We love the WII and the games you can play. Not complicated to use and really is a great work out on a lot of the games available. I give it an A+.

Great bundle and the new wii motion plus that is built inside of the wiimote in stead of the attachment is great. Definitely worth the money.

This is a fun game to have for 2 reasons: The spot me and the throwback to Duck Hunt. You don't actually shoot ducks anymore (that wouldn't be PC) but you do get to shoot cans, spaceships, and clay pigeons. The Spot me game is fun and incorporates your Miis into the mix. I've played with 2 players. I'm not sure if you can support a 4 player game with it but I'm sure it would be fun if you could.

Switching to component cords for your Wii is the cheapest upgrade you can make if you have a HD TV. The Wii currently doesn't support HDMI, so component is the best you can get. This is an especially good upgrade if you watch movies or TV shows via Netflix on your Wii - the picture is noticeably crisper.
Target and other stores sell these exact same cables for about 3x the cost ($30), but I can't imagine there is a good reason to get the "official" product over this generic one.

These component cables cost significantly less than the official Nintendo ones, or even well-known third party manufacturers, and produce a much nicer picture than you get from the RCA cords. I managed to snag them for < $6 after shipping and tax, which is chump change for the improved picture quality. Tested these on both my new plasma and my brother's older TV and both were noticeably better - you lose blurry edges and colors seem more vibrant. You're left with aliasing ('jaggies'), but I'd take these over the ugly blur I had before. A very satisfying purchase even if the results don't compare to HD quality. You can't really tell from pictures or youtube videos (I looked before I bought).

I love this bundle pack! Couldn't wait to get it and now can't put it down! Love that it came with 2 games and a free trial of Netflicks! It also came with $50 for an extra game! Couldn't be more happy!

As everyone already knows, this is a fun system even for a 62 year old such as I. I'm not interested in the majority of the games but the package it comes with is great and I bought a deer hunting shooting game that is fun also.

Finally the black Wii is here in the US! We decided weeks ago that we were finally going to get a Wii, and then we found out some "leaked" info that they were going to release the black Wii in America on May 9th, so we decided to wait until the black one came out. It is sleek, shiny, slim and matches all our other electronics. The black looks excellent and very high shine, it will definitely show fingerprints and dust but that's easy to clean off and it looks much better than the white Wii, it's very classy. This bundle was excellent as it includes Wii Sports Resort with Motion Plus (that game is so much fun!) and with the Motion Plus it has improved the accuracy on screen to 1:1 control! It also comes with the classic Wii Sports. So all in all you get the black Console, Black controller with Motion Plus, black Nunchuck, Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort. EXCELLENT BUNDLE and love the new black!

Games:
I would only recommend the Wii to people with young children (13 and under) or people that want a game system just for fun when they have company. The Wii lacks games for hardcore gamers. It doesn't get the majority of multiplatform games that the 360 and PS3 do because of its weak hardware. Most 3rd party titles are a joke. The 1st party games are fun, but the same that we've seen for years. Aside from Super Mario Galaxy, its the same old Mario Party, Zelda, Metroid Prime, Mario Kart, etc that have been around for years. It's like a Gamecube with motion controlls. I did love Mario Galaxy, one of the best games so far this gen. Other then that though, pickins are slim. With games like Assassin's Creed, Bioshock, Oblvion, Fallout, Soul Calilber, Street Fighter, Burnout Paradise, Modern Warfare, and so many more that are on PS3 or 360, the choice is clear. Also keep in mind 360 and PS3 both have awesome exclusives of their own. The one saving grace for the Wii is it does have access to download (for way too much money) old school games.

The hardware is very weak, almost last gen. It does have full backwards compatiblity for the gamecube which is nice. The console itself seems well built. No red rings of death here. Lack a lot of memory, but does have SD expandable memory. Motion Control.
Online:
Online play is a joke. Friend codes, no voice, etc.
