had advertised her product under the 'Wii with Wii Sports Resort - Black' as being identical to what she was actually offering. She did not take reponsibility for where her product was being offered and I got the impression that I would not be getting a refund as she had 'just lost her job'. I then went out and bought the missing pieces at a total cost that exceeded what Amazon would have charged me for their New product. By the time Anna's Store offered me a refund, it was too late and then she fussed about refunding me the postage. She was very polite, as was Amazon. They gave me a $20 certificate for the next time I purchase anything via Amazon.I am not happy, to say the least. I consider it false advertising and frankly, I do not care if it is Amazon's error or an Anna's Store error. I purchased this 'Used' product because of the Amazon endorsement, not because I trusted Anna's Store. And I am out $100 as a result.Dawn R.

I would really pass on this game console! Nintendo has been in the gaming business ever since I can remember, but the Wii is such joke.
1. It only plays game CD's and music CD's. What about DVD and Blue Ray, every other system that I know of can do this. How can Nintendo be so far behind, and not realize this is a must.
2. The web browser. OMG can you just say slow and unresponsive! It's useless to play youtube videos as it takes for ever to load, and most of the time it won't, so you have to leave the web browers and start again in hopes that it will work. What idiots, put something out like that!
3. There are some games that playstation and Xbox can play, but because the Wii is not powerful enough, you can't play them.
4. Most of the time you need to use the nunchuck, instead of being able to use a regular controller.
5. Options of games to buy is very limited.
There are more problems but these are my top pet peeves.
I probably would not buy another Nintendo product.
Oh before I forget, the demo games they have know, are dumb, and they don't replace them with other demos fast enough.

Ok the Wii was kicking butt until Microsoft came out with Kinect for the Xbox Which is the same only no remote its all body controlled so it forces you to exercise unlike the Wii where you can sit on the couch and just be worken the biceps. In other words don't waste money on this product the Xbox for one hundred bucks more gives you more stuff and internal game storage.

The game wouldn't play in my Ninetindo Wii nor in my daughter console and it wasn't worth the price to send it back. I have played Wii Sports before (which I borrowered from someone) and was really looking forward toplaying it, how dissappointed I was. It kept coming up with error messages and nothing I tried worked to correct the problem and I did notice some scratches on disc. I will not purchase Wii products from supplier again.

I forgot I bought this thing on Amazon.
I still have it and I still play it. Works great. I'm just a little bummed that it's going out of style. It cost me about $200.00.
This is definitely fun at a party. Just make sure that the furniture is safely moved away! Bowling on this thing is scarey fun! Adults (if there are any left at the time) seem to have more fun than anyone else.

Our whole family gets into this game. We love being able to choose characters, cars, and which race route to take. Always lots of laughs when we play this game together!

I have not opened or played the copy I got as it is a Christmas present. However, my kids have downloaded the trial version on the ps3 and I'm sure they will love opeing this up on Christmas morning. The game play is just like all the other Lego titles out there. My Son's favorite thing about this one is Robin goes in a hamster ball...he can't stop laughing over that one!

As of today 8/1/11 this product has been a very bad experience. I purchased this unit in May of this year. Around the middle of July all remotes lost sync with the main unit. I contacted Nintendo for corrective action. Nintendo ran me through some test to see if it can be corrected before sending it back. The test are listed on their web site. I informed them that I had already performed those test, more that once. They did not believe me and I ran through the test again. They then emailed me a FedEx return slip with RMA. Quick turn around. At first I thought it was to quick. Turns out I was right. Nintendo took my new unit, scratch free, sent me a used unit, scratches included. The new used unit worked once. Next day it was doing the same as my new unit. Again, I contacted Nintendo, and again they made me go through same test, that I again told them I had performed. When I informed him that this unit is clearly not functioning properly, he responded by notifying me that Nintendo would not send me back my unit without first ensuring that it was properly repaired. Interesting statement since they did not send me my original unit. When I questioned them about my original unit, the response was "to expensive to fix..cheaper to send another unit." The Nintendo representative than began telling me how they were going to do me a favor by providing me with another shipping label to send this faulty unit back for repair and how much they were willing to due all this for free. They than implied that normally this would cost me to have this used replacement fixed. When I get the unit back, another used unit no doubt, and it fails again, Sony Play Station here I come.

Can now use Wii on new HDTV. Product works great with Nintendo Wii on HDTV. No issues with product, and product was inexpensive.

The game itself is actually quite good; my son loves it. However the game freezes regularly (known issues found when searching online). Bought the game two days ago and we've had to power cycle the Wii no less than six times so far due to the Bugs in Batman 2. We've never had to do this with any other Wii game.

I really enjoy playing this game. It really is fun for the whole family. My 4 year old son likes to pretend to drive and my husband, though controller-challenged, loves the game too.There's lots of different characters, cars and motorcycles to unlock and some of them are pretty tricky to get.The game does get kind of old once you've unlocked everything. We have the courses memorized at this point. It's still fun to play, especially on the Wii Internet channel, but it loses some appeal after, oh, several hundred hours of play :)It's not a masterpiece of a game by any means and it's not as good as the GameCube version, but it's one of the better games I've found on the Wii and I love that you can play it with more than 2 people. Family video games are the best!

I am not a seasoned gamer. I've been playing low-key games for about a year on an older console (Game Cube) and wanted to get something more up-to-date. I decided I'd give this console a try because I like a couple of the games, Animal Crossing for one. I had an older copy on the Game Cube and thought the newer technology would have an updated version. I was mistaken. The graphics in this game has changed little, the voices, dialog, and other basic game aspects haven't changed at all. One thing that did change was the speed of the game, the Wii actually makes this game run slower on scene changes, a big disappointment.Don't get me wrong, it's still a decent console, lets you use Netflix via online access, and you don't have to buy special drives or disks to save your games, it can all be done on the console or a regular SD card. But I was surprised, given how new the game is, that it didn't have more updated features. But when you're spending over $200 you want something a little better than decent.The Wii, out of the box, cannot play a DVD, a feature I would have expected. I'm not asking for Blue Ray, although other consoles do have that, (along with a higher price tag). But if I want to use the Wii for a DVD I need to use either a ripper or Homebrew Channel, it's not just plug-n-play.I really did enjoy the Sports games, which is why I gave this review a 3. It has its moments of enjoyment for an adult. I'm just not sure how long the Sports pack would keep me coming back.One of the better features is the Wii's appeal to children. It's safe to say that finding a game for a younger child is far easier on the Wii than one of the other consoles and the games are less competitive, which I do find important. But I have to ask myself, do young children really need to be playing these games in the first place? A fort and a swingset still have a lot of enjoyment for a child, if offered. During winter months though, I suppose a decent game console would be appropriate...Bottom line, for me, this console is just too basic. I don't know yet if I'll keep it or not. The Wii might be OK for the kids or for a group of people to play the sports games, but the investment for the controllers is a bit steep, for the quality of the console itself. I've sampled the PS3, and though there aren't as many nice simulations games for that, there are some that I enjoy and it's got more to offer overall, even the Demos have an appeal on the PS3.If the Wii had offered a more updated version of technology and/or game upgrades I might have liked it better and given it a higher grade. Instead, I feel a bit cheated, and sorry I spent more than $200 when my Game Cube offered me exactly the same level of entertainment and satisfaction.

We already had one Wii, but with two kids going away and arguing over who got to take the wii I was looking for an inexpensive answer. This wii did come complete with what it advertised and it came sooner than I expected. I would buy from this seller again

One of the best of the Lego Wii games. There are a few bugs in the game that cause it to lock up and freeze but overall it's the best of them so far.

We were pleased with the product that we received. The Wii and games arrived in excellent condition and delivered with wonderful speed. Our only disappointment came in finding out the extra hand controller was not included (as seen in the picture along with this item). One of the reasons we chose this item from this seller was due to the extra controller. We felt like this was a bit deceiving and yet we are pleased with the rest of the order.
